Perez Tire Shop saved my day! I got a flat tire on my way to work. After numerous failed attempts with other local tire shops who were either unable or unwilling to help me, Perez took me right in without waiting, installed a new tire, and had me on my way in about 10 minutes! Thankful for their service!

Found myself in a bind this morning Called everywhere, most places were closed or too busy to stop for one tire. Not this place, they were happy to help. Looked at my old tire offered to patch it, but also made sure I knew that because of the manner of damage (small spot on the edge of a tread that a nail had hit and worked its way out of) it may not last. They explained my options with no pressure. I chose to replace instead of repair. If I have an problems in the future I will definitely return, just because of that. Thanks.

I called up today at approx 3:30pm today asking for 2 used tires. Told them my size and they had what I needed. I let em know I'm an hr away and they said cmon. I got there was greeted with a smile and the guys went to work. They're very professional/courteous and fast. Thanks Perez tires for your service.

I noticed my tire was rapidly losing air and upon inspection found a screw in the front passenger tire. I somewhat panicked and started searching tire repair shops. I called this shop and spoke with someone that said he could get me in right away (thankfully because I was already on my way). I pulled up, turned off my car and sat inside of it for nine minutes while he worked. NINE minutes. It was so easy and simple and quick. And it only cost $15. I highly recommend this company. The man was very professional and worked very hard to get the job done quickly and efficiently. God forbid this happens again, I ll be going back to Perez s.

this conniving tire shop took advantage of my dad I suggest any elderly people take someone young with them so they don t get ripped off asking for $60 but only had $55 for a used tires when they sold myself one for $45 weeks ago with the same vehicle and when confronted cursed me out in Spanish and said we have money we don t care. Cool you have money but are you paying taxes? IRS!

I couldnt post another review so im changing this one from 4stars to 5 stars Yesterday 7/5/23 I stopped at Perez Tire Shop to get 2 tires for my car at 8:15 am the morning after 4th of July and the boyz were there and ready matched the exact brand and type of tire just like they did my wifes a year ago. And I could pay with a card. ln 20 mins they were done and an hr later on I-95 heading to Fayetteville one of the tires blew out, I took it back up there today and explained that I didn't run over anything it just blew, he looked at the looked at the tire and said ok no problem. He replaced the tire and I wasn't asked to pay a dime. THEY STOOD BY THERE WARRANTY!!! SO TODAY IT IS DEFINITELY 5 STARS(About a year ago)My wife had a flat about 3 weeks ago, took the tire and rim to them and they immediately went to work!!! Went and put it on... then I realized they didn't just match the GoodYear brand, they also matched the exact type of Good Year tire that was on there which is AWESOME, then today I went back to get another tire for the front passenger side and ONCE AGAIN... THE BOYZ CAME THRU WITH ANOTHER GOODYEAR ASSURANCE!!!! Originally it had a set of 4 GoodYear Assurance, now after 2 used tires I still have a complete matching set of GOODYEAR tires on it. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5, is bc I can't pay with a card.

My experience with Perez Tires was not as delightful as what we can hope are real reviews on the site. They received 1 star from me, because this review will not let me post it with zero stars. Perez does not stand behind their 30 day warranty. Even if they put the wrong size tire on your car. They put the wrong size tire on my car 7/3. I do not live in Washington and I work until 6:00 p.m. each week day so I could not go back to request they correct their mistake until 7/31 as they close at 5:30 Monday through Friday. When I requested they exchange the tire they put on my car with the correct size tire, they stated there was nothing they could do and walked off from me. When I started taking pictures of their shop and the 2 different size tires on my car to use as a complaint, they then suggested they could remove the wrong size tire they put on my car, but would not replace it with the correct size tire, hence a threat to me that I would only have 3 tires on the car. I do not think this shop can be trusted as they have a sign that states 30 day warranty on all tires. I will never visit this location again and I hope this information will help others not be taken advantage of. The BBB and other agencies have been contacted in regards to this issue and its proprietors as well.It seems no one can respond to the owners response so I am editing my review. I have stated nothing but the truth! 7/3/21 to 7/31/21 is not 2 months, it is 28 days according to the math I was taught. When I drove up to your business, I asked you do you have a tire that size and did not mention size. You looked at the tire, and stated yes. I asked how much, and you stated $45. I asked if you could put it on right then, and you stated yes. We proceeded from there and you put the wrong size tire on the car. I never mentioned size and it is your job as the owner to verify the size tire. If you do not take ownership for making sure the right size tire is put on cars, that brings me a world of concern and it should to others who contemplate buying a tire from you. In the end, wrong is wrong, and right is right. Sir, you did wrong, will not admit it and will not accept ownership of your mistake to correct the problem. It isn't like I am trying to make money off your business, I was just trying to get the right size tire to replace the wrong size tire that you chose to put on the car. If my review only helps 1 person from getting taken advantage of, then I feel I have done my justice in warning the public. It is just a shame that a business owner does not accept ownership of mistakes.

These guys are great! They get you what you need and get you out of there! I did not even have to get out of the car! And it was a seriously great price.

They were nice and cordial, but they stripped the lug nuts on one of my rims. It's something that can happen to anyone though so it shouldn't be held against them.

I got a used tire from them I paid 40$ for it the guy told my the tire was pretty new a week later it blew out and cause a wreck while my children were in the car on a interstate.
