Superb service! I visited the location on March 15th with a tight budget and they had quite a few cars that were within that budget. I found my 2014 Ford Focus and Marcos & Sandra made the entire process as smooth as possible! Marcos worked hard to find a finance option that fit my needs and then also got me connected with an insurance agent for new insurance as well!Truly a one stop shop!

Purchased my second vehicle for my daughter from Action Auto Sales today and I couldn t be more pleased! The process was super quick and easy. I saw the car on the site, called to inquire, and was driving off the lot! Morkos was very polite and professional, taking his time to explain all of my options. Very honest dealer with an assortment of reliable cars. Highly recommend!!!

Don't buy here. I saw the reviews and thought they looked great. Car I purchased had a check engine light come on the day I drove it home. Took it back. They said they didn't know why it came on. Left and went home. 1 day later light was back on. Took it back. They kept it for a week. Seemed fine. The had replaced the timing chain prior to my purchase so it was just a sensor issue. Now 3 months later the engine needs to be replaced. It has a warranty but called to see about a loaner to use while car is repaired since a motor shouldn't go out in 3 months. I've called several times and they won't return my calls. Will be purchasing other vehicles in the next few months but will not go back here. No integrity.

Action Auto was great to work with and answered all of my questions about the vehicle I was interested in. My mechanic checked out the car after I purchased it and said it was in great shape. Exactly as advertised! I will definitely go back for my future auto buying needs.

Buyer beware! I bought a 2015 Kia Sorento several months ago and have had several issues since. I was sold a lemon and am a single mom who is self-employed and a a part-time nursing student, and being sold a bad car is absolutely terrible for my situation. I debated for weeks about this review and if I would write one, as I m not normally the type to put my business out there. But I m quite upset about my predicament and want to warn others about this. I was in a head on collision two days before Christmas and used my settlement to buy this car. So I was happy to be able to drive again after that traumatic accident. Shame on me for trusting so easily. Regarding the issues about this car.. The axle was bad but I did not notice the popping while turning during the test drive. I ve also have had what seems to be transmission issues, and when I took it to a shop, the mechanic discovered a crack in the engine block. That alone is basically a death sentence for this car. And with the transmission issues? Absolutely sold me a lemon. They were also deceptive regarding the interest rate. I was denied a loan through a credit union so they got me a loan through Lendmark. When I inquired about the interest rate, they claimed to not know. I had my toddler with me and was under stress, so that s my fault for not insisting they tell me. It s 32%!! In no way in Hell would I of agreed to this and that s why they didn t want to tell me. My credit is not bad so this is ridiculous. I m now forced to take money out of retirement and pay off this POS and get a different, SAFER, car to drive my family in. Based on the other negative reviews, I m fully expecting either a threatening response or one that calls me a liar. I have no reason to lie. They ll probably also ask why I didn t call them to see about fixing the issues prior to posting. What y all gonna replace the transmission, axle, and the engine block? Nah. I d rather not ever speak to any of you again. If I would of read their responses to some of these negative reviews no way would I of done business with them. My advice is to PLEASE hire a mechanic to check out any cars you want to buy from them. If I would of done this I would of saved myself this gigantic, unsafe headache.

I had been looking for a truck for some time and saw one I loved here. The whole team was so helpful and very easy to work with. Russ made the process so smooth and easy and the owner was very helpful and willing to make everything make sense. So far the truck is awesome! I would 100% recommend Action Auto Sales!

Morkos and Jaron are really great at what they do, they help find the car that fits my budget! They went above and beyond to place me in the right car and help answer any questions I had. If you re considering purchasing a car I definitely recommend buying here and letting them get you right!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. After doing a lot of research we went to this car lot bc they had almost 5 star reviews. I paid cash money for 2015 Volkswagen Jetta tried to negotiate bc I paid cash they wouldn t budge. We ve had nothing but issues from the start with things they did to the car. The key they put some grease all over it, they claimed it kept getting stuck. The grease clogged the ignition assembly and my daughter got stuck and couldn t turn the car off. This was the first thing we had to replace. Battery had to be replaced which they knew bc they had to charge it on the lot. The next thing we had to replace was the fuel pump assembly. The car was stalling to start. Now only after 4 months of having this car it won t crank. Pretty sure it s the crankshaft or the flywheel assembly. Save your money and take your business where they are honest!

