I've been going to Waynesville tire for about 7 - 8 years. Always courteous and helpful. Have never felt being taken advantage of because I am a woman. I highly recommend them for any of your auto needs.

We blew two tires on our travel trailer on the way to Maggie Valley. I called Waynesville tire and Jeff was super nice to deal with. They only had one of the tires I wanted in stock. He ordered me three more and they were there the next morning. Jeff and his crew got me in and out in no time. I would highly recommend these folks. Thanks again Jeff!!

Fast, quality service! The staff was extremely nice and professional and took care of my issue a lot quicker than I expected. Definitely stop by or give them a call for all of your tire needs!!

This place is amazing. I've had to use them a number of times since I moved to Waynesville 3.5 years ago. Not only do they do a fantastic job for me, but they service the fleet at my job at Servpro. I just received a hand written card from them in the mail thanking me for my business! Who does that??!! They are the best in town.

Stopped by and asked for air for my tires and they were very nice about and quickly filled my tires. I was planning to do it myself but they jumped right on it. Makes me think their other service may need looking into!

My check air tire pressure light came on during a two day stay in Waynesville. I inspected my tires and they had enough pressure but I noticed a cut in the rubber on one of them. I showed up an hour before closing and they checked my tire assuring me it would be safe to drive. They also checked the air pressure. I could tell they were busy yet they didn't make me wait. I appreciate how they helped me without hesitation, for being honest and am beyond thankful they didn't try to take advantage of me while in a bind. Great guys, highly recommend

Blew 2 trailer tires the night before over on 40, these guys not only had the tires needed but got me in and out quickly! Thanks again!! Would highly recommend!

Visiting from out of state and had an urgent brake issue. I arrived early to see if they could work me in as I didn t feel car was safe for longer distance. Representative said it would be 2-3 weeks before they could work me in. Yeah right

Great service, took my truck in and started working as soon as I got there.The employees I talked to were polite.I live in Fl. But spend summers here. I will always buy my tires here if possible. Thanks guys

Needed new tires, and unlike other local places, they gave me a quick appointment - came back, and they immediately took the car in which is usually a good sign. The only con was that they went over the time allotted because of problems correcting the alignment. They have good-natured employees and are willing to help walk-ins with minor tire problems, i.e., low air, flats, etc., which I consider a great thing and surprising nowadays.

They are the best!5 star service with a smile. They are quick, knowledgeable, and offer services that are very reasonably priced. I've never walked out of there feeling like I paid too much. It is usually the opposite..."is that all...I thought it would be more.". They don't push products or services on you either.They are a good group of honest, hard working local people who appreciate your business and will take care of you instead of taking advantage of you. I can't say enough good about this business. Our community is lucky to have them.

The day before a long trip my check tire light came on. I m new to the area and had no idea where to take my car. I found these guys on Google by chance. Excellent service! Fit me right in even though they were obviously busy. My tire was repaired in under an hour. Thank you for honest and fast service!

Great experience, as always, at Waynesville Tire. Jeff was prompt, and got me in for an early morning appointment to check my brakes and rotate my tires.BJ (TJ?) was super courteous and fair. After my brakes were checked and good to go, he referred me to an auto specialist that can help with a possible sensor issue (oh the joys of German cars).Highly recommend Waynesville tire for quality customer service, no bull/extra fees, and quick and fantastic work. Definitely book an appointment, these guys are the best, so they stay busy.

Even when you read a review, it s hard to know whether the accolades are deserved. These guys are the real deal, the most pleasant, professional, fair repair shop you will find. Had two cars with tire trouble, fixed one quickly and cheaply, and refused to charge me for the second one. Can t speak well enough of the folks, I am a loyal customer going forward.
