My car broke down and had to be towed there, which they constantly lied about when the car would be ready (saying the car would be done the next day a total of 6 times), and even after asking multiple times what the cost of the repairs would be they just responded saying they ll get back to us on that which they never once did, I wish I had recorded the calls because not once did I consent to paying $1500 in repairs but at the end that s what happened because I was left in the dark about what was wrong with my car, and how much it would cost to fix.A week later the car let off a lot of steam from the hood because a hose had come loose too, you d think with how long they lied it would be done that they d pay more attention to the issue

Got tires installed back in June on my wifes car. I noticed that the car shook while driving and inspected the wheels to notice the wheels did not have weights on them. Brought the car back to get tires balanced and they still charged to install the weights which should have already been done.

Great experience with this local business and they really helped me out in a pinch. The technicians were honest, efficient, thorough and polite. I'll definitely recommend them to others who need tires and car repair.

The balding man who rung me up was unhelpful, tried giving me a receipt that was not itemized and didn't put in writing what services they provided. When I asked him for a detailed receipt he acted like I was a big inconvenience. I will not return.

I used to love this place, but they messed up my Honda Odyssey. I had them change the oil and put on new tires. The van started shaking so they replaced a rod and aligned the wheels. Spent so much money and it was still shaking. Check engine light came on so I took it to the Honda dealership. They said the oil pressure sensor went bad, because Warehouse Tire used the wrong oil filter and that is also why the van was shaking so bad. Warehouse Tire will no longer have my business.Update: we have had problems every month since they fixed it. The transmission went bad! And it was still shaking! I just wonder if it was the aftermarket parts that were put on! We couldn't afford to fix it anymore. Never will I go to Warehouse Tire or own a Honda ever again!

Trusted and affordableUpdate: dealt with this shop a long time but unfortunately I WONT ever go back. After getting motor mount fixed I told them to check again because the car has a lot of vibration and it sounds loud. Nothing wrong I know what my car sounded like before long story short I have to take it to dealership to get fixed correctly after noticing some screws wasn t completely tight they was actually about to come out. I will not even purchase tires here anymore. I will refer my family and friends to another shop. Quality before quantity and this shop seems like its turning into get em in get em out. No thanks

I don t normally leave reviews, unless I was very happy with results or their were very friendly , nice people . Check and Check !! My Check Tire Pressure light came on right after I ran over glass . So I went here to get it checked to see if I needed a new tire or tires . The guy at the front desk told me could be a 45 minute wait but I pulled around they opened the door and told me to drive in , within 20 minutes someone came up to my car and asked what the problem was I told him and he checked them and put air in all of them . He told me that the pressure was just low in all of my tires so I should be good to go and the light should go off once I start driving but if it comes back on then they will check it out . They didn t charge me anything for them looking at my tires and putting air in all four , The light did go off once I drove away and did not come back on . The service was fast and very friendly! I definitely recommend this place to anyone having any tires or car trouble to check here first !!

Went there for years always did great work fair pricing however I took them a problem with a turbocharger they said they could handle after $2000 and several trips to them no resolution.Other shops said the work was poor and wrong. Went back several times no fix, no solution, no apology or refund had to trade the car in for next to nothing. Well never go back.My advice take them simple stuff and you will be fine.

I don t usually leave reviews as it isnt my style but Jim was so Awesome & did such a good job I felt It was the very least I could do! They fixed my truck brakes 1st thing on a Monday morning. I am from out of area and had a8 1/2 Hr ride back & had to be back asap & they made it all happen w/ their great service!!! Not only did they fix my truck quick & allow me to be able to get back home on time but they were true gentleman . Thank you jim !

Great service today. Did exactly what was requested in a crunch time. I believe we have found our go to location for tires and maintenance living now in Washington. The only request would be to assure all tires have the same recommended psi.

Horrible service! Will not return! Highly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere for service! Had a faulty water pump put on they were not willing to fix or replace, immediately after installation. I know many people that have had these same issues after receiving service. Customer service is not nice either when it comes to issues! Very nice to you when you are giving them money but quickly change their attitude when faulty parts are installed instead of backing them up. Mechanics need to be checked after here by the head management! I'd put Zero stars if it allowed me too.

