I've had my car tinted twice now at A1A and both times I was very satisfied with the result as well as the care I was given. The owner Shea is a really nice and professional guy and he cares for all of his customers highly. Their customer support/warranty is also great, there was one time my tint began to have a slight defect over time so I let them know and I was scheduled to come in quickly and have it fixed completely free of charge and now it's perfect. I highly recommend A1A tint.

I love A1A tinting and the name fit . I have been getting all my cars tinted with this business for many years and never had an issue with anything bubbles, tint coming up . Bryten tinted my 2022 Sonata, and it looks incredible! She appeared and came off kind, professional, and knowledgeable to the start. Had my 4runner tinted by their staff, looks great. Gabrielle was very helpful in what kind of tint to get, and very familiar with every end of the process. Also, it was nice that they sent reminders, and called prior to the date to make sure my schedule was still clear. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for window tint!

Shea s demeanor was that of a professional, and his work reflected that as well. When I arrived, Shea was quick to explain and display the different percentages of tint. Shea completed my windows (only the front two) within 25 minutes. Quality service, looks great, will recommend and return. Got tint done here, not happy with the quality of the work. Had three windows redone to improve, but back window was ultimately littered with air bubbles / debris.

While they have a couple different tint companies at this location, Shades of Grey Window Tinting is my favorite! They stand behind their work and offer a lifetime warranty. Many years of experience and friendly staff. Go check them out!

I took my BMW in for tinting, thinking I wanted to go darker than legal and have the whole windshield done. After a brief chat when I took the car in, I went with everything legal. I love it. It's just the right tint for my car! And I got a good deal!

Needs Improvement, they did.not have the time on their schedule to tiny one extra rear window that the SALES STICKER removal tore the tint!They're next appointment in Waynesville was not until April 29???????? I have it being done tomorrow with Lifetime on 04/10

Customer service here is good but when I got my windows tinted I noticed when I rolled my front windows down the tint wasn't straight with window and had a gap near the door piller so I had to go back and have redone but the owner was super nice and made it right but my thoughts are it should have been done right first time before allowing me to pick the car up the tint man himself definitely knew it was like this and passed it anyway that shows me carelessness on his part not stereoinnavations fault.

Told my friend they could do a lower tint than they actually could and still didn't deliver on the tint they were supposed to.
