The staff here are absolutely phenomenal. She has absolutely went above and beyond to make sure everything is right she's good at her job and great at working with customers it's all been so easy on my end and the delivery drivers were amazing as well I can't say enough good things about all of them if I could give 10 stars I would I highly recommend American rentals she is still going above and beyond in helping me get a mattress that works for me. I will definitely be using the for years to come as I furnish my home

Very helpful and friendly. Helped us find what we needed. Very kind and respectful when they delivered the furniture and appliances. I am going to shop with them from now on, if they don't have it in the store they will order it for you. Their merchandise is awesome.

Best place if you want hassle free dealings for rental equipment. Mrs. Trull is great... would recommend for anyone and everyone to check out.

This place is wonderful my son told me about it and I went down there to get some tires the people there are very nice and they work with you every way they can I would definitely recommend them they made my experience wonderful

American rental is one the nicest places to go into and get furniture and everything you need. Elizabeth, the store manager is very kind and we ll go out her way to help you.. the delivery people are very polite and do a wonderful job on delivering furniture and they will come out and fix anything that is broken. They are very hard workers. They deserve more money. I would tell anyone about this place. Thank you guys for your business

They where super helpful in finding just what I needed and very accommodating when delivering as they had to make a second trip. Overall I would definitely recommend this place for all your home furnishing needs.

I love this place they have always helped me when I needed it there like family especially Elizabeth she will go out of her way to make sure you are well taken care of she truly cares about her customers also Shannon is great i haven t known her as long as Elizabeth but she has a really good heart and cares for her customers if you want not just a rent to own place but somewhere that feels like home give them a try

I have paid off countless rentals from there and I like all the stuff they have and that the fact is they truly try their best to help and all the customers and they really do have nice stuff. Would be honored to send family there.

I have a recording of my conversation with Elizabeth March 3rd stating I lost my job and can only pay once a month. Elizabeth confirmed it was changed. April 3rd money is taken out of my account. I thought it was for the month. Just yesterday I get a call saying I owed over $150. I'm disabled as I stated before to Elizabeth on tape. Today I just had a guy show up unannounced and threatening to press federal charges on me. This is way out of hand. Worst than the texts I got from Elizabeth all on the same day in January when my card didn't clear. With the other reviews left I'm wondering if this is discrimination because I'm disabled. Either way the recodings of our conversations will be brought up in court.Please press legal charges on a disabled man for being a day late. I'm sure the news would love that. Also I said I would pay on the 3rd. It's only a crime if I intend to defraud you. I want to pay it off. You refuse to work with me for the first time I'm ever late.Edit, I started working with a new manager. This guy has gone above and beyond the call of duty. He made sure I had the equipment I needed. And got me the best deal I could get. More managers should be like him.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. They will bend over backwards to help. If they don't have it at the store they will try and find it for you. Everyone who works there is friendly and courteous. Highly recommend if you need anything to go visit Miss Elizabeth and the rest of the staff. Super people.

Everyone is very friendly and extremely helpful. I have been doing business with them for several years now and I have just went back for a wonderful new washing machine . They're like dropping by to visit with them when I make my payment. Duncan and Josh were very prompt and professional when delivering the washer and everything is back to working now and I really appreciate and thank everyone at the Waynesville NC store!!

I was in desperate need of washing machine. Everywhere we went to (Lowes, Home Depot, etc) they had a few you could get that day but they were too small for our needs. All other washing machines had to be ordered and would take a week to get. I finally called American Rental in Waynesville. I talked to Elizabeth who was so nice and helpful and she was able to help us that day and we got such a good deal that we went ahead and got the new dryer to go with it. I was so impressed with this company. I highly recommend them.

I got to say american rentals are nothing but liers I have always been on time an I got in a bind an they will not work with you I would beware stay away I'm going to finish paying my stuff off an I will not be back I don't even want to give them one star

Never have a issue with them! When I call about I'm having a issue with a item I'm buying they always do their best to get another one to me as soon as they can for example either the same day or the next day!

So far, the only part of the process we've gotten finished was the application and scheduled delivery but so far, five stars and I don't give out five stars freely. Elizabeth, the store manager, worked with me on helping me to get my application done that was more convenient for me than her I'm sure, and was willing to have my washer delivered that day if I had chosen to. The delivery professionals (Casey in particular) were willing to have a longer than usual day to see to it that I got the washer I desperately needed! Thank you everyone, it means a lot to my family and I!