They did an awesome job! Had a flat tire on my dad's truck.. they were able to come right out help us put the spare on and follow right over to the shop.. And Every thing was in less than an hour of the blow out!! These guys are awesome!!

They have been taking care of my old car for years. A 1996 Taurus and its still on the road thanks to them, of course being old it visits them once a year for a repair (never the same thing twice) . Their prices are reasonable and service is great.

I love this place but the guy that helps the owner take payments is a thief.... I watched him go get my change (94�) and grabbed a $10 bill and cup it in his hand.... And I turned to look behind me and looked back and the $10 bill was gone and he had nothing in his hand.... I didn't say anything so I didn't get in a he said she said situation but maybe this will help shed light on the situation... I can't stand a thief.... I hate to see a good business get taken when they take care of their customers....

New to the area and took our vehicle here on a recommendation. We should have been more diligent, but it's hard starting over with a reliable mechanic. Wanted to love this place, but after taking in our vehicle with a sudden loss of brakes and paying $350+ for a brake line repair that supposedly "fixed" a corrosion issue, only to have to return within 6 weeks (so scary) with NO brakes and then be told after several hours-deep labor that they again found corrosion on another brake line and were now gonna order a "kit" online to replace the corroded brake line AFTER they had already spent hours trying to do a work-around, I can only find words to express our disappointment. Labor was reduced, but not enough to take ownership of their "miss" and even still with a cost of almost $1100 for the 2nd repair, as well as $350 for the 1st repair. So yeah, I question their competency, why the original mechanic didn't check BOTH brake lines and take notice of the corrosion prior to the brakes failing?! It only stands to reason that if one was corroded, perhaps check the other, right? And why did the 2nd repair have 3 hours labor in BEFORE noting the corrosion issue wasn't repairable without ordering the manufacturer's kit?! One of two things occurred... Either incompetentcy or we were gouged!! Not sure it much matters, because neither leaves a customer feeling warm and comfy or want to return.

After trying numerous places for repair work in Washington, I have found it difficult to get good service. That is not the case at Warehouse, the guys are super responsive and helpful. I will be patronizing this business for years to come.

I recently had a front end alignment on my SUV and was surprised with a bill 30% higher than what was quoted to me. The quote was $49.95 and I was charged $65.00. No one told me that there could be a higher charge due to it possibly taking longer due to the camber being out so much. If I had known about that up front, I would have taken my vehicle somewhere else. I have been getting alignment jobs for 50 years and no one has ever charged me more for what supposedly took longer for the job. I was also told before they started on the front end that my ball joints were worn out and needed to be replaced. I declined due to the fact that I will be selling or trading the vehicle soon. I stood there and watched from the office and saw little work going on the whole time they were aligning the front end. It certainly didn t take extra time. It seemed to take less time. As for the ball joints, I decided to get a second opinion so I took my vehicle to another shop. Not letting them know what I had been told at Warehouse Tire and Battery, I asked them to inspect my ball joints to see if they needed replacing. Once they did the inspection, I was told that my ball joints were in good shape and did not need replacing. Needless to say, I will never do business with Warehouse Tire and Battery again and will also share my experience with everyone I come in contact with.

Very bad service. Carried my truck to get a tire patched and they damaged my rim and said it was an issue with Ford. They also act like they don't have time to talk to you. It's just a bad place, never going back.

I know, why a rating of 3 when I haven't even received service for my vehicle? I reached out to a few places and Jim was the only one to respond. I'm calling tomorrow to get an appointment for the tires and will update after the service.

I would have given 5 stars normally, but I feel like I had the bait and switch sales put on me this time. I asked the price prior to driving over, then once I arrived for the work it was double.

We had an emergency repair (we were only visiting Washington/Bath) that was fixed asap. Very friendly, straight forward and fair. Would use again for sure.

Sold me blend tires, double charged for an alignment, which still had same pulling issue when done. Stated alignment correct. Tire's were worn out in 20,000 miles. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.

Horrible service they finessed me and will do the same to you if you let them. Rude when I tried to address the situation but friendly when it came to taking my money. They overcharge and then didn t even do the job they were supposed to do.

I had a misunderstanding with the service and after a phone call from the owner the situation was corrected beyond my expectation. The owner is fair and I will continue to have my vehicles serviced at Warehouse Tires.
