I've been going to Vance for a while now, for my regular oil or tire changes, then I had a vehicular emergency happen out of no where! I had my oil pan get cracked after driving over some scrap road debris was dropped out of a dump truck. They were able to get me in, part ordered and out in two days! It wasn't an easy job as my subframe had to be dropped, but Alex made it happen! He's always been able to accommodate my lowered car with no issues! I'm so thankful for the work his team put in to get me back on the road!

These guys do quality work at a very reasonable price. They have worked on my Honda Ridgeline and BMW 850i. They communicate well and turn my vehicles around quickly. Highly recommended.

If anyone needs any tires or brakes or any type of service for your vehicle, I would suggest using Vance automotive. I pressed some tires at a local dealership for my SUV and then I price some at Vance automotive and they were $335 cheaper. Shane is the one I spoke with and he was super nice. He set my appointment up. I went in for my appointment and everyone there was so nice and down to earth. Corey is the one that actually put my tires on. He came out and spoke with me. Let me know that all four tires went on good. He let me know that my brakes were needing to be changed soon and that they could do that there and Shane quoted me a price for that as well and it is two times cheaper than the other quotes that I had got for my breaks. They were not pushy. They were very down to earth and very respectful and nice. My sister and brother-in-law even say that they are the cheapest in town and the best. YO! These wizards of wheels are legends! I went in for a simple oil change, and asked them to just take a look at a tire that had a slow leak. Just a look - I was only able to pay cash that specific day. They changed my oil, and replaced a valve stem in my floppy tire. This was over a month ago and we been rolling fly ever since! I had shown that tire to TWO other shops over the last six months, and both said they couldn't do anything. The Vance homies had it done so ridiculously fast, I camw in close to the end of the day with no appointment, and they saved me from untold travel despair. Super friendly professional service, very fair affordable, I'm stopping here all the time for my Honda's Healing sessions!

Ended up with a puncture in side wall of my tire, Corey hooked me up though. Got me a new tire ordered and I m good to go till Monday when I can get back out here. Y all need good service and expertise git on out to Vance Tire and Automotive.

Would not recommend buying a car here. Overpriced lemons are all they offer and when issues start popping up (within 30 days of purchase) they ignore you.

Been coming here since they first opened. After mourning the loss of Walker s service station.Always fast, honest, and courteous.This coming from a single woman, taking her car to a new auto shop.Also got a great deal recently on some 80,000 mile tires that will easily outlast my Camry.Absolutely impeccable.

My partner called in her appointment to get tires put on. We went in. We were offered a drink, had a couple of laughs, and a young man came out to tell me we were ready to go. No problems and straight to the point.Quick in and out. A trusted friend recommend this shop and they did not disappoint. This shop has great prices and great service. I had already chosen a tire I had good experience with, and they were happy to mount them, but after the owner recommended a less expensive but higher rated tire I decided to get if a chance (Falken wild peak). The Falken's are even better than the the BFG KO's I had had good experience with...Falken's ride better, handle better, look better and are less expensive. Was close to the end of the day. About 4:30.i went for an oil change and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Couldn't be happier. It's conveniently right off the side of the interstate. Very professional and a Great man to trust with your ride. If your looking for a dependable vehicle come check him out. You won't be disappointed.

I was traveling from GA headed to southwest VA. Had a flat. Alex, the manager or perhaps owner, was so helpful. It was late in the day and He didn t have the tire we needed in stock. He ordered it and had it there by 945 the next morning. We were again on our way in 30 minutes. Very nice gentleman. Very polite and helpful. I recommend this business to anyone out there. 5 stars from me.

I have been taking my cars here for a few years and now, they will NEVER touch any of my vehicles again. They should not be working on cars.After the last job, here is what I was left with:- Lost lugnut.- Left a shock completely untightened (completely loose).- Smashed my leaf spring plate into other components that were on the vehicle. Could not be bothered to remove or ask what I wanted done with it, just smashed it and bent the supports out.- Provided parts left uninstalled and gone. Don't know where they are. Probably in the garbage.- Coil springs not installed correctly.- Wheel well engine splash guards were ripped off and thrown out. Called several times for replacements and was given empty promises for their replacement.- They threw out components that I wanted to keep. Never asked me. Had to end up replacing some of those, now-hard-to-find stock components.Reckless, irresponsible, negligent, dismissive, careless, incompetent and untrustworthy.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Y'all, these guys are AWESOME! If you want affordable, quality, quick, good ol' boy service - go here!I had taken my car to 2-3 other places before being referred to them about an issue with my car squeaking. All 2-3 of those places couldn't figure out the issue. I went to Vance Tire & Auto and was there for about 10 minutes and they knew exactly what the issue was, set up an appointment for a few days later, and now my car is running awesome. Very very pleased!

We were traveling home from our vacation and of course a travelers nightmare had happened; the belt broke on my Jeep Wrangler along with a part from the belt area. Not a good thing to happen on a highway with winding turns and hills and not a lot of businesses around. We were very blessed using google map on cell phone and found Vance tire and automotive. We called and the owner came to where we were and assisted us to his shop. He got the parts and had us back safely on the road again in no time. This business has a great group of people who are not only kind and honest, but don t take advantage of ones situation; the price for repair was more than reasonable. If I could give more stars I would . A+ all around. We need more folk like Vance, highly recommend. Thank you again.

These guys are honest, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and just plain awesome. If you're not mechanically inclined and afraid of getting taken advantage of, this is a shop with reliable mechanics you can trust. I wish every business in Waynesville operated like these guys. And they're young business owners! In my opinion, they're the gold standard. I hope they keep expanding.

I purchased a 2002 CRV from Vance in July 2021. The TLDR is that they sold me a car for a decent price that has had 0 problems and made getting on the road during Covid times extremely easy.The longer story is that I normally do all of my own car maintenance and have never purchased from a dealer before. But I decided to purchase from a dealer because DMV appointments were almost impossible to get due to COVID (up to 2 months wait time) which made me worried about doing the paperwork to get a title and registration. Vance made the paperwork extremely easy and I was able to leave the lot with a 30 day tag and had no issues getting a tag and title through the mail. He was also very knowledgeable about these vehicles and I felt comfortable that the car was truly in decent shape. I've driven the car about 4000 miles since then and have had zero issues and gotten lots of compliments on it. I would definitely buy from them again.

Great place, great service. Our car was running horribly, called VTA in the morning, and they had it fixed and back to us later that day, with all new ignition coils. While we were there, they even brought out the replaced part to show us what had happened. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Took my s10 to be worked on. They said trans needed rebuilt once it was pulled they discovered it had wrong fluid and toasted inside. They found n ordered a good used one n replaced it. Happy with communication n service there. Will use again as need arises.

Talked to Jagger about a potential purchase of a used car and he is a nice young man. The car seemed to have some issues and I chose to buy from another dealer, but it was not due to anything negative about Vance. I would definitely check with them again in the event of a future purchase.

I can't say enough about how amazing this group is. Alex will go above and beyond to help with any issue. Great place to buy from. Also, great mechanic work. The whole staff is amazing!
