I don t usually post reviews but these people need recognition. Today I had a bolt stuck in my tire. I was recommended by a local business owner to go to Mavis since I was losing so much air in my tire and they were close by. Needles to say. These people were exceptional. My tire could not be patched up. I had to get a new tire in which they didn t have my size in stock. Well They had to go to 2 other places just to make sure I had a vehicle to return home since my car didn t come with a spare. The customer service was out of this world. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you Kyle and your sidekick for everything. You guys are amazing. This is what business should be about.

Mavis Tires and Brakes in WaxHaw was very helpful and efficient in getting what I needed. Everyone there was super knowledgeable and friendly. Over the top customer service. Couldn't be happier with my experience I highly recommend for those wanting service in the area.

I purchased tires from Mavis about 6 months ago and have been happy with them. I discovered a slow leak in one tire this week and called late in the afternoon about an appointment. They got me in first thing the following morning and had it patched in less than an hour. The waiting area is clean and quiet. Very happy with my experience with Mavis, and this location.

I come to Mavis for air in my tire frequently. They realized I was coming too much and asked if I get my tires checked. Well, I had a nail in the tire and they repaired it. Don was the front desk attendant and was very polite. Kyle is a great manager and extremely nice and understanding. I highly recommend Mavis in Waxhaw.

Kyle and Don are very attentive to all of our vehicle needs. They have even stayed after closing to make sure that our tires were repaired properly. Great Service and Great Work!!!

I had a screw in the tire of my Ram Promaster van.... I stopped into GoodYear up the road to get it plugged, the service guy asked if my vehicle was personal or fleet? I told him personal... he then said he needed to talk his manager and went into the shop area. He returned and said my van is to tall for their bays. My van is maybe 10-11ft tall. Their bay doors are easily 16+ feet tall. It was clear they just didn't want to do it. Stopped into Mavis down the road.... super professional... took my van in (with the same size bay doors as good year)..... plugged the tire in minutes and on my way. Don't waste your time at Waxhaw Good Year.... GO TO MAVIS!

I just went to Mavis to get a new set of tires and an oil change done. The customer service was top notch! My tires look and feel fantastic. Kyle helped me so much with deciding which tires I wanted and needed. There was plenty to choose from and I got in and out of there with out having to wait too long. Eli was the technician who installed them and performed my oil change. I always check my engine bay for spills and it was left cleaner than when I brought the car in. Eli also suggested different lug nuts, it really completed the look of the wheel and tire. This is definitely going to my tire place from now on!! Go check them out!

I am quite pleased with the service and products that I purchased. The tires were in stock not to mention that they stocked a selection. I received same day service that was convenient as my son was home from college. I feel comfortable that his car will be safe to drive in the crazy Raleigh traffic. Thanks Mavis!

This was my first visit here and they got me in the shop quick. They looked at my truck and told me what was wrong in less than an hour. They were nice and genuine. I appreciate their assistance in finding out what was wrong with my vehicle. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you.

Called at 4:00pm on Sunday and askIf they had time for a tire rotation and tire plug, Don said bring it on and let s see what we can do. I arrived at the facility at 4:15pm and by 4:35 Josh had diagnosed that one of the tires had two screws. One of the punctures appeared to be on the side wall but upon further inspection it did not puncture the tire so no new tire was needed!!! patch was fixed and tires rotated and back on the road by 4:50pm. Great service and honest place. I willdefinitely be back . Thank you Mavis on Waxhaw!!

I have to share this as Kyle at Mavis Tires noticed my car out in front of his store on Broome st. In Waxhaw. I had picked up a nail in my tire and Kyle came out and helped get my car with a very low tire into the parking lot and was so nice and courteous and repaired my tire and didn t even charge me for fixing the problem and getting me back on my way. Such a bright spot in my day. Thanks again Kyle. I m a fan of Mavis Tire!!

Great prices on tires, but they tried to create more work. Plus, the wife took the vehicle in for tires,and they tried to add things. For example, you need brakes, you need air filters, engine and cabin. You need to change your wiper blades front and back.We just wanted the damn tires changed.They only had one job, change the tires.