Between me and other family members... We've purchased 5 vehicles from Action Auto. Bob, John and Brad... along with Debra are the most welcoming and courteous people to deal with. We've never had a problem with them at ANY time with any vehicle... and are always available when you need them. The only thing I wish is that they'd get some full size pickups... hahahahaa... All the vehicles they have are great... My wife and son love them... but I'm a pickup man :) ... (Short beds are "KING")

If you're choosing an automobile, I'd highly RECOMMEND Action Auto. They exhibited professionalism and extreme courtesy throughout our time dealing with them. During the onset of our purchase, there were a few mechanical issues. We had to travel a considerable distance to have the problems resolved, but in doing so, while the repairs were being completed, the company provided us with a loaner vehicle to use until the repairs were satisfactory. The staff truly went above and beyond to reassure us that they would use all effort to guarantee that our vehicle was up to standard and that we were satisfied with the results. Donald, the technician, did a phenomenal job, and we truly value the effort and time that everyone invested in seeing to our requirements.

My experience with action auto sales was nothing less than perfect. Ross was entirely transparent with all of the issues that the vehicle I purchased might have had at the time of the sale. I did have an issue with my vehicle misfiring 3 days after purchase, however with that being said I took said vehicle back and told Ross about my issue and with no hesitation he informed me that they would fix my issue for me. Donald did my repairs and made sure that I knew what he was doing and why to fix my vehicle. All in all the staff at action auto sales were nothing short of professional and were all very welcoming and friendly. 10/10 would buy from here again!

Great place! Was shopping for a month for a used car when I found one at Action, it was the cleanest one I saw so I bought it. It has been 4 months and I love the car! They even called me 3 months later to ask how everything was going. Great customer service.

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. My husband did business with this dealership while attempting to sell his vehicle and purchase a new vehicle. Via messaging, one of the salesmen agreed to sell the vehicle on auction. He then was going to find the car we are looking for on auction for us to purchase. So we drove all the way to an agreed location, which is quite a hike from where we live, to drop off the vehicle and carry out the transaction. However, upon arrival, the salesman totally changed the terms of our agreement. Resulting in a wasted trip and wasted time. When my husband left an honest review of his experience as a customer of this dealership, a man named Josh called and threatened us to remove the review "or else". He then followed up by letting us know that we will be receiving harassing phone calls over and over, as the business has intentionally disclosed our private information online for phishing and spam purpose in an effort to retaliate against us for leaving an unfavorable review. We have been receiving harassing calls for two days now.In our experience, this is not an ethical business or one which should be trusted with your private information!*EDIT* the threats and calls continue. The owners have now threatened that they are physically coming our way because we haven t removed the review, and we had to contact law enforcement.Check BBB for other honest, consumer reviews. I wish we had done so sooner! We aren t the only ones. The complaints are astonishing.

Just bought a very nice and clean Ford Focus recently; dealt with Haisa, who was very helpful and accommodating throughout the process. Had a minor concern that was sorted promptly without debate. End story, lovely car for a very reasonable price and would highly recommend checking them out for your next vehicle!!!

My wife and I have been looking for a family vehicle for awhile but couldn t find what we were looking for until we found action auto. My experience was great! We found the vehicle that was right for us, got the payment that I wanted and never felt pressured. This will be the place I buy vehicles from here on out.

This place tried to fool me and my daughter ( that has 3 children) into buying a car that had been in a serious accident! They told us they did not sell wrecked vehicles but the carfax history said different. Do yourself a favor and don't come here! That will lie and cheat you out of every dollar! Oh yeah and they don't make any deals the price is the price! Unless you wanna pay more! Happy Car Hunting!!

Contacted Tamimi to sell my car, I told him car needed detailing he said he would take care of it while i pay the cost to get the car in selling condition, long story short he had no customer service and wanted to make money without putting any work. I wouldn't trust them seems to be lazy and I don't trust they would do their due delegance to get me a decent car. Will tell everyone I know to avoid.

I highly recommend buying a vehicle from them. Everyone there is so nice and accommodating. If you have any questions or concerns they are always there to help you with a smile on their face. They gave me a chance when no one else did and I appreciate them for that. I got a vehicle and I just made my last payment yesterday. I appreciated the fact that their payments were reasonable because a lot of places are extremely too high. And Deborah is the hardest working woman I know. I appreciate that she was always so kind whenever we interacted.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!! Vehicle started have issues almost immediately. Vehicle shuts off while driving. No engine no power just rolling down the street. Shop anywhere else
