Had a lower ball joint go out on my car and did not have the time to repair it myself. I had bought the part and brought the vehicle in together. I got no run around for being a women and was treated with respect. My car was fixed in less than 24 hours. Can not tell you how happy I am with their professionalism and swift work.

This company took advantage of my young adult son who is away from home to attend the university there in Mars Hill. When my son took his vehicle to this shop, he explained the shaking he was experiencing. He was quoted $270 to get it fixed. At pickup, he was charged $400. He did not call my son to get approval for the additional costs before moving forward. Shady business. Obviously not happy about the increase, but my son paid anyway and left. What other option did he have?Immediately after leaving, the violent shaking was still there. My son called 4 different times throughout the day but, ironically, no one answered the business phone.... on a normal business day.... during normal business hours. After the 4th try he immediately called again from a friend's number and his call was answered on the first ring. Of course, for more money, they suggested to bring it back in.No thank you! You already charged an unemployed struggling college student $400 and did not fix it!!! Any respected mechanic shop would have called their customer to explain additional charges before doing work, and would have also done their due diligence by test driving the vehicle before returning to the customer.Do not use this company. It's sad we even have to warn our children about businses who prey on naive young adults.

Incredible value. Extremely high quality work and affordable. I was worried about all the work my 2010 Subaru Forester needed, and I couldn't manage the costs that the dealership charges. But Ledfords makes life simple and manageable. They are flexible and honest, and I highly recommend them.

The picture is not them. A country repair garage run by an owner operator for a generation or three. Nuttin fancy about the place but they did me right again so yes I am a repeat customer.

I always get our vehicles inspected at Ledfords. They are fast, courteous and always super nice. I highly recommend them for repairs, service or auto inspections.
