If you want VIP treatment come to Taylor Ford. I purchased my F-150 wonderful people Gordon Prince, Dean Alspaugh and Tyler Reeves. My sales consultant Chris Ellis showed me the car and explained all the technology. He took his time to make sure I know all the features. A+++. Gordon and Dean went above to make this experience Excellent. Staring with a pick up from the Airport to all the paperwork. I was nervous about flying in and picking up the car these guys are pros they handled all my out of State DMV A+++ operation. Thank you again. Love my Truck.

Tell your security company to quit calling the cops every time I drive onto one of the Crossroads Dealerships after hours. Every single time I stop to look at vehicles or even drive through and glance at inventory after hours they call the local PD. If they're going to do that and be that ignorant to see I'm just looking from the cameras, I will never darken your parking lot or doorsteps again. I've bought numerous vehicles over the years from Ken Wilson Ford, and it has become the same way.Response: 3/27/24: You are wasting valuable emergency resources, irritating and embarrassing possible customers, and as every cop has said when they respond, they would rather window shop while your business is closed than be annoyed by the sales team. I don't need their help to look at a window sticker to see price and options. 100% of the vehicles I have purchased, I had looked over after hours, and several of which were $60k+ purchases. If you want to push those kind of sales away, go right ahead. Some other dealership would gladly make the sale instead. Make your reputation what you want it to be, but when cops are called for someone looking at window stickers, then answering a text and eating the remainder of their sandwich before pulling back out in the road...You lost my business and the business of everyone I know as well. I was looking to purchase an SUV and possibly order a F350 Service truck at around $160k, but not from your Dealerships.

I ll NEVER use them ever again there cashiers are rude as hell as well they definitely do not make you feel comfortable spending 5k at there dealership and I ll never buy another car from them again I ll take my business to Toyota from now on

Our experience at Taylor Ford was so smooth and stress-free. Chris, our sales rep, was a straight-shooter with none of the typical salesman tactics. After being jerked around and treated poorly at the Chevy dealer across town, I was so happy to do business with Taylor Ford.

I was very pleased with the service I received. I particularly appreciated being offered a ride while my truck was being repaired. It was done quickly and for a reasonable price. The entire staff is very friendly.

The service department - and particularly Travis - have been exceptional. I've come to Taylor Motors many times now over the past two years, and they are the only dealership I will use to service my vehicles.

Said the vehicle tint was fine and bring it back if we have troubles getting it inspected come back to get inspected and guess they don t honor their word either no wonder their own sales people quit daily knew it would be an issue when they found it difficult to give us the vehicle after we purchased it since they had to inspect it and do the brakes and wanted to give us the vehicle on an empty tank of gas. I did reach out to be told good luck not your problem so tell me whom I really need to talk to because Gordon is worthless

Had a very positive first automotive service at Taylor Ford Motor Company of Waynesville, NC.This reaffirms both my choice of car companies and dealerships.

I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a quality vehicle. I bought a Ford Explorer Sport from this location late 2022 and experienced non stop problems from the beginning. The stowing seats didn't work properly even when the dealership said they fixed it after having it for multiple days. The heated seats didn't work initially and after about a month, the turbos started failing, and there was minor electrical problems which resulted in me having to downgrade vehicles and take on negative equity. Highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Purchased a 2019 F350 from this dealership and the buying experience was great. I recommend going elsewhere for your service though. The service experience is a hassle and unfriendly experience. They want to rush you through. Don t do the night drop off because they don t seem to read the entire description of work to be done. I had my truck in for a week for one repair and the engine light came on before I dropped it off so I listed that as an issue I wanted done while it was in. I asked the service person if that had been done as well and he said yes. When I got in my truck the engine light was still on and the repair was not made. I had problems in the past getting another truck repaired and should have learned my lesson then. Its disappointing because I would like to service my vehicle close to home but I guess I will have to drive to Asheville.

I've never purchased a brand new vehicle my whole life and just bought one from Taylor Motor. The buying experience was easy, fast and most importantly- professional. I would rate them with 100 stars, if available!

My experience at this dealership was not the best. The salesman was very respectful, no complaints about him. I arrived around 3pm to look at a used vehicle. Test drove it and loved it. After looking into my options they came back and said my credit was not good, my mothers credit was not good. Not to mention I received 2 letters in the mail of approval a few days later. Few weeks passed, I travel to a different Ford dealership for them to tell me my credit is very good, and got approved/ bought an expedition. While at this other dealership purchasing my expedition, I find that Taylor Ford did not give me my registration back or put it back in my car where it was found. Lastly I guess if anyone goes right before closing time to expect not to be treated the correct way. I don t think I will ever be back in the future.

I am not sure why this popped up 2 years later but here was our experience. We bought a F250 from them. The purchase process was ok. It was an average deal. Their warranty was outrageously overpriced. We tried to get it serviced there for the first few oil changes but they just couldn t handle it. We would make an appointment and show up on time just to sit and watch the truck wait for an hour in the parking lot before they even moved it. Not sure what the point of the appointment was if they don t honor them.We now use Ken Wilson in Canton and it s night and day even without an appointment we are in and out very efficiently. So I guess what I would say is Taylor is not horrible. They were nice and appeared to do quality work. However if time is important to you you may want to look elsewhere.

