Very helpful and respectful, unfortunately they didn't have what I needed. Mike told me where I could find it and was a pleasant person helping me out. If you're looking for great sound equipment they got it. Thanks for the help and kindness.

1st time I've ever been there. Couldn't be more pleased, showroom was something to take in while in person. Staff ,well 2 guys at the counter and both were very knowledgeable about the products they sale plus had plenty of inventory. Actually bought more stuff than I went there to get and prices were on point for all that I bought. Will definitely be a return customer, not often you can walk into a shop and actually see and touch a solo baric or w7 jl audios just waiting on a ride home

Poor work; awful customer services! I spent nearly 1500 dollars there, only to be treated with a mild, but palpable, hostility after asking for assistance after the work was done (which was never provided). The manager (who repeatedly bragged about all of his years of experience ) was both rude and unhelpful. For such an experienced individual, he hasn t learned much about showing respect to customers or producing quality work.After less than 4 months, one subwoofer now cuts out randomly and the other is hitting my floor and wearing the rubber down so badly that I have rubber residue all around it. Why? Because their work is shoddy, their technical acumen is lacking, and the materials they use are cheap! What s more? My stereo has consistently made a weird squealing sound since Stereo Innovations installed my amp and subs.This place is a nightmare! I ve lost a bunch of money, and now I have to have the entire system replaced because it doesn t work right.To anyone considering allowing Stereo Innovations to install anything in or on their vehicle, I strongly recommend staying away and making the drive to a respectable audio shop that does quality work.

Mike was wonderful helping me order the system I wanted from JL Audio. It came earlier than expected and was great on all levels. I hope you give Mike or his team a chance if you're in the market for home or car audio/video/security. They will give you a great job, service, or product in whatever they can do for you. Thank you Mike, I look forward to adding more, and my next build!

A good friend said he had a very early morning appointment at this place and could I give him a ride. But the car was not ready to be picked up all day until one hour to closing. They were late 30 minutes for the appointment and instead of being apologetic they said we tried to call u. But he never spoke to anyone. Then they kept the car 7 hours without one call to say it s taking longer. So it took them 7 hours for a few hour job. Or they made him bring the car in 4 hours before starting. Either way never going back and neither is he! Customer service is this place last priority and labor was almost as much as the very expensive part. Horrible place save yourself the hassle!

Seriously the BEST place to buy car audio items. The person working (I am not sure if he is the owner, but that was kinda the vibe I got) was extremely friendly and patient as I did hundreds of laps through the store and looked at every item at least twenty times. When I eventually decided on a Memphis 12" Street Reference subwoofer, box, and amp combo and matching Street Reference 6.5" components with tweeters, he made sure I had remembered everything I needed for the install (good thing he did too, I almost forgot to get a fusible link) and recommended a power wire gauge and helped me estimate the length I needed for my install (which was an insanely perfect estimate, it landed right at the middle of my trunk, I won't even have to cut it, how did he even do that?) and even helped me carry all this out to my car, then ALSO helped me catch my invoice when it tried to escape when a gust of wind blew it back out of the car. You made a customer for life today, for sure. Oh, and their prices are great too, but don't expect $30 Scosche or Dual subwoofers, this place carries quality hardware for quality car audio, (they also carry other car, boat, and atv accessories- backup and dash cams, fog lights, weather tech stuff, all that jazz). I really can't recommend them enough. If you want truly good car audio, this is the place to go. Walmart speakers are for people who run their amp power wire over their windshield wiper cowl and through their door hinges to an amp with empty fuse cavities jumpered with 14g solid house wire, clipping a lightning audio subwoofer at full gain that has had a blown voice coil for at least 7 months wired at the wrong impedance. Never be that guy.

I loved this place when I first walked in I put myself a $3000 budget to spend in this place, I asked for help and don't get me wrong the guy was knowledgeable but not customer friendly. its like we were an inconvenience to him. I was not happy with his customer service and he was very rude (this is the manager of the place). so I turned around and walked out I wanted to keep my business local but instead I will shop online. good if you want stuff now if not and you can wait go somewhere else.

Just had a smartphone remote car start put in. There wasn't a product available, but they researched and found a way to use multiple products to achieve my goal.Works like a charm, and there's no sign of any aftermarket parts to be found.Great experience.

Paid for stereo install and only one channel audio worked when finished. They said they did not check it after installing but would for extra money. Used to be best place in town for stereo work. No more. I have had several systems installed here but never again.

This is a top notch business.. if you want to upgrade your stereo in your vehicle then this is the place to go.. The technician there is the best.. Very knowledgeable and upfront honest about the cost.. The owner takes steps to make every customer feel important..

The price is to high and priced wrong on certain products. Bought 24 inch of wire that cost 20 bucks when I could have went to Walmart and got the same in ten feet for less than five dollars
