I was at Walmart in Waxhaw and my car wouldn't start so I called Hooked Towing. Jeff picked up the phone and he sent me his guy Chris to help me. Chris showed up within 5 minutes so I got towed to my mechanic. Great service! I am giving them strong 5 stars and I would highly recommend them. My wife owns Winnie s Cleaning Service LLC and the company car she was driving today completely stopped & broke down, she was stranded and called the closest and nearest towing company and immediately got a response from you that it would be hours before they could pick the car up which was no problem at all! Great communication and detailed customer service.Chris was our driver and delivered it in one piece from Waxhaw to Downtown Monroe with no problem at all.Highly recommended! Hooked towing was the best experience I could ve asked for! Jeff is so attentive & helpful!! He really made the experience way less stressful than it already was. He tried his best to figure out what was wrong with my truck before even towing & came to be correct! His wait time was very accurate & was just so accommodating! Also, now I know that towing also does car unlocking!! Highly recommend his services!!Service: Car towing

I have used this company 4 times and I'm about to get on the schedule for a 5th(unfortunately). Once for my 94 Mazda, which was towed behind like any other car. The second car was my 1974 Corvette, I *needed* a flatbed. Which I was really worried about as a tow behind would destroy it. I got on the phone with Jeff the owner, he assured me that a flatbed was no big deal and they handle cars that need flatbed tows all the time. That tow went smoothly. The 3rd time was the 94 Mazda again.. the front brakes weren t releasing as they should and they were burning themselves up and overheating. Pulled over, looked up closer options. But I chose Hooked because I trusted them. They got to me as soon as they could, about 20-30 minutes I think, I was up in sun valley and they re waxhaw based. (They beat my own ride home to me)The 4th car was a 05 Infiniti that also needed a flatbed (radiator was kinda falling out).Now unfortunately, my 5th tow... Also my 74 Corvette after a brand fell on it and broke the windshield damaged the Apiller, body, and squished the door messing up the perfect spacing. (Photo attached)Edit, my 5th tow went great. This was the longest tow I ve used them for, 27 miles. Everything went fine without a problem(minus my broken car, but that was the branches fault) (y all can tell which photo is from which trip).I have no problem calling them again, but I hope I never have too!

These guys are awesome. You're never going to meet a friendlier or more fair company for towing or recovery. Cars, semis, even a farm tractor. Jeffery has gotten me out a bind more than once and always has shown up amazingly fast. Driver Alex was fast and efficient. The response time was fast. I highly recommend this company! My car was exceptionally hard to get on the tow truck but Alex got it done with a great attitude!

My daughter had a flat tire on the side of the road in Waxhaw. I called Hooked and spoke with Jeff who got someone out right away.Come to find out the lug nuts were stripped which is why she couldn't get them off, but Hooked's man Chris saved the day!While Chris was working on the tire, Jeff kept me updated with what was happening and we worked through a worst case scenario.Chris and Jeff were super friendly and I would highly recommend Hooked to anyone that needs a tow or roadside service.Service: Tire change

If I could give this company 10 stars I would .. My wife and I were in the Wesley Chapel area when a Retired Police Lieutenant backed into our Mercedes GL450 causing damage to our rear door, quarter panel and rear wheel. After hours of trying to get a spare on with bent lug studs and no luck due to the way we were hit I decided to reach out to Hooked Towing to explore our options. Upon calling and speaking to the owner (Who was extremely kind, and courteous) He immediately offered us a solution that worked for us. Not only did he find us a solution that worked for us he got a truck out almost immediately. Once the tow truck arrived we were greeted by an equally kind, and courteous individual who was very accommodating. This type of customer service just does not exist anymore. We definitely felt The Holy Spirit in the entire encounter. God bless you Hooked Towing Company!!! Jeff - the owner - has an amazing work ethic and instantly went the extra mile (pun intended) to make sure my car was safely picked up and dropped off where it needed to go in just MINUTES. AND he made sure that my daughter and I were safely taken care of, just because he s awesome. His turnaround time was virtually instant, and roughly 9 hours sooner than the estimated time for the service offered by my well known membership car service for which I pay every year. Jeff was SUPER competitive rate wise, which doesn t come close the time and aggravation costs he saved me. I can t recommend him enough!!Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing, Local hauling