Kyle was awesome! Brought in my zero turn tire with a flat. He was able to put a new tire on my old rim in less than 15 minutes. Great job! Will return with my other vehicles because of the high level of service.

They run a scam! Do not take your car here!!. I called and got a price on a set of tires. It ended up I was talking to the call center. He gave me an outdoor price. After my tires were installed. They charge me $170 more than what I was quoted. They even said I didn t pay the $25 deposit but my bank records show that I did. Dishonesty is everywhere! it s such a shame.UPDATE: I called corporate. They promised me a phone call back from the district manager within the next two days. I never received such phone call. I called corporate back this morning and spoke to a so-called manager there. He told me that he was with the manager KYLE from the store yesterday and KYLE tried to call me. So I called the store and spoke to KYLE and he told me that he never even tried to call me this week so the manager from corporate just lied to me. That s all I get is lies from the people at Mavis, they are not willing to honor what they quoted me and will not give me my money back that they overcharge me even my deposit that my bank statement shows that I made. lies lies lies.

Corey was AMAZING. Brought in my wife's vehicle due to a flat tire, and he took the tire and fixed himself while I waited. I've used Mavis for a number of years, but I'm now a loyal customer through and through!

Best tire store in Waxhaw. Fair deals on tires and will also help with mounting/balancing loose tires purchased online. I'm a bit of a hobbyist, and they have been willing to help out with a troublesome and specific alignment request in the past. I do wish they had a road force balancer but for most vehicles this hasn't proven to be absolutely necessary.

*Attention TESLA owners*This Mavis is the best shop for Tesla s, their customer service is amazing and they are always willing to help you with any questions you have.Updated review,Came back in today to get a new tire replaced due to a nail in the sidewall and the manager Kyle was fantastic. He truly seemed to care about my situation and told me he would get me out in 30 mins and I got out of there in 28 mins. Thanks to everyone at Mavis.

I had tires put on in June. The tread is worn off on the inside of one of the tires. Kyle the manager tells me he can cut me a break for 180 to replace my tire. I only paid 175 for each tire so how is that a deal. I'm disabled I get paid once a month. Then he tells me my ball joints are broken/cracked it would be 400 per side. I call my mechanic because I replaced those last year. I take it to my car guy on Wednesday. I show him what Kyle showed me. It's not broken or cracked. Kyle has NO CLUE what he is talking about. This man had me crying all day where am I gonna come up with 800 right before Christmas. Thank goodness I only let Mavis rotate my tires. I will go elsewhere for my tires next time.

We have been bringing both of our vehicles to Mavis now for the past couple of oil changes and also replaced all 4 tires on one of the vehicles recently and I couldn't speak any higher of this location. The customer service is top notch, they are HONEST, and their prices are tough to beat. If you do find a place with lower prices, I can guarantee the service won't be there. This is the best bang for your buck, no doubt about it!

Amazing service! Went in for a tire repair and it was done in less than an hour. Tire was as good as new. I ll be a dedicated customer going forward! Highly recommend Mavis Tire.

I was experiencing issues with the self service air compressor for my tires and the store owner was so kind and helpful, had me pull into a bay and fill my tires right then and there! Thank you o much for your kindness!

I am so happy with my service at Mavis in Waxhaw! I ve had a tire losing air for a little over the week. Today my light came back on. I stopped in and they got me in right away. They were very friendly and worked quickly. I ll be back for any of my future tire needs.

Don t bother making an appointment, just drop the car off for the day and make sure you have a ride home. Be sure bring your own interior cleaners. I did not notice how dirty it was until the next as by the time the car was done it was dark out.

Mavis Tires Waxhaw is great! This was my first time coming here, but Don was very helpful from when I first showed up, to when I picked it up! Hopefully I don t have a reason to come back to Mavis, but if I do, I know that these people are great, and the services are quick and precise! Go Mavis!
