After many missed opportunities on boats finally found what i was looking for at Park. Scott and the team over there were a joy to do business with. Good communication and overall just good customer service. Thanks for the new skiff!

My husband and I went into the store last year to sign up and have our boat winterized and the pontoons cleaned. The nicest man helped us his name was Paul. She was very professional and caring, my husband is a transplant patient and he was very concerned about his health. Which he did not need to be. We really appreciate that someone like Paul works with the public. I truly trust this company. So this year we dropped our boat off and feel very confident that we will pick it up in very good condition. We also had a new Bimini top ordered. Can t wait to see it.

Our experiences dealing with Park Boat Company the past two years has been terrific. Andrew Faulkner helped us with our last boat purchase and we couldn t be more satisfied. He was knowledgeable, spent time helping us research options for the boat, and answer questions. He made our buying experience enjoyable. The same can be said of Paul and his employees in their service department. If you re in the market for a new or used boat, I highly recommend that you give Andrew a call.

I have been a customer for 3 years now. I have never owned a boat prior but the staff at Park Boat have helped me so much over the past three years. They have been invaluable with the information and customer service given. They have helped me so much to realize how much I love the water that I sold my house in Garner NC and now live on my 34ft Silverton at Moss landing. Thank you all so much and I look forward to a long term relationship with the entire Park Boat team!

I purchased a new Sportsman boat in Novemeber 2020. I chose to buy from them because first visit in just looking at options their sales staff made me feel comfortable. Salesman Andrew Faulkner explained and detailed exactly what I asked and didnt pressure me but gave me confidence he would take care of my needs if I decided to purchase from them. Service after boat arrived has been exceptionable. Thank You Andrew !

I have been a customer of Park Boat company for about 18 years. I can honestly say that I ve never had a negative encounter with the company employees or service. My passion for boating has allowed me to expand my knowledge on the inner workings of water crafts and large boats. A hobby of mine is to not only diagnose but also work on marine vessels. The service department in-store has been instrumental in my growth of knowledge in the marine environment. Whenever I pose a problem they assist me with finding the proper parts and have even instructed me as how to best tackle the problem. They have even gone out of their way to save me money and time By putting me in contact with wholesalers that have the hard to find parts.As far as the sales department goes this is an awesome team of professionals even though I ve never personally bought a vessel from Park boat company I have referred many of my friends. Those friends went through the process of purchasing their boats and water crafts with ease due to the one on one attention offered by the staff. When you walk into the front door of the store you see a variety of beautiful vessels accompanied by a smile and a greeting of the day from one of the sales persons or the staff.Moss Landing is my home. Here I have the pleasure of living on board my yacht. I sleep well at night with the confidence of the security and structural integrity of the floating docks provided by Moss Landing which is operated by Park Boat. The marina is not only secure but also offers a beautiful scenic view from sunrise to sunset and even at night. Since 2015 I have seen every hurricane that has hit North Carolina from these very same docs. The storms blew the waters rose but the marina was steadfast in protecting the vessels from Mother Nature. There is a staff on hand here at the marina to ensure that all issues are handled in a timely manner. Even though those issues are few and far between the Moss Landing Marina staff are on hand on and off season. During the on season you will see many people come and go as novice and professional boaters are renting kayaks and motor boats to go out and spend the day with their families and friends. If you are interested in an outing such as this and you don t have a vast knowledge of boating experience. The staff is there to assist you in getting to know the vessel that you are renting. I encourage anyone who has a love the water or even the slightest attraction to go visit the friendly folks at Park Boat company and come see the Moss Landing Marina store.One more thing. If you do happen to purchase a vessel or watercraft, be sure to ask them about their newest venture with a dry stack storage and fuel dock conveniently located near the beautiful Washington waterfront.

Park Boat Company is very professional and has great customer service. I called and had several questions about used boats. Andrew Faulkner was very helpful and called me back with more detailed information on other questions I had. I always appreciate the response time he has given me and I hope to continue to work with him in the future.

