Great folks. Down to earth, professional. They helped me figure out why a brake light wasn t working instead of just failing the test. We discovered a cracked adaptor which I was able to fix easy and get back on the road.

They had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. They explained everything they were wonderful. All of them were very wonderful. I had a great experience and will be going back to get my next oil change and air filter replacement from them.

These guys always do a great job. They are quick for an oil change and helpful with your questions. They seem to have been recently bought out by another company so some of the policies and services may have changed. All around an easy experience.

Receipt shows that besides the oil change, they checked: air filter, wiper blades. Coolant, power steering fluid, and tires.They didn't check anything but windshield wiper fluid.I asked why the receipt shows they checked all that stuff when they didn't, the response was "we never do".So basically, they lie about what they said they do when getting a service.UPDATE: The company responded to my review and offered a number to call or text. I called and texted twice, and no one ever got back to me. I guess that response was about as fake as the things they said they checked on my car but actually didn't!

*please* be careful here. I took my van a few weeks ago and they have really caused us issues. Immediately after my van started smoking and as I'm pulled over looking at things, a man stops to help me. Upon inspection we both see the antifreeze is mostly water. He asked who changed my oil last and I said Snappy Lube did a day ago! He couldn't believe they "topped me off" with water. We also checked the oil and it was very low!! The day after an oil change?? I filled it up to see if I had a leak, but it's been perfect since. They really ripped me off and I payed $90 for an oil change. Absolutely never again. Doing it myself from now on.

The whole staff was super friendly and helpful. I had a newborn baby crying in the backseat and they were kind enough to give me a few extra minutes to take care of him in their garage. Highly recommend!

I went for an oil change and there was no wait and they were done in about 10 minutes. I didn't even have to get out of the car! Now that's service!

Be very careful here it seems the quality of the work you get depends on who is on the shift. Have been several visits and not had any issues but on the most recent visit my oil pan drain plug was left loose. Thankfully the plug didn't end up backing out so the worst that I ended up with was oil puddles in my driveway. However this could have ended catastrophically.The three puddles in the images are what accumulated in the driveway in the 15 miles I'd driven over three trips since the oil change.

Went in for an inspection, the bigger guy with a country accent tried to fail me three times.First for no muffler Then no cat Then cat doesn t have enough sensors After pointing out the obvious red muffler he said he didn t see it.Showing him the stock cat that all Hondas of the model have along with the two sensors he still said he didn t see it.Rude, and doesn t know how to do his job.

These people were super duper nice and great They were honest about what the car needed. They recommended a lower priced oil that saved me money and is supposedly a suitable substitute for Mobil 1 in my 2008 Cadillac DTS that I ADORE lol. They do general stuff like tire rotations and brake pads I think but you can ask for more. I got an oil change and they put air in the tires. Fast, efficient service. Great folks. Friendly. A+

My wife stopped in on Thursday, March 23rd. She was met by an overweight man with a strong country accent, who seemed infatuated by her Florida tags. He kept saying very loudly "she's from Florida" (she grew up In Waynesville, not that it's relevant). He then quoted $150 for an oil change. My wife said I hope you haven't started raining oil yet, please close the hood, and I'll go somewhere else. When she arrived at the somewhere else, they pulled out her air filter in advised her that it appeared to have been dipped in old oil. They checked the airbox to ensure that there wasn't a discharge, and it was not. It appears that the overweight gentleman that I referred to earlier, was trying to get some extra business by dipping a brand new air filter (I had installed it less than two weeks prior) into a vat of used oil in the hopes of an upsell.I emailed the "corporate office" (it's an AOL email lol) and got no response.There are better people and places to do business with.Service: Oil change
