Russell worked on my exhaust and did an amazing job repairing it and patching it up because it had a hole and noticed there was a leak and fixed it as well!

I highly recommend these guys for anything you need fixed. They are fair, honest, and best priced anywhere. Have used them for many years, and they have always made me feel like family. Recently, I had to have some work done. Not only did they provide faster service than anyone, but they did it for over $600.00 less than anyone else. Check them out, I promise you will not regret it.

The business manager took a few minutes to assist me in solving an issue with the electric radiator fan on my rental vehicle, thereby ensuring that my wife and I would be able to safely make the 1000 mile drive back to our home in Texas. When I offered to pay him, he declined, so I gave him $20 for the tip jar. Excellent customer service and a very pleasant man to deal with. Keep up the great work!!

I called Dustin on Father's Day Sunday because my car was over heating. I could still drive it but not far. We knew the leak was coming from the water pump. He was happy to talk to me even on Father's Day and told me to drop it off anytime at his shop. I took it up there that day and brought him the keys on Monday. He knows I'm a Mom of 4 and need my car. He called me that day with an extremely fair price ordered the part and had it fixed by the next day. Dustin and his wife and Doyle that works there were so good to me. You can tell they actually care about their customers and want to help them. I've known the owner and mechanics for years. They are highly professional with years of experience. I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my vehicle. I really appreciate how they treat me also. Great pricing too.

Highly recommend. Doyle did his best to help us with our Honda odyssey and seems to be as honest as they come. Very reasonable bill and timely work. I would not hesitate to take my car to him again if /when it needs work.

My husband and I stopped in after having our engine over heat about a mile out of town. We were heading to Asheville but didn t want to chance having more trouble if we didn t get it looked out. We called and asked if they d be able to take a look and they got us in right away to trouble shoot. They kept us informed as they figured out the problem and explained what the issue was. We were out of there in less than an hour at a great price. Very grateful that it was a minor issue and a fairly easy fix.

Staying nearby on vacation and my car broke down. I called several local mechanics to see who could look at it the same day and most of them said they could not. I reached triangle automotive and spoke with the owner, Dustin I believe, he said even though he was short a tech he would do his best to take a look at it. Not only did he take a look at it, but was able to diagnose that heater hose had blown and was leaking coolant all over the place. He fixed it the same day and I was able to pick it up right before close that afternoon. Saved my vacation!

I've had a few of my cars worked on here. They have always fixed everything I've needed done. They have even stayed over hours to get the job done. Very helpful and very knowledgeable group of guys. To add to the plus side they even do towing. 5 stars plus some more.

I have been using this shop for about a year because I could not afford dealership prices. So far I have had to use their tow service twice, have an axle replaced, and they found a water leak in my third brake light for me. I have been very pleased with all of my experiences.

I want to share my very positive experience I had with this business. The reception was quick and courteous. They evaluated the problem right away, fixed it and I was on with my day. I have a Honda CRV, so don't be reluctant to bring over an "import". (Not that any Honda's are made in Japan anymore.)

Thank god i found a shop i can trust in waynesville!Love these people! Called in the middle of the day asking about my vehicle making a crazy noise....was told to bring it in after lunch......the man who runs the show literally dropped everything he was doing to drive my vehicle......not only that, he told me within 20 seconds of driving it....everything that was wrong with it! They definitely know their stuff! I mean right down to the lady that works the desk.....they all know their stuff! Couldn't be happier with my experience! I now am starting to take our company vehicles there for maintenance! You all ROCK! THANK YOU!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Bought a used 2004 Volvo off of Craigslist last year. After a couple of weeks started hiccuping and stalling out so I took it in the first place I found close by which happened to be Triangle. Dropped it off with the expectation of at least a $100 diagnostic which I had been quoted from another shop to just look at my car. Ecstatic when they called 2 days later with the car repaired from a vacuum hose leak and the charge of only $65. Since then I have had plugs, brakes, and the oil change. Everything has come in at lower prices than I expected and the brakes we're at a lower price than I had been quoted. Love my experience so much that I'm making my first Google review today. If you have a problem with these guys it's probably not their fault.

I checked the BBB before taking my car here. They had an A+ rating. It was well earned. I was very happy with my service & the friendliness. I wasn't told my car needed something it didn't. I will continue using them for my automotive needs..

My father in law took his car there because he trusted them. They had it for over 8 days and never looked at it. They kept telling him they would and never did. He is 87 and took it there because he thought he could trust them. He asked them if they could tow it to the Ford dealership in Waynesville. Not only did they charge him $60 but they also made him come pay it before they towed it. They were extremely rude to him and I wanted to warn anyone who may be considering using them. I can understand that they are busy but they should have just told him they could not look at it when he took it to them.

