Went early in the morning near a holiday, not too busy. In and out in 30 min!! They patched a hole in my tire. Did a great job!

I love the people that work at the counter in the Auto Center, but the people that work in the garage don't move very fast! Lol.As always, Walmart has the best prices for certain things, so I will be back, but hopefully, I will be able to leave my car there and not wait for it!

I called here at 8:20 am to see when I could bring my car in for new tires and an oil change,was told that they had a 9 am opening, I said great and drove straight here,sat here until 10:30 am when one of the service guys tried telling me that I would have to wait because he had a 10 and 11 am already booked and he wasn t sure when he could get me in,I told him that I had a 9 am appointment,so he went to talk to I guess the service manager or advisor and came back and said he would get my car on the lift right away,took a good 1-1/2 hrs to do 4 tires,then the manager or advisor tried ringing me up for just the tires and I said did they do the oil change yet ? Knowing full well they hadn t,so 3-1/2 hrs later and I m still waiting for my car to be done,this is my first and most likely the last time I will have any work done here,talk about slow and incompetent ? Not at all a happy camper right now,especially when a bunch of other people have come in and gone and I m still waiting,oh and the service manager said I don t have you written up for an oil change,not at all recommended Ok so there s one saving grace here and that s that I got 4 new tires mounted and balanced plus an oil change for just over $404.00

Desk help is great. Vehicle spent 2 hours on the lift for new tires. Would not recommend making your appointment in the morning. Seems like there's a single shop employee.

Great service. They had the tire I needed in stock and changed it quickly. The lady that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I have used their service 3 times now and every attempt was 3 hours of waiting. The first time they never even serviced my car for an oil change after 3 hours and I was 2nd in line; finally had to leave to pick up my kids. The other day, I had tires balanced & rotated plus oil change. Now the car vibrates terribly and I just noticed they never did change my oil that I paid for and again it was a 3 hour wait for balance and rotating. I am floored that they have more that 1 star.

Took 2 hours before they changed our oil. By the time they were done they didn t even have enough of the oil we needed so we had to go across the street to auto zone to get more. Ridiculous. Multiple other people waiting for other services as well. Recommend paying a bit more to go somewhere else.

This place is garbage. I brought two vehicles here just to get simple oil changes. I arrived around 2:45p and there was only one vehicle in front of me. I waited, and waited and waited and watched while the employees seemed more concerned with walking around, talking, joking and going back and forth outside to smoke. I was there until about 5:30p that evening until I became so frustrated that I told them to cancel the second car. It took them over two hours for an oil change and what's even worse, they didn't even do any of the things that's supposed to come with the oil change. They didn't cap off or check ANY fluids or any of that. Take your money elsewhere for better service. These "techs" are seriously a joke.

Well now, let's see here. Went in for a routine oil change. That turned into a 2 hour job. As we waited for the top notch staff to complete the oil change one of the staff members asked if we had a problem with our car starting. The answer was simply, "No. We have been in and out of the car for a couple of errands. So why is our car not starting now?" This is where the staff member caught an attitude and rudely interrupted my wife as she was asking questions by saying, "Well dear the battery could have just died!" as she threw her arms up in the air and walked away. So we bought a brand new battery and guess what,....... It takes 2,...2 mechanics another hour to install a battery! I think we'll find us another service center. Wal-Mart can keep their shenanigans!!

Christy the Walmart associate helped me choose the best tires for my truck, with utmost courtesy and professionalism. From my initial phone call for an appointment to finishing the sale, Washington Walmart super center is blessed to have such a great person as Christy in their employment. I will definitely return to the tire and lube center for all my tire and maintenance needs due to Christy . Thank you for such a stress free serviceServices: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I experienced excellent customer service tonight. the tires were very fairly priced and with a great warranty option. Much better than anywhere else quoted me. I will most definitely be using Walmart for future auto needs.

Purchased a battery for my vehicle here..it was dead! Brought it back and they said it would take 90 MINUTES TO TEST IT!!?? All they had to do was replace it, I had the receipt and everything.This is proof that Walmart is truly not worth dealing with anymore. They're automotive department Sucks!

My promised 1100 new tire appt had not started by 1145, so I left, and bought new tires from a professional company. Would recommend not going here...2 thumbs down!

Never understand why I go to these places for mechanic work, but I'm already here to shop so why not right, well the why not part comes in when you're still sitting there after three to four hours, and your car still hasn't been pulled in yet. I get it you guys get paid by the hour but let's go guys I have changed tires faster by hand.

I had to have an emergency oil change and oil filter. They checked all my fluids, cleaned my windsheild and vacuumed the front mats too. Took them about 45 minutes. I will go back again. No photos.

Disappointing. Was told they were out of the oil we needed for an oil change but we could by it from the automotive section. Did that only to be told they didn't have the oil filter we needed but could go across the street to auto zone to buy it and bring it back. No thanks. I'll go somewhere else or just buy everything and do it myself.

Walmart auto care center they have ties they have radio anything you need you name it they even have a spot in the back where they check your or and make sure everything is all right with your car there are some good people there

Takes way to long to perform a simple oil change. Won't be back. Folks just walking around while the oil change line sits idle.

I would give 4 stars because the employees that work there are nice and friendly but the service sucks. They take for ever to do anything.

I got a battery from walmart 1 month ago and it was bad so went back to get it replaced guys in service area were fast got on it soon as i pulled up they sent me inside with battery to get replacement took ood 30 minutes one other customer came in i had to wait for supervisor to approve an unlock register
