I love this location and Angel is the best. But management really needs to thoroughly train people. Every time I'm in there's a guy who has to wait 15 minutes to ask his manager how to do something or if I'm allowed to order stuff. It gets old quick and turns a 10 minute trip onto a 30 minute trip.

Ed was absolutely amazing - he went above and beyond for me! I got there 10 minutes before they closed, as I had just realized that I needed a part to get over 45 miles home, and AutoZone had already closed. He was gracious, helpful, and so kind to me in a very vulnerable and time-sensitive situation. Thank you so much - Ed deserves a raise!!!

You know the guys at the store are great. Problem I have is trying to order parts ahead of time on the app. There are a lot of less expensive parts that you guys claim to have. But I've searched parts for 3 different vehicles and all the least expensive parts are never available at any stores nearby and aren't available to be delivered. ....can you say clickbait. These parts show up AT YOUR STORE with a Google search. But they are never available

Looks like my experience with Advance was taken down and not addressed. Thursday the 15 my jeep over heated on I26 and I had to get a rollback to get home. I asked the rollback operator if he could drop by Advance in Weaverville to see what codes it threw and he said ok. I went in and asked if he could check and see what codes it threw so I could see what happened. He said he couldn't tell me what was wrong real hateful and I said I wanted the codes so I could figure out what it was. We got outside and he said I would have to take it off the rollback. Advance didn't allow him to do that. I went down to Autozone and they were polite and didn't have a problem getting the code helping me at a bad time. It was the coolent sensor. I have been a loyal customer of Advance for years. You can check my purchase history. I have done many projects over the years spending a lot of money there. I would like a response by the owner and not having my review taken down.

Great place to get a new battery. You don't have to touch a thing. They check your current battery and let you know how much life is left with a print out. Then, If you need a new battery they install it and clean the terminal.

I love Advance Auto. I was going to go to O'Reilly but they never seem to have anything in stock. I was desperate for a battery so I looked online at Advance Auto and it said they were in stock. I called when I got off work and sure enough they had it, woot woot! But they can't put it in for me because of the computer but I'm not mad about it. Great place for automotive parts!

Called yesterday to confirm several items in stock; drove 12 miles to purchase items, walked into store. I was the only customer., ready to spend about $280. Was completely ignored, while someone else who came in afterwards was immediately serviced. Tried to call corporate feedback line, sat on hold for 20 minutes. Customer service is non-existent, in spite of their claims. They just lost a customer for good.

Good place to buy auto supplies. Typically get our oil and filters here. Prices are reasonable and they generally have what we need in stock. My only issue with them is we were suppose to get a refund for a shock if we purchased 4. But, they screwed up our receipt so, the company wouldn't do the refund. They were not very willing to help correct their mistake. It cost us about $70.

There has never been a problem when we've used this business over the past decade. Convenient location, knowledable staff, stocked well and able to get items shipped to store quickly. It's obvious this store has great management.

Won't answer the phone and then if they finally do your put on hold waited 5 minutes no one ever returned

On 11/28 I placed an order online for 2 Rain-X Latitude (24inch, 21inch) for an Honda Pilot. At 5:36pm I picked up my items. When I first walked into the store it was completely empty. There was about 4 associates standing around talking, it took about 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was even there. Finally Jacob D (that is what the receipt says) came to the register and said what do you need. I told him I had placed an order online. He logged into the computer and looked for my order, once he found it he stood infront of where the online orders were placed. Took about 5mins to locate my order. Had me sign to say they didn't walk off with my stuff and I picked it up. He didn t ask If I needed help putting the blades on. I took my stuff and went to my car. Once I got to my car I realized I was given a 28inch and a 24inch. So I went back into the store and once again they will all standing around talking and seemed like I was inconveniencing them when I came back in. Another gentleman helped me, I explained the situation and he said ok I can fix that. Not an I m sorry or nothing. He went and got the correct item and laid it on the counter. Once again no apology. I picked up my wipers and left. When I arrived at my vehicle there was a truck parked next to mine. After these guys came back to their truck I heard one of them on the phone saying come help this girl put on these windshield wipers. I was trying to put my wipers on and had a bit of an issue. After some time Jacob D got in the vehicle next to me and I was still out there trying to put on my blades. So the 2gentlemen in the car were on the phone with the Jacob guy (who they apparently knew) and told him I was outside struggling with the wipers. All three guys sat in the truck watching me struggle. At one point Jacob D got out of the vehicle and went inside advance. Sort time later he came back out and got back in the truck. I was still out there struggling to put on my wiper blades. Jacob D got out of the truck and headed inside advance while the other 2gentlemen left. He sat outside the store looking directly at me. I have pretty bad anxiety and with everyone that passed that night and saw me struggling not one person offered to help. Especially somebody who worked for Advance but couldn t be bothered to do his job and help someone out. After this experience I can tell you I will NEVER be back to Advance and I will be posting my experience everywhere and letting everyone know how Advance treats their customers.

Nicest Advance around!!! Very clean store and very helpful staff, they allways have or can get the parts i need. You might have to wait a minute before your served, but you have 100% full attention when its your turn. I drive past 2 other parts stores just to shop here.

Went in today to get a battery for my keyless fob. The older of two people looked at it and said it couldn't be opened?!?! I noticed the place when you could open it and showed him and he said he wasn't going to bust open my key. So I left and went to the other auto parts store about a minute away and the guy immediately took it, opened it, replaced battery and with a smile on his face. Mentioned to my wife and she said the same thing happened to her about a year ago when her fob battery died. Since we are local and have a choice, we will both never go back to this store again.

Used to be a great place, but I've had multiple mismatched parts and frustrating experiences recently. I take my more expensive business to other places now for better overall service and reliability.

Prices have been going up steadily but knowledge and service have been going down in recent years. Last year I bought a battery for my Hyundai, it had a 2 year replacement guarantee. This battery developed a problem and wouldn't hold a charge. For all the impressive looking diagnostics that Ray was able to do with the Advance Auto battery diagnostic machine, he would not conclude that there was indeed a problem with the battery. Therefore, he would not honor the guarantee. I had to drive away with a defective and very week battery. Thanks Ray. I then stoped at AutoZone where the salesman came out and tested the battery with an old-school tester and concluded, in seconds that there was indeed a problem with the battery not holding charge under a load and further concluded that the battery had a week or not functioning cell. I then bought a battery from AutoZone, all together, $145.00. Thanks again, Ray. I will be shopping at the other parts houses from now on. Forget Advance Auto Parts!!!

Absolutely love this place and this past year they really help me out finding parts for all these vehicles in which I find 4 cheap but need lots of work Tammy especially has been very helpful and assisting me with finding the correct cards for the vehicles I need to repair shout out to all the crew staff that works at Advance Auto Parts in Weaverville

Wheelchair accessible. Great staff once you eventually make it through the line. They haven't had a simple "just need to check out" line in years. Horribly understaffed.

Staff was helpful in selecting dome light bulb. Wasn't clear on packaging that bulb I selected would work, but associate assured me it would, and it did.