I don't usually write reviews about business's or products but I had to say something about the people and service from Triangle Automotive Repair. My 1999 Dodge 2500 diesel managed to spin off the castle nut on the passenger side tire and the only thing left holding the wheel on was the brake caliper. I was stuck on the side of the road with this big truck and needed a tow. I looked up towing on my phone and called Triangle. They were very friendly and understood my issue. My truck couldn't be towed by a rollback or a normal tow truck by the wheels because it would have damaged the front end even more. The guys showed up and were able to lift my truck by the axle and towed it to my house. I live on a very narrow rocky back road that would give a Billy goat a headache and these guys managed to get my truck in and even backed it right to my garage door. I can't say enough good things about everyone there and the service I got from Triangle Automotive. I will definitely be calling them again if I need a tow or mechanic work. Great job guys!!!!

Absolutely amazing service, I won't use any one else. You arent just a customer here, they care about your life. My truck broke down last night and when I said I was worried about getting it back before Friday as I am starting a new job, Dustin said no problem. They called early this morning to tell me it was done. They have stayed open late for me and offered me a ride home. Best shop in the whole Asheville area, worth the trip if you arent local to Waynesville.

My daughter had an emergency vehichle issue and we had it towed to Triangle. My daughter is in college in the area and I had to come from the Charlotte NC to help take her to work/school. We had the car towed to Triangle and they were able to fit it in within a very reasonable amount of time, they were very knowledgeable, did good work fast and did not try to sell me things I did not need. I would highly recommend Triangle Automotive Repair.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Triangle Automotive Repair is a top notch service. I had a semi-major problem with my VW and I needed the work done in one day. They took it that morning and by mid-afternoon, it was done! And they were very reasonably priced. Thanks for getting me taken care of. Totally would recommend them.

Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced Brought my car there 3 times to resolve oil leak / burning oil paid for it to be fixed three months later my vehicle lost 5 quarts of oil and my engine almost blew up took it back again and was treated like this was my fault by thier NEW receptionist. All i want is my car fixed right. As a courtesy to thier customer they should of not charged me to replace the oil it lost and should have appologized for invonvience but instead they pretty much told me "whatever conversation you had with the old receptionist is nul in void" Will NEVER give them my business there are to many mechanics in haywood county that will do the job right the first time! Maybe this is why they have a 3 star rating and not a 5.In response to your response: we were never advised to bring back the car to make sure the oil leak was corrected. Anyone with a brain qould know that as older cars do burn oil 5 quarts is a bit excessive. My oil was changed ttwice since may by triangle automotive yet they failed to put a new sticker on after each oil change. when i proved them wrong this morning about how many miles the actual car was driven in three months i started getting yelled at and blamed from the NEW receptionist who clearly is not a mechanic never once did the actual mechanic come and speak to me only the receptionist also i must have traveled to california and back if i put 5k worth of miles on my vehicle in 3 months time. This company has an excuse for everything. the only refund i requested was for the oil change that was done for a third time which if customer service was important to you would have been comped for my trouble. Again instead of arguing or blaming your customer a chat from the actual mechanic that worked on my car would have been nice. when someone brings you a vehicle the problem shoild be fixed at least the second time around your incompetence will show and you will lose business eventually if you continue to allow a receptionist to handle the work and explination of things the mechanic should be doing.

Very unprofessional, will not be back. Picked my car up to find cup holders had been used and radio was on a different station! My check engine light came on today (8 days later). I called to ask about this, and I was told to bring my car in again. I asked about the radio and cup holders being used. I got no apology, and was spoken to very rudely. That same lack of courtesy was taken with my car.

I took my Dodge Dakota there to be check do to not cranking they quickly came back saying it's out of time. When I asked them to dig a little deeper because I just had that motor put in they sat on it for a month. Came back with the same response. I ended up towing it home I popped the hood and put my motor to top dead center and all my marks lined up. I then went down there and asked about it the owner told me he was right in his diagnostic and will not discuss it anymore. I asked for my money back because clearly he did not know what he was doing and he told me to get the hell out of his shop. I will not recommend this shop to anyone.Update: after some extensive checking. Going through checking voltage and grounds I found that the can shaft sensor I put in from the parts store was faulty. Replaced the part again and it started right up. Guess it wasn't my timing after all. O and by the way I might not be the best mechanic in the world but I am a certified machanic I just did not have the time to work on my own stuff. Triangle Automotive has once again shown there true collors he wanted over 500 dollars to fix my timing and it came down to a 30 dollar part.

They towed my car to their shop when the clutch went out and it was stuck in reverse, but told me it would be at least 2 months before they could even take a look at it. When I called in to check on it they didn t have any information, then called me back 45min later with a rediculous price for a use transmission and offered to scrap it and would give me $150 for the truck/scrap profits. I refused and said let s find a cheaper transmissionif you can t just replace the clutch. I called back several times to check but never got a response to my messages. Then I got a letter in the mail with their intent to sell and a $900 storage fee.
