We had a wonderful time during our stay here last weekend. The food was phenomenal and Anna was a great host! We stayed in the Clyde Ray Sr. Suite. The bed was comfy and the bathroom had a jacuzzi tub. It was wonderful and I would definitely recommend to anyone that was visiting the area! We plan to stay again in the future! Thank you Anna!

Oak hill is absolutely stunning and the history of the home is very interesting. The owner, Anna, is more than an outstanding host. Her cooking is out of this world, the rooms are very clean, and the property is beautiful and welcoming. I had an issue with my vehicle during my visit, while trying to get somewhere important, and Anna went out of her way and made sure I got there. I was more than pleased with being a guest!

Anna, the owner and host is a true delight. The house is beautiful and the scenery is breathing. Anna's breakfast is delicious and leaves you looking forward to the next morning to see what delicious food will be waiting. My husband and I stayed on the Bobby Breeze room and it was perfect, bed was very comfortable and the room was so peaceful. My husband even had a midnight meal with Anna, and loved it. Anna is a wonderful person and made us feel like we were at home. I highly recommend Oak Hill. We will be back!Rooms: Cozy, peaceful, quiet and romantic.

On a 2 weeks trip to NC and TN we got tired of standard hotel rooms. Found this gem in Waynesville. It s small with 6 guest rooms, but it has the age to be cozy and welcoming - and all rooms are different. Anna the owner is a sweetheart and she does everything in her power to make her guests feel welcome and almost at home. We walked waynesville a night during our stay and checked every single restaurant (except fast food) for a table for 2. All fully booked. We went back to Oak Hill - where we found Anna in the dining room. Would you like me to make some food for you ? - give me an hour . An hour later we sat down for a wonderful dinner - three dishes Remarkable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Oak Hill on Love Lane B and B. The room and bathroom were beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. Our host, the owner, was so friendly and very willing to share her knowledge of the area. The breakfasts were delicious and we enjoyed the beautiful Mountain View as we dined. We would definitely stay here if we return to the area!

Oak Hill was my first experience staying at a B&B. What a lovely, relaxing place! My room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast can be ordered to your tastes plus there are two rooms available to eat in. It is close to the downtown area and convenient to area attractions. Am very happy with my experience and plan to go back on another trip!

We can't recommend this place enough! The room was large and welcoming, the bed was comfortable, the views (and the house itself) was breathtaking, the location was great (we went to the Smokies, Asheville, and downtown Waynesville), and Anna, the host, was just superb. She made our very first stay in a B+B wonderful and we cannot wait to try others! Her cooking is absolutely amazing, she made us a gorgeous (dairy-free) breakfast to our tastes that we got to eat on the porch overlooking the beautiful mountains. She also told us a little history about the house and the street, which made the whole stay just so much more personable. Thank you Anna (and Gleek!)Nearby activities: Smoky Mountains, Asheville, Waynessville

My husband and I booked this B&B last minute. Anna was very accommodating. I told her we would check in that evening and asked if it was possible that we could put in a dinner order. We were lucky enough to be the only ones there, and she could accommodate us with a beautiful meal. It was perfect and better than I expected, and so was breakfast!! Delicious food, comfortable beds, and soft pillows, five stars all around. I couldn t ask for a better B&B. Thank you for welcoming us and taking good care of us.

Love the place, charming, and Quaint. My bed was so comfortable. I wanted to buy the mattress. The lady of the house Ann was wonderful. We keep strict kosher, and she was able to provide all of our breakfast meals by sourcing kosher products in the area. We plan on going back with the whole family and renting the place out.

The proprietor was very gracious. Our suite was lovely and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. Breakfast & dinners were outstanding and, most of all, we enjoyed them sitting on the porch overlooking the mountains in the distance. So peaceful, so refreshing. We are definitely going there again! Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed at Oak Hill on Love Lane B&about this week for 3 nights. We can not say enough about Anna, Owner and Chef. She is the consummate hostess. I am gluten free and she made me the most amazing GF breakfasts I have ever eaten! First AM Fruit to start then GF Eggs Benedict with a side of thick cut bacon. They are the most amazing grits. I grew up with grits and basically hated them. She has converted me. 2nd AM Grits with diced ham and poached eggs followed by GF waffles and sausage. We were suppose to leave very early on our last day because we had a 9 hr drive back to Florida but my husband and I stayed to have our last breakfast. We couldn t pass it up. She served warmed over night oats with fruit which was amazing, Eggs with ham served over GF bread. It was worth staying. We are already planning our next trip to stay at Oak Hill, this time to cook with Anna. Thank you Anna.

Oak Hill is a lovely home from the 1800's. The rooms are beautiful, private and relaxing. The bed and linens are spectacular. Anna, the Innkeeper, is a wonderful host. She makes you feel welcome but gives you space to enjoy your trip. She is extremely accommodating for food allergies and restrictions. Her breakfasts are fantastic served in the serene setting of her front porch. Beautiful and relaxing. So nice to be in 70 degree weather in August!!!

