First time in the new store beside harbor freight. Replacing the ancient store a few feet away. Everything was clean, well stocked, and well... New. The front part of the store is smaller than the old relic next door, so less to browse and make silly impulse buys. Bigger in back probably for there commercial accounts desk in assume. It's the same thing it ever was. A parts store. Has the same junk as Auto Zone, O'Reilly's and NAPA. � always say if you can wait a few days, order it from an online source. Sure there are downsides. Sometimes you just can't wait. But half the price is vastly more appealing than instant gratification. To me. Just saying.

I don't think that the person waited on me knew what he was doing. All I wanted was a simple set of windshield wipers for a car and he tried to charge 29.99 for wiper blades even though one was smaller than the other. Go to O'Reilly's. Their the bomb and so much cheaper!!!

My wife went in, and gave all the cars specs, and the guy still gave her the wrong items. Smh. I'm going to chalk it up as new employees and give a fair , honest rating. They can do better. Maybe he should have stepped outside, just for confirmation.

My mother's car needed a battery. It was totally dead! My son- in- law jumped it off for me and I went to Advance. The salesman sold me a battery AND installed it for me - despite the fact that it was so cold outside!! I highly recommend them because of the value for the money and the service with a smile.

Went into the store to ask about replacement batteries for my key fob. One customer was being helped, and another associate was on the phone discussing the faults of another employee. When he finished with the phone call I had to get his attention to ask him to help me. When asked about the batteries he rudely told me he could not touch the key fob or give any directions on how to replace them. Funny... if he was worried about Covid he did not have a mask on!! I have never been treated so rudely in a place of business.Went to Auto Zone and had the batteries replaced immediately.

Had to help a friend get a new battery in her van.The gentleman working was EXTREMELY helpful! He was patient with any questions, extremely communicative on what he was doing (in the process of changing her battery for her) and why, and very helpful with information regarding the product that she was purchasing.I highly recommend this place!

Very friendly and helpful staff! They are slightly more expensive than other stores but its worth the customer service. They were able to get the parts I needed faster than any other parts store. If the prices were cheeper I would give 5 out of 5 stars.

Bought oil, oil filter and air filter for my Subaru. Used the oil and filter deal. Store guy was helpful and efficient. I do nearly all of my business here. Use the website for many purchases. Pretty handy. Good people.

Stopped for a battery and install they had a million excuses why they couldn t / didn t want to replace it. Went down the road to their competition auto zone and the lady behind the counter was happy to help and changed it out in 20 minutes, 40.00 cheaper and earned herself a 25.00 tip from me.

I travel to your store three times yesterday because I was given wrong parts. I was also told that rear brake for my 2002 dakota 4x4 after giving wrong ones would cost $86 dollars. I also was given the wrong wheel cylinder twice. Finally I was told to go to the canton store if I felt that the services was better. I went to auto zone and got my parts

Went in looking for a tool was not sure about fitment an asked nicely and had a rude person working.I was told no way I could return this tool not knowing if it would fit my vehicle.I will never buy anything from the location of Waynesville NC ever again.I would suggest fire this rude person.

OMG! I go into this auto parts store in Waynesville and some guy that would only identify himself as "Travis" treats me like I am a child. He talks down to me. I ask a few questions and he suggests I have my "boyfriend" call him with instructions. He is in a great place, because it is where you expect to find a BIG TOOL.

We broke down here and had to have an alternator. They didn't have one in stock so they charged our battery so we could get to Asheville and pick up one they called ahead for. We were so thankful. Very nice staff.
