I ve used Parks twice. First time was out of pocket minor scratches repaired. Second was helping me remove bolts for my license plate that got stuck and broke off. The owner couldn t have been nicer and helpful both times. Highly recommend!

Now I know why Parks Collision Repair is so highly recommended. What a joy it is to work with a company that treats customers with respect and professionalism. Don't give in to your auto insurance claims agents who often try to manipulate/force you to use their "preferred" list of repair shops. NC law allows you to use any garage you choose. I'm so glad I chose Parks! This is a trustworthy company that works hard to provide excellent, friendly service. They deserve our community support.Thank you, Parks! I so appreciate how you do business.

Incredibly friendly, informative and helpful. I brought my Tesla in for what I feared might be a time consuming process to repair a blemished fender and they were able to repair it on the spot in minutes at a price that can't be beat. Very highly rated!

Went in to cover up a scratch on a car. He said head to the dealership, buy the one we need off the VIN of the car, bring it back, and he'll do it for free. Great customer service. Could have charged me a lot, but was very friendly and understanding. Would definitely recommend!

Unfortunately for me, I've had to use Parks a few times over the years, the most recent being last week. They have always provided excellent service and this time was no different. They took the car immediately when it was towed in from the scene of an accident and finished it quickly as good as new. I couldn't be happier with them. We called to get on the books back in April to get our car repaired. The first date they had available was today, 9/11. We knew they were the best so we decided to wait it out. Last week, 5 days before we were supposed to take it in, we get an email saying they no longer work w our insurance company and that we would have to pay an additional $1300 because of a decision that their owner made about our insurance provider (2 months ago). I'm sure they do a great job, just wish they would've told us about this when they first knew

Repair results far exceeded my expectations. I was side swiped on I-26 by a Mack truck that left the driver's side badly damaged. Took car to Caliber Collision and they wouldn't even do an estimate. Was referred to Park's Collision by a friend and they repaired the car for less than $2,000. Park's Collision handled all correspondence with the insurance company for full payment. David provided great customer service and repaired the car on time and within the estimated price. Car looks like new.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I can't say enough good things about this automotive repair company! Friendly, helpful, fast! I had called four collision repair services prior to calling Parks. Like all major industries, I guess it's difficult to find skilled staff and I was turned away all four times. Parks was a bit reticent to put me in their very full queue for repairs but understood my situation and fully embraced my need for collision repairs. They fit me in. I was overjoyed, especially after the trauma of my car crash. Among their many positive attributes, they were expert at dealing with insurance companies and knew the ins and outs of the process. They arranged for the tow of my car quickly which I totally appreciated as it was an eyesore in my neighborhood. Courtney Parks, in the front office, was my contact and she could not have been more helpful, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. My car came out of the shop in less than a month--a minor miracle in my book--and I am so appreciative of the expert repairs. My car is back to its original shape--both for driving and for its fine silver Subaru looks. Thank you, Parks! You are my go to garage and I have recommended you to all my neighbors.

This is absolutely one of the best and most friendly places in the area to get work done to your vehicle. Kathy is amazing and friendly anytime you call and she is beyond helpful! I highly recommend this place if you need work done!!!

Amazing customer service! We were out of towners, lost our mirror to an oncoming truck, and needed to get one so we could get home safely. They made time in their busy schedule to take care of us, there were a few snags getting the part so quickly and Parks went above and beyond to make sure we were good to go. We were so impressed! They did a great job on my boyfriend's car. He just bought it and I backed up in my driveway. I was used to nothing behind me and stupidly backed into his new car. The wait was a couple of months but that was the same wait time as anywhere else. They fixed it in two days when I did bring it in. Looks brand new.

Unfortunately, I have had to use Parks Auto Repair to repair damage to three of my cars over the years. The most recent repair was this month. I cannot recommend the folks at Parks Auto Repair more strongly. From the friendly and courteous response of the ladies in the office to having the repair completed, they are a first rate business. But as friendly and professional as they are, I hope I don t need future repairs. If I do, I know where to go for the best service.Service: Body & Trim

This is the absolute best body shop in the area. I would recommend them to anyone who needs repairs on their vehicles. The staff was incredible, answered my questions each time I called. David, the owner went out of his way to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. My car took longer than expected and he made sure I wasn't without a car during the extended wait time. My car looks brand new, like it was never in an accident. I cant say enough good things about Parks Auto Sales and Collision Repair. I hope to never need them again, but if I do, they will be the only body shop I go to for repairs on my vehicle. Thanks guys for the great work on my car and your extended services.

Wow.! These people are fantastic! A slight delay due to an incorrect part sent to them by a supplier, but the replacement came quickly and they finished the repairs immediately. The phone staff were so friendly. Since it is our only car, we had to walk home 3 miles when we dropped it off. We planned to walk again to pick it up but they said no, they would deliver the car to our house! This is what I call amazing service. Kudos to you and all your staff. Keep up the good work. You'll get my recommendation in the future to anyone needing collision repair.Thank You!Service: Body & Trim

I hate to even write this review because I've used Parks 3 times over the last decade and the first two times were great. Sadly, this last time has been a disaster. Had a fairly minor incident with a deer and needed the bumper replaced on my Highlander, and the fit was pretty bad after the repair. I asked David to get another bumper, which he promised to do and then heard nothing for 4-5 months. Lots of calls and voicemails and no communication in return. Finally had my insurance guy show up in person to find out what was going on and they got me in. The second bumper they put on 5 months after the first is a worse fit than the first. No apologies, no "let us get this right" just returned it to me in poor condition. I may take it to another body shop on my own dime. Sadly, I'd recommend steering clear of Parks if you need body work in the Asheville area--the last 6 months has been a nightmare dealing with Parks. Again, hate to write this because I really like David as a person but want to save anyone the heartache, frustration, poor workmanship I've experienced with Parks.Service: Body & Trim

Whenever I need a part or some body work done on my car I ALWAYS go to Parks Collision! I have been receiving service for 4 years and have NEVER been disappointed! The owner is a great man who is always running all over the place with ten things to do at a time yet very efficient. He talks one on one with his customers, finds the best deals for parts and even will pick them up if the parts are near by. I was even offered to borrow his car one time when my car would take a couple of hours to be serviced. The staff is very professional and friendly, they keep in touch on the progress, service is quick, and they really know what they are doing. Wonderful place all around! 5 stars!

David Parks and his Collision Team are simply the best! We have used them repetitively for the past 10 years from significant wrecks, to fender benders, to hail damage - the list goes on. They have consistently been professional, timely, and helped us negotiate complicated interactions with insurance companies. Today my Wife was in for a quick repair of a fender bender (partially tore the bumper wrap off of our Odyssey). She arrived for her appointment. The work was done extremely fast and professionally and she was back home within 60 minutes! Now that is Service that is hard to find. Keep up the good work.Service: Body & Trim

David is a phenomenal owner and is always onsite to greet you and discuss your options.