My husband and I serendipitously found this gem on a whim as we were traveling home from Asheville and decided to extend our getaway weekend one more night. We are so glad we did! It s a beautiful historic home with lovely rooms and amenities. The private bathroom was also a huge plus. Everyone was super friendly and we absolutely loved our delicious breakfast on the back porch in the morning. We were wishing we could have stayed another night. We will definitely be back!!

This is the best place ever for a honeymoon and so elegant and peaceful. We really enjoyed staying here for a few days after just getting married and our host was so kind.We also had an amazing breakfast every morning on the porch while it was still warm enough to do so and enjoy the view starting out with coffee.Everything or anything you want to do is nearby and conveniently located. We will definitely be going back there for years to come.Thank you for a wonderful time we had.

My wife and I came to Waynesville on a combination vacatiion and house hunting trip. We stayed at this wonderful B&B for five relaxing nights! The house is a big turn of the century home furnished with period furniture. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. Anna, the owner and host, treated us like family from the moment we arrived. She and her staff tended to our every need. The breakfasts were cooked to order and delicious. Everything was fresh, local and organic. She even went out of her way to cater to my wife's gluten allergy. We would highly recommend this establishment to anyone visiting the area and we can't wait to visit again ourselves!

This was my first time staying at Oak Hill and everything was perfect! The food was excellent. I stayed in the Mary Margaret room, which was amazing. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The night out by the fire pit was the best part was incredibly peaceful. Anna was great all around. She helped with site seeing and tips for local things to do. Her artwork is amazing as well. I look forward to coming back!

The location was perfect, the rooms were great, and the food....OMG the FOOOOOOOD. This is definitely not just a bed & breakfast. Anna, the owner, made us an incredible & fully customized 9 course dinner for 2. All of the dishes had her own unique take on them, and I can tell you her best ingredient, love. Sound cheesy, but she genuinely enjoys preparing great food, and making her guests feel at home. She customized our breakfasts based on our likes, she made us an amazing pitcher of sangria & charcuterie board for a late afternoon snack. She even shared some of the secrets to a few of the dishes & I will absolutely be adding them to my arsenal. Pink peppercorns...yes please! Honestly, you will not be disappointed here. It's a beautiful old house, with a wonderful & accommodating staff. We were able to walk to downtown (about 3/4 mile) for some shopping and to dinner one night. The view is incredible, and we really enjoyed having coffee in the mornings in the provided robes, in front of the fireplace in our room's sitting parlor. It was absolute perfect, and we can't wait to go back!

This was our first experience at this B&B and we were not disappointed. My husband and I planned a weekend getaway and we had a great time. Amazing hosts ,the attention to detail was spot on. The food was absolutely delicious, rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated. Love that they kept the original character of the home and enjoyed reading about the homes history. Definitely will be coming back ! Meandering muffins are a delicious treat and fun adventure !

Lovely inn; gourmet innkeeper: we ll returnAn unexpected treat! After our car broke down on a dark, mountain road, Anna was our savior. She told us to show up whenever we could. The inn and room were beautiful, clean, and, as my mother would have said, well appointed, with much thoughtful attention to detail and comfort. Along with the usual toiletries, Anna even provided tooth brushes, which we needed since we hadn t planned to be away overnight.Anna is also a gourmet chef. Breakfast was amazing: a yogurt with fruit parfait, followed by shrimp with grits and an egg, organic Canadian bacon, whole wheat toast with homemade jam and French press coffee. I would come back for the breakfast alone.Everyone was friendly and respectful of social distancing, including the dogs. Thank you, Anna, for turning what could have been a horrible experience into a delightful one. We look forward to returning. I might even hug you next time , even though you re not a hugger!

A fantastic place that is nestled in the heart of the community. The house (a registered National Historic Place) is in a perfect location for not only great views, but easily accessible to all the trendy places Waynesville has to offer. The house and the rooms are fantastic. The rooms are spacious, come with great amenities, and are meticulously maintained. The breakfast is out of this world. Each morning we were treated to a 3 course breakfast!!! WOW! The owners are personable and are willing to help with anything from extra towels to local sights to even dinner reservations. Oak Hill was perfect and we will definitely be back again.

I loved this place. We had a lovely cozy room with a small fridge and television. The bed was comfy and breakfast was three courses of delicious and meticulously prepared and plated dishes. The coffee was mild tasting and flavorful but there was a coffee maker in the room.It was very nice and the host and staff were very kind, friendly and ensured our safety during our stay.

We loved this home. It had beautiful grounds with great views of both the mountains and the city. The inn keepers, Darlene and Tony, have put so much love and care into everything. The home is beautifully appointed and the little touches to enhance your experience can be found in every room in the house. We were only able to make breakfast one morning, but it was delicious. Fresh baked muffins and cookies each day. The location is a 3 min drive to downtown Waynesville restaurants and shops. We ran out of time to enjoy a bottle of wine on the big front porch so we will happily return.
