Cody was awesome! Not only was he there when we *REALLY* needed help with a lock out on a sunday when no one else would help, but the customer service was top notch extremely fast and pricing was super reasonable. I will sing his praises forever and ever!

This establishment is absolutely phenomenal and has incredibly kind hearted employees. I (at time of writing) am in the process of moving and had some issues with U-Haul about getting a trailer hitch installed due to one of their techs quitting. Reece went above and beyond (thank you Cody specifically) to pick up the parts from Asheville and do the install.Unfortunately, U-Haul continued to mess up royally (shocker) and that didn't go through, but I'm absolutely floored by how kind and generous this business is. U-Haul should take notes!In short: DO BUSINESS WITH REECE - they are awesome!!!!

This Shop is very knowledgeable and can fix it if it is fixable.. Very friendly and can do anything Tires, auto mechanic, Call them for all your needs.. You wont regret it at all..

I have always been able to rely on Reece Truck and Auto, they have always shown up for me and helped me whenever I've needed! The amount of time and work they put in surpasses any of the rest!

Took my Jeep there to get the air looked at. Upon arrival, someone was there to help me immediately. Very polite group of people. Also, I love that they hire people with disabilities, they also hire lgbtq+, ect. I highly recommend this place for any kind of vehicle fixtures anyone needs. Best service I ve had in a very long time. They also don t BS you on anything. Great prices. All around great everything.After they have fixed my vehicle, they guys did excellent team work to get my Jeep done (as I had worked nights). They kept me informed about the time frame and was very great at keeping communication with me through the process. Also, if you are a service member or veteran, you get 10% off. Which, was new to me. I ve never had that at any car garage I ve been to. Again, thank y all for the hard work y all put in. I will be doing my services with y all from here on out and I ll be sending people your way.Service: Air conditioning

This shop is a blessing. We were traveling 5 hrs away w 3 kids and had some tire issues. God had us at the rite place at the rite time. This man got us new tires and back on the road. We were spending the weekend in the mountains when we had some car trouble. Stephen dropped what he was doing, diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem--all while we were having lunch next door. Outstanding service and a great outcome. Thanks for saving our weekend!

Coty and Brittany are the best! They got our alternator fixed in two hours and they are the cutest couple. Brittany even gave us a ride into town in her personal vehicle. Amazing service and good people. Thank y all so much!

Toby and Brittany came to tow my vehicle to the mechanic ,arriving on time and he said start her up and just by listening to the engine go on he was able to say lift your hood please and with in 20 minutes he fixed the problem which was a rotor cable chewed up by rodents! I highly recommend him and his expertise! I will be using his services again next time it will be my first call! Thank you Toby!!! You rock!!!Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Pretty good service, I was able to take care of a family member who broke down near the area while I was 3 hours away, communication was simple and effective and the job got done without my presence needed. A little pricey but overall saved me a 3 hour trip.

The good folks at Reece's are lifesavers. My dad and I popped a tire on the highway way up in the mountains in the middle of nowhere and had to pull off the exit to the nearest gas station. It was already dark out and most businesses would have been closed. But God was looking out for us and made it that the only business around other than the gas station was Reece's. We called them up after asking around to see if there was anyone that could help us. They graciously received us and brought our car in the garage. Even though they didn't have the tire size to replace our blown tire, they went above and beyond and looked into seeing if there was a way to patch it up. They succeeded in doing so and had us back on the road in about an hour or less. They asked us for only 40 dollars but my dad and I felt the services they provided were worth much more than that, so we gave them a very generous tip we had no problem parting with because we were extremely grateful. If Reece's hadn't been there, we likely would have been stuck up there high in the mountains in the middle of nowhere. It was kind of a sketchy area because it was just the gas station and Reece's and thick mountainous forrests all around, but I can say that Reece's is a beacon of light and a godsend for those in need. It's the good folks at Reece's that give me hope for the future of this country. May God bless you and keep you in His protection.Services: Tires, Tire change

Incredible experience! Courteous owner and staff. Extremely helpful. Went to find tires and got almost brand new ones for only 100. And then he looked at an issue I was having with my car and he checked it out for free. He took the time to explain what he was doing to me. And I'm a woman so I know nothing about cars. I will never go anywhere else for my car. Thank you sir for rekindling my faith in decent people in the world!

All I can say is these guys were more than hardworking and just overall great at what they do. I give them so much credit because they never gave up when they could have gone to sleep but in fact did keep on working to help me get back to work. I just wanna say thank you so much for your help and show a lot of love for what you have done. You all are just all the best and prevented me from being stuck. If there is a button to press on the a five star it has to be way pass that there is no limit. They are worth so much more (sufficient worker at their best.) because the work that they did everyone would complain about it and they literally handle the situation with no problem. I recommend you to them because they will not let you down, I promise that and I know it.

Absolute lifesavers. Came and checked my car out at 2 am. Was not fixable but they stayed with me until I was safely with my ride. I felt extremely taken care of by these sweet souls. We need more roadside help/mechanics like this
