Got in a wreak and took a chance with southside. I couldn't have been more pleased with everything. Communication was awesome. Things got fixed in a timely manner. Got in a squeeze on a solo fishing trip this morning without my tools. With Kris s help I was otw home in ab 2 hours. Very laid back guy and is very knowledgeable to his profession.

Power window on the wife's Side quit working so that had to be fixed anyway so stopped at Southside towing and auto repair Kris was.able to figure out right away what was wrong he got new window regulater installed that morning within an hour very fair price I'm very satisfied and highly recommend them from 1 to 10 their a 10 plusService: Auto power window repairService: Auto power window repair

I cannot speak to their towing and automotive business, however they also rent U-haul vehicles. They are absolute morons in that portion of their business. They refused to read or they were incapable of reading and forced me to go rent a U-haul from another location.

Southside Towing & Automotive LLC is one of the best towing services that I have used. They drove over an hour to tow my car four miles because it just stop at the intersection in my small town. Kris was very professional from the first call and he kept me updated when he was near my location. Once he was on the scene he was quick and precise with loading my car. From this work ethics you can tell that he takes pride is his work. Thank you Kris for a job well done.Service: Car towing

Kris is excellent! Super friendly and quick service. My battery died on my jeep and after an 8 hr wait w AAA. I called Kris at Southside towing we use his services for a property I manage.Kris came over tested it and got me a new battery. Wonderful business with great people. My husband and I had our small children with us when our truck broke down on the side of the road in the dark and Kris came out no questions asked and made sure we got home. Also had them do my inspection, quick and easy.

Could ask for a better business. Best prices by FAR, car was fixed next day. Good body work, paint jobs, regular mechanical work. Kris is the best! I travel 45 mins to see him because it's worth it! Hands down the best tow company and mechanic in NC.

Horrible service, I called to have my car towed. I was informed that it would take an hour to get a tow. Called back and was told rudely that they weren't coming anyways until given confirmation. The call was the CONFIRMATION Horrible service!
