I cannot say enough about how happy I am with the outcome after leaving my Kia with Rick at Waynesville Body Shop. He kept me updated by phone, and the repairs were actually completed in less than a week! From our first conversation, I was confident he would be attentive to every detail. As the owner of a private transportation company, I deal with my share of repairs, both mechanical and cosmetic. I baby my vehicles and the slightest dent or scratch drives me crazy, even if others don't notice.Recently, someone decided that our 4 week old carbon gray Transit 350 van was in "too perfect" condition...so they keyed it.I was certain that it would have to be repainted, but Rick sized up the repair and was confident that he could buff it out. I expressed my doubt, but he suggested we try.On the spot, he spent about 20 minutes sanding and polishing and buffing until the scratch was 100% gone. You'd literally never know it was there. I was shocked and delighted.Echoing some of the reviews I read before taking the vehicle to Waynesville Body Shop, I was prepared to accept the fact that a significant investment was going to be required to make the scratch go away. Rick demonstrated a level of integrity that is uncommon in the auto repair industry (actually, people in general) and he earned a spot as the "go-to" auto body repair shop for my fleet!Thank you, Rick and Waynesville Body Shop!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Just had the trunk repainted on my Subaru Legacy. They started on time, finished on time, and did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for painting or body work.

I absolutely recommend Waynesville Body Shop if body work and/or painting is needed. The owner was awesome to work with and everything was done as discussed. Requested work was completed in a timely manner. Rick went out of his way and took me home and picked me back up when my vehicle was ready. He did excellent work on my car. It looks like nothing had ever happened. I will use this shop again if or when needed in the future. Thanks Rick for all that you did and your awesome repair work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My 20 year old Jeep Wrangler had a large dent at the top of the tailgate the prevented the back glass from sealing. So every time it rained the carpet would get soaked, along with anything behind the seat.I went to two different body shops that refused to try to straighten it, saying it wasn't repairable and the whole tailgate would have to be replaced. It's a Jeep! I don't need a new tailgate or a repaint, just a straightening out. LOLI was told about Rick at Waynesville Body Shop so I stopped by late on a Friday afternoon to see if he could repair it. He said he could absolutely straighten it and out and asked when I wanted it done. I told him at his convenience and he replied "how about right now?" Rick and his employee went to work and in 20 minutes they had it straightened out and readjusted. Afterward, we sat around his office and had a great conversation on many topics. If you have a need for body work, I would highly recommend you go see Rick for a honest assessment and extremely fair pricing.Service: Body & Trim

Very friendly, professional service at competitive prices. Took my 4Runner in with a huge scrape down the side and a dent in the door. Got it back looking brand new! Bonus: It s a locally owned small business. A large chain couldn t even give me an estimate for 3 weeks. I called Rick, took it in a couple hours later and had my estimate within 15 minutes. Rick owns and runs a quality shop and truly cares about the work he performs. Rick has done two jobs for me and I am very pleased with his work. His work was delivered on time which is critical to me when giving up my vehicle to get body work done. I would highly recommend Rick and his company Waynesville Auto Body to anyone needing work performed at a fair price!

In August 2019, I took my Ford F250 to Rick at Waynesville Body Shop to have some body work done and to have Flares painted and attached to my truck. Wow, it was awsome how Rick and his team made my truck look. I have had many complements on how good my truck looks. Rick and his team are very professional and do an outstanding job. I would not hesitate to return to Waynesville Body Shop and have Rick do the work. Great job guys! Phil Goode

I had a minor accident and dented the back side panel of my car. Took it to Waynesville Body shop and they did an excellent job repairing and painting it. They even finished it a day earlier than promised. Thank you Rick and your team! This place is amazing!! I brought my car today because I had a dent right above my tire, first off I m a college student with not a lot of money second I had a dent that I hadn t told my parents about. I took my car up here and a nice gentleman approached me I told him about the issue and said that I needed an estimate and when he thinks he could squeeze me in to get the dent out. Him and another gentleman went out of there way and stopped what they were doing and said they could possible get it out now they did in fact you can barely notice it now and when I offered to pay they told me to not worry about! Such great service I will definitely come to this place in the future!!!

Rick is a wonderful person and he and his team have worked on my car as well as my husband's car following fender benders. Excellent, honest, affordable work. If I could give Waynesville Auto Body 10 stars I would!

This guy is great! He is a fair, honest, accomodating person. He really does work with the customer in repairing your car. He treated me so well. When I dropped my car off for repair, I had no way to get back to my house, so he gave me a ride home. Then I had no ride back to the business to pick up my car, so he came to my house to give me a lift back to the shop to retrieve my car. What other car repair place would do this? My car was repaired in just three days! I'm telling you, this is a good businessman who actually does care about helping his fellowman at a very reasonable cost! He treates you as if you were important....like you would want to be treated. No, I didn't know him before taking my car here, so this is a genuine, honest review. If you take your car/truck here, you won't be disappointed in you decision. I will ALWAYS take my car back here. I know I won't be taken advantage of, and that's extremely important if you are a woman!

So nice and honest. Husband took his truck got an estimate, 2 days later it looks perfect. I took my car and asked them to look at the plastic under the front bumper. I pulled it up on a parking stop and ripped it. They could've told me I needed something but said it was fine to be careful. We were on way to Florida on our honeymoon when the latch to our hood rusted out. Rick promptly addressed and resolved our problem. He has us back on the road in around an hour. He was very friendly and willing to work with us. He did amazing work for an extremely affordable rate!

This man could teach classes about customer service and how to treat people right. He took care of a wonky door while I waited and charged a ridiculously low price. And he couldn't have been more friendly and accomodating to someone who knows absolutely nothing about car repairs. I highly recommend Waynesville Body Shop and will certainly visit again if I need repairs in the future. You, sir, are the kind of small business owner who's hard to find these days. Thank you!

I was visiting Waynesville for a church convention. My daughter's car developed a small issue of the plastic curb guard dragging and making noise. The owner was so nice. He quickly fixed the car while I waited, and I was so appreciative of his kindness to out--of-town strangers.

Rick is unbelievable. I took my 2019 Infinity to Ashville for a minor repair on my front quarter panel. Quote was $250.00 plus cost of a rental car for two days. Rick rubbed the problem out in 10 minutes with lacquer thinner. Cost $zero dollars. I m a believer.

Rick was very professional and courteous. My power window wouldn't roll up and rain was on the way. He was able to get it fixed and get me back on the road. I highly recommend Waynesville Body Shop.
