Purchased a Ranger 1000 from Jesse and Team, very pleased with entire experience. As noted in many of these reviews Jesse was honest, friendly, no pressure and a lot of fun to work with. Being a novice to UTVs he was very patient with us asking questions that most buyers would not need to ask. I am confident that all future interactions with him and his team will be equally as positive when the need for service arises. Highly recommend them to anyone shopping for Polaris products.

Polaris was awesome! We recently purchased our second Ranger Side by side. Everything went smoothly, it was ready when promised. Jesse and his crew are the best. 10/10

Jesse sold me a Polaris UTV. Very straight forward transaction (no bait and switch) and awesome product. I thought I had an issue when I took it off the trailer and Jesse and his mechanic came out on a Saturday to make sure there were no issues. Everything checked out!!

Great experience! Fit my 150hr RZR 800 scheduled service into their busy schedule and was able to pick it up by lunch. Much less expensive than Charlotte shops. Even gave me a tip on simple and effective tie-down to the trailer.Would highly recommend Polaris of Waynesville to any current or potential Polaris owner!

Polaris of Waynesville is the best! Jesse and his crew are patient, professional and very knowledgeable. They take the time to answer all questions. But most importantly are honest and straightforward. You can rely on what Jesse is saying. He cares about his customers more than the sale. I would highly recommend taking the time to drive here and ask for Jesse.

Had most welcoming experience here with Jessie jus purchased my 570 Sportsman seen sticker price and just bot while others in area wanted a ridiculous amount for same exact machine not long before 1st scheduled maintenance I'm sure everything go smooth I highly recommend Jessie and Polaris of Waynesville

My husband and I enjoyed the straight forward manner in which Jesse operates! He and his team deliver in an honest and timely manner. They made purchasing from out-of-town as easy as possible. Highly recommend this business!

These guys are straight forward. Jesse says heres the machine, heres the price, heres how it goes. No bs like your dealer up the road! Super nice people to work with, very informative. I had to call after hours with an issue i had and they walked me through it over the phone. You wont get that anywhere else! In and out in an hour or less with a new machine.

You could probably get a better deal in Asheville on your UTV ATV. After buying my vehicle there my understanding is is free delivery from the Asheville dealer so you know if you don't have your own trailer there you go and I think his prices are a little higher but I still bought my machine there so what can I say.

Buying a ATV here was a good experience since Jesse was so kind and fair to deal with. I also bought accessories for my ATV.I totally recommend buying your off road toys here.

Working with Jesse was one of the best customer service experiences we've ever had. First, the shop is neat, organized and very clean. He had the model 570 we were looking for and immediately answered the questions we had. I had an ATV for trade, Jesse offered a fair trade value and we made the deal quickly. The next day, when we dropped off the manual and extra key for the trade, Jesse spent time answering all the remaining questions I had about the new machine, which only affirmed his knowledge about the Polaris product. Great customer service, will return there exclusively for service and would recommend Jesse and his staff to anyone. Being a small business in a small mountain community, they are an undiscovered gem in the mountains.

Our experience with the owner, Jesse, was amazing. Even talking long distance he took care of helping us get exactly what we wanted. Jesse the owner is a straight up honest guy. The whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I'm a very informed consumer and Jesse never tries to tell me something that's not true nor sale me something I don't want. Jesse can get you what you want and for the best price. When you make a deal with him your done, no need to go through a "sales manager" like other places where all the trickery begins. Just a great buying experience!

A 5 only because can t give 10 stars. Can t imagine anyone not liking to visit this dealership and prices very reasonable compared to other dealers. Also had part needed that none of other other dealers in area had and on back order from Polaris.

Great place! Great customer service fromEVERYONE there. This may be a small business but they have everything I need to maintain my Polaris. Helped me know what I needed to attach a winch and snowplow. Everything went smoothly, saved money and stayed close to home! The extra bonus was being able to rent a trailer from them to haul it back and forth. 5 stars!!

Great to do business with. When you go in, you deal directly with the owner, which I appreciate. We placed our order, and when it came in the owner was the one to take us through the operation of the UTV. No high pressure sales, and no attempt to sell us something we did not need. I highly recommend them.

Jesse and Byron are so helpful. My family stopped by not intending to buy , my wife drove a Ranger and fell in love with it. Jesse was not pushy at all and we left with a new machine! Great experience.

Awesome place and lots of choices to pick from. Came here to find my son ATV and we did just that. The staff and owner were so friendly and helpful. Made my shopping experience amazing. Just bought a special edition 570 ATV. No pressure, no fees, got the rebate and it was an easy way to buy. Better than going into the big dealerships and having salesman hound you. They all charge bogus fees. Happy with my purchase and the customer service.

Had a wonderful experience at Polaris of Waynesville. The owner, Jesse was super knowledgable and helped us order our Polaris Ranger 1000. He was very helpful with the entire process. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a Polaris.