Fastest tow of my life! My tire blew out on the way home tried calling three other tow services that gave me a wait time of 1-2 hours. Jeff got my location in waxhaw and was there to pick me up in under 30 minutes ! Even went as far as to drive me home! Safe, and reliable! I worked with Jeff who took my payment and Chris who picked up my vehicle they got to me so fast and were super easy to work with . After getting a quote for 3 hours they were able to get to me in 20 minutes!!!They helped me put in two payments because I had to split my payment just really understanding and easy to work with!!! I can t recommend this company enough. I needed an emergency tow to get my truck back to a tire place after they messed up my front tire and it flew off going down the street. I called Hooked and 15 minutes later I saw the tow truck coming down the road. The driver was awesome as well. I had two tire blow outs and they came out within 20 minutes and had my car back at my parents house ASAP! The whole situation took less than an hour. Alex is so sweet and fast. When I need a tow I check all the boxes I needed three services. Called the company was quoted a length of time for a tow, & then called back and updated with additional time needed after telling Jeff I needed to make a phonecall to keep my end going strong he called back and made me a higher priority with only 2 people working from their team my original quoted time was cut into approximately 1/4 of my wait to get to the cars dealership. Jeff and Chris are so professional and I am grateful for their quick thinking. I even learned something about my car due to this experience.Services: Car lockouts, Car towing, Battery

Reached out to these guys (Jeff) on last minute notice trying to get a golf cart picked up and moved and they were johnny on the spot. They had there guy Chris out to my location and golf cart loaded within 30 minutes of my call. We got it to my house got it off and back on our both of our ways.They charged 50% less than anyone else was charging it was about 30 miles round trip probably about an 1 hour 20 minutes of their time. Excellent Service. Kept their number saved and will be using these guys in the future. Highly recommend!!!Service: Special vehicle towing

For reasons not relevant I need my mechanical child (car) towed twice. Didnt trust AAA because they lost my car last time. These guys give reasonable prices and are VERY friendly and get the job done. If I could give 100 stars I would. 10/10 would recommend!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

My car wouldn't start after driving into the bank in Waxhaw. A truck arrived very quickly after my call. They first tried to get me started with a battery box to save me the tow. The driver was professional and obviously good at what he does. When it still wouldn't start, he towed me to Straight Automotive. I had an encouraging conversation with the driver on the way. All that and a reasonable price, too! This service is highly recommended. I have used them for many years. You don't have to hesitate they will take care of you!Services: Car towing, Local hauling

I just moved to NC from NY, and within a week, my car broke down in the middle of the road. Moving is stressful, car trouble is stressful, especially in an unfamiliar area, and Hooked Towing, LLC quite literally saved the day. Within 12 minutes of calling the driver was there and brought me and my car to the mechanic. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, efficient, and personable- and the service was absolutely affordable. Jeff from Hooked got me out of another jam ! What a day I had. While driving back to Waxhaw, my vintage el Camino decided to die. Luckily I had Hooked towing's number in my phone and got ahold of Jeff on the second ring. (good thing because my phone was almost dead). Jeff's drivers were tied up at the moment so he gave me someone else to try. That number went to voicemail where the mailbox was full (what I've come to expect from many independent businesses). So I called Jeff back and told him I'd just have to wait until he could someone out there. Then about 20 minutes later I see a tow truck show up. Jeff was able to juggle things around and got Alex out to save me. We loaded up the elky and Alex plopped her right back into my garage. It sure is nice to deal with a company who really care about the customer. Exactly what you need when dealing with the stress of a broken down car.Service: Car towing

I thank God for this company! I had called several companies to find out prices. This one was the cheapest one, and more the service was great. The person who answered the phone was extremely helpful, and Chris was able to get to my car quickly and was helpful too! I m thankful to him for taking my car all the way to north Charlotte. I was having trouble starting my truck and through a bit of miscommunication, my apartment community had it towed away. To make things right, they agreed to pay to have it towed to a repair facility if I could just get the key over to Hooked. The owner noticed that my battery cables were loose and he very quickly tightened them up for me and low and behold the truck started. This saved me a lot of time and money and I am so thankful to Jeff for his kind service. I would recommend Hooked to anyone in the area whenever you need a tow.
