Great experience.I bought a car battery in December of last year in a different city, and the battery stopped working this morning. I knew I had bought one with a multiple year warranty, but I didn t have any paperwork.At this location, David at the front desk knew actually what to do. He looking up my phone number in the system, pulled a new one from the shelf, printed me a receipt, and I was out the door with my new battery within 10 mins of being there.Thanks, David!!

We had battery trouble on a recent mountain trip. Got to the store right after opening on a Sunday. The crew was very helpful and had us back on the road with a new warranty exchange battery in about 20 min.

New to town, and so happy we found this auto parts store. We tried several others, and the employees weren t at all helpful with helping us find the right part we needed. The store manager, Dustin, went out of his way to help find exactly what we needed and explain how the situation happened to begin with. We will definitely go here for any future auto needs and questions.

A great experience, Scott, the manager was awesome. He helped me out with a new battery for my Jeep and actually installed in for me, right there at the store. A pleasure due deal with. Top marks for Auto Zone.

gave me the wrong part I took my brakes off only to put the old one on again and then they were closed by the time I got the brakes back on.. not sure what happened but I was not able to get it done

Outstanding Service from a group of dedicated and efficient employees. I brought in my deep cycled rv batteries to be checked out. It turned out that they both needed charging. David took great care of me. Within 24 hours I had two fully charged batteries. David's expertise led me to purchase a battery charger and ohms meter for my traveling needs. No pressure, just good ole fashion courtesy and assistance. Thank you David and Crew!

James was SUPER helpful and actually called a local mechanic that met us at the store to lend a hand. It was getting late and close to closing time. They never made us feel like they wanted us to hurry and stayed until after closing to make sure we were taken care of. I can't remember the managers name but he was very nice, as well. This is a RARE find these days!

The associate put the wiper blade on wrong and walked away from my husband and did not return. My husband figured he did not know what he was doing.He came up with an excuse that is poor customer service. We will take our car somewhere else next time we need auto parts.

A very helpful & friendly employee, Ernie helped me with my battery. I called ahead of time and he was very helpful giving me the information I needed. When I went there he took out my old battery and installed a new one. No problems at all. It started right up! It was a very stressful day beforehand so I truly appreciate the excellent service I was given! Hands down 5stars!!!

I was traveling back home and had 265 miles left to drive and my alternator went out and was not charging. The store had a good price on a new unit. I had left my tools at home and the store had loaner tools that I used. Fast service with good prices.

Worked there for nearly 3 years. Exceeded expectations when locating the correct part, and related parts or supplies to complete the repair properly. Many of the parts that these guys say is unavailable is actually found within a book or two they keep behind the counter. Most employees are just inclined to find these parts because it requires opening a book. I'm disappointed on the regular with their disinclination to take a few minutes and not have to send someone elsewhere. Of the primary parts supply houses I prefer AutoZone. My recommendation is if you have the time to wait order something online. It'll cost you half as much but it will take twice as long.

Parts manager David was my little angel today. My Jetta key fob stopped working, and that is just not ok. I headed to AutoZone hoping a replacement battery would solve the issue. David greeted me immediately, grabbed the correct battery, dismantled the fob and inserted the new battery. Upon trying several button pushing and car starting strategies, the fob still wasn't working. :(David was very patient as I frantically scanned Google results trying everything I could to avoid a costly trip to the VW dealership for a new fob. FINALLY with our powers combined we got it working!!I may not have even needed a new battery, but I purchased it anyways. Thank you x1000 David!!

Call to order parts make u pay with credit card over phone part come and wrong part ordered ...tie your money up 3 days for refund w.t.f. stop hiring young girls that don't know a starter from a head gasket...hire people that can help u get the right part when needed...or at least someone that knows how to change a tire without there phone!!!

Thankful and grateful!! David and Cynthia at the Waynesville Auto Zone went the extra mile to help us with an alternator problem a couple of months ago when we were traveling back to Oklahoma from Asheville. This happened on a Saturday and we would have been stranded over the weekend if they had not taken the time to find someone to fix the car. Thank you Cynthia and David!! It s people like you who make a difference!! We highly recommend the Waynesville Auto Zone to anyone who lives in the area or who is just traveling through. Best place in waynesville to buy auto supplies. Easy access, friendly employees that know what they are doing, and you don't have to worry about prices. They are priced well, and even price match just in case.
