A great group of guys that go the extra mile to help you in every way possible. From the time you walk through the doors and being greeted all the way down to their service shop. It s a great experience! You really need to experience the atmosphere to understand. So what are you waiting for?? Go and see what I am talking about. You will not be disappointed. Every car truck and SUV I ve seen spotless clean.

The best truck buying experience that my wife and I have ever had! Eric was courteous, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with concerning every aspect of the deal. He worked with me on every detail to ensure I was getting the best deal possible. I appreciated Eric's straight forward and honest approach. That speaks volumes to me when working on a deal for a vehicle. West Park's selection of vehicles is top notch as well, the trucks I looked at were all very clean with detailed records and I love the fact that they provide you with a CarFax. I wouldn't hesitate one minute sending friends and family here to experience this unique car buying experience. West Park and Eric truly enabled me to get the truck of my dreams! Thank y'all!

Wonderful, easy, fast. Eric met us as we pulled in (after 4 hour out of state drive), simply told us what he knew about the truck, handed us the keys and said he would see us when we got back. He completed the paperwork quickly and made sure it was accurate, accepted an out of state personal check, filled the gas tank and we were on our way. Highly recommended!

Out of all the dealerships we've bought from, West Park was the easiest, friendliest, and quickest to work with. Eric was an amazing salesperson, which made the entire experience so much better. Our family will not hesitate to return for any additional vehicle purchase in the future.

Brake issues from day one. Brought the car back to the service department twice to have the service manager tell me he didn t know what was wrong with it. New brake pads put on worn out rotors. Had to replace both, actuator, and Caliper. Plus the Service Advance Trac lights came on right after purchase and was told the part was ordered for me. Then told by same technician that he didn t know what the actual problem was and that I would have to pay costs. Vehicle was not road safe from day one, and I was left to incur all expenses. Take prospective vehicle to a reputable mechanic before you buy. My lesson just cost me close to $1k

Outstanding customer service, everything was done over phone prior to visiting the dealership. The loan was worked out over phone and the trade in estimate as well. They offered me a great deal on my trade and got me in the vehicle that I was looking for. One of best car buying experience I ve encountered. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family, if you re looking for a new car or truck, I highly encourage you to check out West Park Motor Company and their team, ask for Eric.

My opinion: Very competent and even though I did not buy the car I came to see I would do business with them again. Eric who we worked with was very professional from our initial discussion about the vehicle we wanted to having the vehicle ready for our appointment. While this seems mundane fewer than 50% of the dealers we visited could get this basic feat right. Definitely would make the trip from Raleigh to West Park motors again if they have something I want.

We found exactly what we were looking for at West Park and Eric made the process of trading on our old van for a newer Odyssey very easy and no pressure. He gave us his cell number so we were able to test drive one day, go home and think about it, then text him when we'd like to come back in and do the paperwork. He also made sure we were comfortable by wearing a mask and setting up a table outside. we have two high-risk family members and appreciated the effort made to keep the process safe.

For me, purchasing a vehicle is much like shopping for a bathing suit - absolutely dreadful. I am grateful to have stumbled upon Eric at West Park Motor Company during my new car search. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about cars. Within 48 hours I had an immaculate Lexus delivered to my front door! I could not be happier with the transaction and highly recommend West Park for their wonderful staff and fair prices.

Best car buying experience ever. In and out within an hour from start to finish. Eric was the one that helped us and was great but the whole staff makes sure it is an enjoyable experience as a whole. My wife and I had not purchased a car since 2006! West Park had the car we wanted and Eric made the whole process very easy. We called on Monday morning, test drove it and purchased it that afternoon. West Park and Eric are the best! If you are concerned about getting a car or truck during the pandemic, you don't have a thing to worry about. Go ahead and get your new ride.

Bj went above and beyond my expectations for a car sales man by holding the vehicle until I had time to make the 2 hour drive to their dealership and not pressuring me to buy the vehicle once I arrived. It honestly felt like I was buying a vehicle from a friend rather than a dealer. The Car was everything he said it would be reliable, dependable, beautiful inside and out. My wife is still excited about her red denali. I would definitely come back for our next vehicle purchase and will be recommending my friends to check their inventory first when looking for a vehicle.

The service at West Park was excellent! Everyone was extremely accommodating and helped answer all of my questions. Eric Daniels was phenomenal to work with and made the whole process a breeze. I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a new-to-you car! Great salesman and great dealership!

Kyle and the crew at West Park are great! Always take great care of me, are reliable, and I trust them completely when it comes to quality work and a fair price. When it comes to customer service, they worked around my crazy schedule and got my car fixed up very quickly! Most recently, I got my tires from WP and their diagnostic equipment is amazingly accurate at making sure my tires are aligned! I know these tires are going to last as long as advertised, so long as I keep going to West Park! Btw, my in laws have bought and sold several cars with Kyle and they are very pleased with West Park and their sales department!

Had the best experience buying a new to me Yukon there at West Park. Chris was our sales man, he was friendly, and not at all pushy. If you're considering anything on their lot I highly recommend you go chat with Chris!

Purchased an 09 F250 from West Park Motor Co. today. The salesperson, Eric Daniels was awesome to work with. He made the whole process simple and was really helpful In taking care of a few small things that I needed. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

I have been taking my vehicles to west park for service for several years now and have nothing but good to say about them. From their receptionist to the owners and the mechanics , I ve always been impressed with their friendly personable attitude toward their customers. Have you ever had a mechanic call you to see if you were satisfied with your repair! I have!These guys are top notch.No one looks forward to having to have repairs done to their cars or trucks but it sure makes it a little easier when you know that you have a place to take it where you know it will be repaired right and at a fair price by friendly folks.Thanks West Park Motor Company!

Great customer service! The staff was very friendly, patient and helpful. They were polite and professional answering any question. The car was as described and shown in the photos. The salesman was honest and willing to take care of any issues with the car before buying. He also offered the car fax without having to ask for it. They truelly know how to put the customer first! Check out their website. Its clean and well organized and offers plenty of pictures to view before seeing the car.

We decided to come back to West Park for our second purchase because they treated us so well and provide a great service. We also utilize their service department for all of our vehicle's needs. If only all dealerships were as easy to deal with as West Park Motors in Washington.. I've purchased over 25 cars or trucks in my life and have never been treated better! I have purchased several cars and trucks from Eric in the past. After he left his old location I was devastated! He followed up with me and I found him at West Park Motors in Washington. The inventory variety seemed more like a dealer I would find In Charlotte or Raleigh. I happen to trade both of my cars in for two immaculate SUV's. My wife and I are extremely happy with are purchase! I would recommend anyone to Eric and West Park Motors.
