Very professional and helpful. They don t keep tires in stock but usually can get what you need in a day or two. They also worked to give me my bang for my buck! Highly recommend!

I've been doing business with them on and off for over 20years, and they never disappoint me on the service or prices. I recently had them do an alignment on my 2017 GMC. I highly recommend them.

Great place. All you have to do is call them, tell them what you need and schedule your appointment. Your maintenance is done right so that's a huge plus.

I needed new front tires very badly,I went in around 10am,because I am newer to the Waynesville area and pass this shop daily on my way to work and no one else was answering calls.I was very stressed due to one of my tires on the borderline of quitting. The staff got me in,ordered my tires,had them delivered and I went back at 3pm,tires were mounted and balanced perfectly and by 3.30pm I was on my way home! I cannot say enough about how professional and kind the staff were! Super happy with their services and attitudes,so I ordered tires for the back too,and will have them put on this Friday,along with my front brakes replaced!! Amazing prices too! Extremely reasonable! I will recommend them to EVERYONE

We took our vehicle to Haywood tire because the front wheel was making a terrible racket. Jim, the manager, and the lady behind the counter, Betty, greeted up promptly and pretty soon had a mechanic checking it out. They gave us a price that was very reasonable and in less than an hour we were ready to go - despite them being very busy. They have a comfortable waiting room, with friendly folks, and, in case it matters to you - it does to us - not one ugly remark nor a single cuss word was heard. We had had exhaust system reworked there a couple of years ago, and were very pleased that time, as well. I don't usually write reviews, and almost never outright recommend a business, but this business earned our whole hearted recommendation. Y'all write their number down, and call them the next time your vehicle needs service or it's state inspection, And check out their great prices on tires. You won't be disappointed!!

We called needing a tire for our RV asap as we were in town from Florida. Jim ordered the tire received it in next day gave us a call already mounted and ready for pick up. This a first class business with great people and service. I am a Vietnam era vet who bought Goodyear tires via USAA at a discount for veterans. Hazelwood was designated as the installation dealer. The entire process was terrific from my call to confirm through installation. The people are gracious,informative, and professional. A locally owned business. I couldn't recommend strongly enough. The best.

Was in the area helping a relative and our back brakes went out. They were able to get us in the next day and got us all patched up before having to drive back down Black Mountain. Even got parts from Georgia the same day. Thanks a million, I had somewhere else to be the next day!!!

These are exceptional people, who do quality work at very fair prices. I have been there at least a dozen times for something and they never fail to impress. They go beyond; if necessary. My last experience was exceptional. I want deal with anybody else!!

My truck would shake like crazy over 60 miles an hour. I took it somewhere else and they did front end alignment. It s still shook. I took it to these guys and for $27 they balanced my tires and rotated them and guess what? The shaking is gone!

Had my alignment done here on my truck. Got me scheduled within 24hrs and had me in and out in no time at a very reasonable price. Very friendly staff!

I had been a patron of this establishment with my cars and had good and courteous service. However, I needed some air badly one morning, and was treated very rudely and dismissed completely. Despite the safety concerns regarding riding with a motorcycle with 10lb of tire pressure, It was made clear they couldn't help. They had no other vehicles. Last dollar I will spend. I am a patient and understanding person, but that was unexplainable.

Found this shop after the shop I previously frequented changed ownership and became pretty unethical. These guys are SUPER honest, really quick, and have GREAT prices. Just a heads up, they do charge a couple bucks more if you pay with a card, but this isn't a big deal given their incredible work.

Was in the Clyde/Asheville area for vacation. Twice in one week, my group caught a nail and glass in different tires. Found Hazelwood Tire was close and we were very pleased and thankful for them. Wonderful staff. Everyone is extremely nice, and prices were very reasonable. Even with them being busy we were in and out within 30 minutes both times. Absolutely recommend them for anyone dealing with tires.

My 2018 Subaru Crosstrek (25000 miles) has only been serviced at Prestige. They consistently doubted the issues I was having that turned out to be very serious. Thanks to Jim McClure and the amazing mechanic that performed the work, I now have a safe vehicle that drives and rides the same as the day I purchased it new!!I can't possibly thank you guys enough!!

Wonderful people, they do good work, get you in quickly and if they don't have the tires you need in stock, they'll get them for you fast and at a reasonable price.

I have been coming here since I bought my car in 2014. I have gotten my tires, breaks and inspections here, no where else, since then. But today I went in for and inspection Kell (the owner) told me about 15 min. I told him I'd be waiting in my car so it was just a little before 1. So finally at 1:37 I went to the bay just to be nice and tell him I was leaven instead of just leaving and he was very rude and I said well you told me 15 min and I've been waiting for about 45, he said NO IT HAS NOT BE 45 MIN I said yes it has and he said JUST GO. Like I've never been treated so disrespectfully from there but with this experience I WILL NOT be going back, after 7 years of getting my car serviced by them, never again.

Jim was very rude and unprofessional. I asked for a price on a tire. He said the internet was down. I asked if he had any idea on the cost. He seemed to get upset and said man i just told you the internet was down and that i needed to to chill out, he also stated that i had to much coffee and told me to pray at one point, very strange person. I asked him to call me when he got a price, he never did. I was recommended to use them by my friends that have used them for years. I told them what happened, they apologized and said they would not use them or recommend them any longer. Nice job, Jim!!
