These guys were highly recommended. They are booked out a bit and I had to wait awhile for our appointment. But I was totally blown away by their kindness, attention to detail, explaining everything they had to do and what it meant for the engine of our Kia hybrid. Very good affordable, thorough and don't over charge. I WILL FOREVER TAKE MY VEHICLES TO THEM! Don't believe all the negatives.

Charged me for a bunch of unnecessary work, like a new timing belt. Spent $2000 and several weeks in the shop, without getting to the crux of the coolant system leak, which turned out to be a blown head gasket. Then they over-tightened the belts and immediately burned out the alternator. Between them, Gibson and Rodney's, I have no faith in any Weaverville area mechanics. But I guess everything in the engine compartment is new now, just need a $3000 head-gasket replacement

Best repair shop in town! Family owned and they treat you like you are their family!! Fantastic service and they stand behind everything they do!! Our family have been taking our vehicles to them for just over a decade....as long as they are open, this is where we will go for service and recommend you do too!!

They replaced my engine, however the check engine light kept coming on. Each time they looked at it free of charge and ensured me they would make sure it was good. I knew it was a used engine, but was hopeful. After a few times of the light coming back on, they figured out what the issue was and got it fixed up proper. They were very nice. It did take a few months because they were backed up. My only criticism would be that I would have liked a call every so often just to check in since it was there so long. But I understand they were very backed up.I really appreciated the care they took to make sure it was all good in the end.Would definitely recommend and will be back with any other repairs I may have.

They have worked on 3 cars for us. Honest, and the jobs haven't need followup. Employees smiling in an autobody shop is always a good sign.

Was visiting Asheville and had a ball bearing go bad. Nick and the crew did a great job getting me in and taken care of in a timely manner and at a fair price. Very happy with the results. Automotive Repairwerks was recommended to me by another repair shop that was unable to work with my out of town schedule and that alone speaks volumes for their reputation and ability to do good work. Easy 5 out of 5 stars!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I m a 69 year old woman, an hour from home, with a truck that s leaking transmission fluid like crazy. His recommendation? Get a ride. Leave it here and I ll see if I can get to it this week. I went to another place who is every bit as busy but is taking the time to fix the leak. You can tell who is motivated by goodwill and kindness.

Just read a lady begging for help because the shop was closed due to the guys having the flu, she called 3 times with no answer or return call. Understand people get sick but keeping someones only car like that isnt very good buisness practices.

Super job by the folks at Automotive Repairwerks today! They did a nice job on my alignment on my Subaru and Everett took the time to detail the job to me. Emily was beyond super friendly upon my arrival without appointment- and Nick took the time to talk a little car talk as well! Just refreshing to see an entire staff on the same page in a great atmosphere!Service: Wheel alignment

Best experience I've ever had with a repair shop. These guys are quick, honest, and reasonably priced. Nick helped me from start to finish and really made me feel like they had my best interest in mind.

Waited 2 months for a transmission replacement. They couldn't find one, so I had to find one myself and have it delivered. Called week after week with excuses on how they were short mechanics because they didn't show up, or were sick. I picked up my transmission and car and left. If you talk to a guy named Nick, don't believe a word he says.

Had an awesome experience at this mechanic. My business felt appreciated and not expected if that makes sense. Nick has next level customer service. Emily is super nice. Always has a smile on her face. My car felt brand new, and it is an 05. For the first time in a long time the whole mechanic experience went without a hitch. That never happens. I did have to have an appointment scheduled out about two and a half weeks. I know why. Top level.

I made an app 2 weeks out. Left my car on my app date at 8 am. Went back at 3:30 and my car hadn't been touched. They didn't order my part and then brought me the wrong car! Would not go back. Would not recommend.

Twice I've had car trouble at the end of the day and had to come in without an appointment. Both times they found a way to help me out.Everett is always courteous and does great work. Nick at the front desk is a pleasure to deal with and even came out from behind the desk when no mechanics were free the other day to get me back on the road. 5 stars.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I dropped my Jeep off for an oil change. It was a very fair price! They even filled my tires and topped off all of my fluids. Super grateful for this place and I highly recommend it.

Nick diagnosed a check engine light right away. Had the parts on hand and fixed the problem. Hourly labor and parts very honest. I've been going here for a few years and have gotten 3 different vehicles serviced. These guys always provide excellent service and have reasonable prices. I once noticed a radiator leak the day before I was supposed to go on vacation and they managed to squeeze me in immediately even though they were booked out over a week. Never had a bad experience here. Highly recommended!

It is tough nowadays to find a honest auto repair shop. I thought I found one but was proven wrong. Now we had to do it again and bring my wife's car somewhere else because the other shop didn't pay enough attention. I am more than impressed by Automotive Repairwerks when it comes to punctuality, problem findings and fixing, honesty and not trying to suck more money out of you. Thank you for your honesty and with that, earning our trust and another appointment for my truck soon.

Best place to take your car hands down. I was helped by Wyatt who was super knowledgeable and fast at identifying and explaining the problem to me before fixing it. Good people- fair and honest and let you make an informed decision. They properly diagnose the problem & offer the possible solution without overcharging. The repairs were long-lasting and not just band-aids. They are busy bc they are so good at what they do.

You know that mythical highly skilled yet honest mechanic that levels with you every step of the way on what it takes to get your car fixed? And you never have to worry that they are price gouging or steering you in the wrong direction? This is the one.Honestly, there is no need to look any further. If you live any where near this shop it is absolutely worth it to have Everett and his team look after your car. They are the BEST. End of story.

I have been coming here for 5 years now. Everett Is like a car whisperer. The entire staff is so incredibly knowledgeable. Grade A workmanship. As long as they are open and I live within 45 minutes, I will not take my vehicles anywhere else.