I recently had my first service visit to Taylor Ford for my 2022 Bronco and to my surprise, it was completed way quicker than I was expecting. The staff was great. Definitely glad I'm in a Ford and loving my Bronco!

Our F350 had an engine light come on, and Ford Pass indicated a sensor was going bad and to get to a dealership before the truck goes into limp mode. Called Taylo Mtr Ford and explained we were traveling. They said it would be 2 weeks before they could even do anything.

Be careful with this dealer and always verify their stock by calling them. They had a brand new 2023 Ford F250 listed on both their website and on auto trader that was a custom order by a customer. They had it listed for sale but when I called them they told me it was already sold due to the custom order. Obviously they couldn t sell it to me but I don t understand why it was listed in the first place.

Great experience working with Taylor Mtr Co. Chris L. was excellent and very responsive. Pricing was upfront and honest with no deceptive fees. Couldn t ask for a better purchasing experience. Had a great selection of trucks priced very competitively despite all of the used vehicle shortages in 2022.

Took my truck in for collision insurance repair. The repair was fine minus my backup camera not working when I got my truck back. It was working when it went in the shop. Mechanic did not inspect the connector before plugging in. Broke the connector pin. Stated in was due to corrosion. After spending $5000 on collision repairs. I had to pay for something I did not break. Not good business, and they won t get any more business from me. I m done with this issue by far. It s not the money, but the principal of the matter. Next stop civil court!!

I needed a recall repair on my 2017 Ford Escape. I called Asheville Ford since I live in Asheville and was told the recall could not be repaired until December 21st and that they would have to keep my car for 2 days. I called Taylor Ford, Waynesville and they made an appointment the following Friday. It only took 35 minutes to repair. Rickey, the service manager was very friendly and responsive to my needs. I will definitely return in the future.

Over that last 12 years we have enjoyed utilizing Taylor's Service Dept and have purchased several vehicles from them. We just purchased a used Lincoln and did so mostly due to Taylor's ability to service it during the warranty period and after it expires. Travis the service writer is a great asset to Taylor!

Travis Singleton couldn t have been more professional!! He explained what needed to be done and checked to see if this work was covered by my extended warranty (which it was!). and when the part came in we made an appointment. My car was ready when he said it would be. I m completely happy with this experience.

I would love to say that Taylor Ford sets the bar for customer service! I had my husbands truck in for service and they were so nice and friendly. They kept me aware of the entire process so I didn t have to guess when it would be done. They also gave me a ride to and from work. Ashley was so nice! Ricky and Timothy in service were very helpful! Go see them!!

Update-two of the tires on the truck I purchased had OK tread but didn t pass inspection because they were dry rotted. Again, my fault for not inspecting them more closely but I would hope a Ford dealership would catch things like this.Overall pleased with my used car purchasing experience. Three issues forced me to lower my rating. The first was some serious rust (holes) on the truck bed. The failure to disclose was possibly inadvertent. When I pointed out the problem to the dealership they took a significant discount off the purchase price. The second issue was discovered after the purchase. The actuator motor for the heater/AC was burned out. This made the truck constantly blow hot air. It was a cheap fix for us since we are handy but it brings me to my final issue. My assumption was that there would be some sort of minimal warranty (1 week/1k miles). I was informed that there was nothing but that the folks at the dealership were fair and would help us if needed.I would use them again but be cautious with the pre purchase inspection.

I have bought a lot of cars during my life but found this dealer to be one of the exceptional dealers. They are friendly, honest and offer great prices. NO DOC FEES which means they do not play games. What they say will be done. I drove 100 miles to pick up my used car and was concerned I would be given the run around since it was all telephone calls prior to my purchase. I was surprised how professional they were and the Mustang was as promised. This was a 12 year old car but their description was perfect. I highly recommend this dealership. My compliments to my sales person, Leslie Baker and the management team for making this a professional experience. Lastly I had some work done on the car and they paid a good portions of the bill. When I signed the contract it stated there was no warranty but when a couple of unknown issues were found they stepped up and helped with the bill. How many dealer would do that? NOT MANY, only the best dealers..

I had interest in a vehicle at Taylor Ford that I found online, and Sean on the sales team was excellent. He kept me updated on its availability and progress over several days as it was prepped to go on the lot, and let me see the vehicle. He was pleasant to work with, and knowledgeable about that vehicle, specifics of its history, and other options for comparison. Working with Sean and the sales team was one of the best experiences I ve had in buying a car. Even in coming to an agreement on a possible trade-in vehicle, everyone was professional and friendly throughout the process. I was impressed that the sales manager came out and talked to me himself rather than playing the back and forth game with sales team members that many dealerships often do. I will definitely consider this dealership in the future for both vehicles and service. It was clear that everyone I worked with values their customers and knows what is important in helping them feel welcome and comfortable.

I was pleased with the way the trade was handled. I of course would have like to gotten more on the trade but I realize the excessive miles on my car. Mr. Ellis was very accommodating and was not high pressure which would have been a huge turn -off for me. The F&I went well and the car was extremely clean and ready when picked up. I would purchase again from them.I bought my first new car from Taylor Motors in 1977.
