We really enjoyed working with the Riverside Team. They helped us choose the right bed for our truck. They educated us in what the Flatbed could offer from a service aspect. Installation was very quick. When we first walked onto the lot we felt at home. Still feel that way after the deal. Highly recommend Riverside for your truck bed needs. They can pair up a nice trailer to go with that bed too. We live 4 hours away and could have bought a bed anywhere. We chose Riverside for their service and personal experience. Riverside removed a 16ft box from my Ford F450 chassis and installed a new 16ft box with an attic for us! They did an amazing job and was very reasonable! These folks are a pleasure to do business with! Highly recommend!

Hands down perfect place to come to! They went above and beyond to help us in what could have been a terrible experience. Kenny and his crew are great at what they do and the customer service is too notch. They repaired our hub and gave us a new tire and rim and we were on the road again in under an hour. A++ in our book!

They are awesome! They quickly fixed our camper trailer when we arrived with an emergency wheel repair. Replaced the hub and checked the rest of our tires while they were at it. Great service, great people.

Riverside Trailers & Truckbeds really helped me in a bind! As I was pulling my travel trailer into the Asheville area, I hit a massive pothole, and the axle on the right side of my trailer gave way! Not only did they find the part I needed, but they actually made room for and allowed me to store my trailer on their property for a full week until the part came in since I was from out of town. Lora and Kenny are awesome and totally went above and beyond to help me out and they were so nice about every interaction also during a very stressful time! Much appreciated!

We was on the way to Idaho and the trailer spindle broke. Stranded on the side of the highway we googled trailer repairs and Riverside Trailers & Truckbed was closest to us. We waited it out over night went to their shop when they opened up he called around looking for an axle and no one had the same exact axle we needed but he had one that was close to what we had. He welded some mounting brackets on the axle and let us change the brakes and hubs out with his tools. I highly recommend Riverside Trailers. He went above and beyond to get us back on the road

Thank you for fixing our brakes on our momentum RV. We had the brakes serviced before leaving west Tennessee but they were put on wrong. We feel safe hitting the road to the coast now! You saved our trip! We highly recommend Riverside Trailers & Truckbeds! Everyone there was so nice!

I recommend this place to ANY and EVERYONE. First off, they are very honest, and so kind. I now feel safe hauling hundreds of miles. Seriously. Lora & Kenny & Cody are absolutely wonderful. Second, it's affordable and quick. I pulled in there hauling a horse with my horse trailer tire smoking and hot. I unloaded my horse in their drive, hung out and they fixed it on the spot. Seriously couldn't ask for a better experience.

While on a cross-country RV trip, we had trouble with the RV brakes and were stuck in Waynesville, NC. After more than 24 hours of being stuck at a truck stop and unable to identify the problem and get it fixed, we were approached by a "Good Samaritan" (Butch Ray) who referred us to Kenny Greene and Riverside Trailers & Truckbeds. Kenny was quick to identify the problem and make the repair (a brake wire had come loose inside the drum and was pinched between the magnet and the drum) for a very reasonable price. We were back on the road and our RV vacation was saved. I can not say thank you enough to Kenny Greene and Riverside Trailers & Truckbeds and Butch Ray! Highly Recommend!!!

Kenny and his team were very helpful in getting my RV trailer back on the road. They communicated well in person, on the phone and by text messages. They know what they are doing. I am glad I found them and trust their work. Thanks to the local tow service and NC highway Patrol for pointing them out.