Excellent Experience purchasing a boat from Park Boat Company !I have bought two new boats from Park Boat Company. One of the main reasons was the sales person I worked with both times (Andrew Faulkner). He helped me get a great deal on the boat I wanted (a Sportsman 235 in 2019 and a Grady White 235 Freedom 2021). He even set up a trip to the Grady White factory for us to see my boat as it was being built. He went way above what would have been expected by making sure we got to sea trial a similar boat that actually belonged to his parents. I would recommend Andrew and Park Boat Company to anyone interested in feeling good after the deal and getting what you want. No second thoughts or buyers remorse when it comes to my purchases.

Just purchased a used boat from Park this past weekend and had a fantastic experience. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and even stayed beyond closing to assist us. They were helpful after the sale as well. We had a little issue with the boat post-purchase and they went above and beyond to assist us. We drove over two hours to purchase from them and I can say it was well worth it! We will absolutely purchase our next boat from them!

My grand father has been coming here for years for service on his boats. I recently got gifted his 18ft flat bottom and wanted to get some things updated. The service guy, Paul was a big help and seemed super nice. Would definitely recommend

When I purchased my Sea Doo watercraft from them the owner came over and spoke with me an made me feel welcomed so I looked forward to going back when it was time to upgrade. However, when I called back this year the salesman that I spoke with blew his price out of the water and low balled me on my trade. Which I was really surprised after the great experience I had previously with them.****Update****Brian the sales manager called and spoke with me concerning my review. He did everything he could to make it right and I really appreciate that. I definitely will be giving Park Boat Company an opportunity on my upcoming purchase.

Hard to find a boat dealership these days that still has top shelf sales and service staff but Park Boat Company meets the mark on both. My wife and I purchased a new Sportsman 247 from Park this summer and couldnt be more pleased with our experience. Our salesman Andrew and service manager Paul have gone above and beyond to make sure our every need has been met.

Went by yesterday to look at boats to purchase. Husband was taking a call in the car. I stood in lobby while (2) salesmen stood talking and looking at me. Neither greeted me. One walked past me to leave the showroom without saying a word. Same moment the mechanic walked in and asked right away Have you been helped Ma am? He proceeded to do his best to show us boats. If a salesperson is busy with a customer that s fine. At least greet a customer. We had just sold our boat and had $30k cash to spend or put down. No doubt many people have more. Which is what they should consider? Will not return. My recommendations: greet customers when they are standing in your showroom. Even if it is a woman. And give your mechanic a raise. He represents you well.

I have been coming to Park Boat in Washington, NC for a while now. It is thanks to Paul. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and attends to details more than anyone I have dealt with over my passed 70 years. Was not disappointed. Paul Longo and his staff were very knowledgeable as I wasn t quite sure what I wanted. I d planned on checking out other boat places but there was no need. Wonderful transaction. 3 years later and I still drop in for all of my boat needs. Cannot recommend enough.

Had my boat worked on at Park Boat just for motor maintenance, etc. Chris Brown and his service dept staff (Brandon, Paul, etc) did excellent work. They went above and beyond and got all of my electronics working and wired so that it was all beautiful. When I picked my boat up it looked like a new boat. Remember that any place that works on a boat is usually going to take at least 3 weeks, which was how long it took for mine and it was totally worth it !!

We have purchased two Grady-White boats from Park Boat Company. Andrew Faulkner did a great job of taking care of our recent boat purchase. After the sale he also squared away our maintenance and winterization process. We highly recommend Andrew and Park Boat Company!

Staff was very friendly when I drop my boat off for a spring tune-up and to have a couple odd and ends fixed and cleaned. Said they would have it back the following Friday. When the time came they didn't have it ready by Friday drove up on Saturday when they said it was ready just to find it hadn't been washed or thoroughly taken care of. Paid for a tune-up and they never even addressed that I had a dead battery or called me to replace it so I had to take care of that myself when I got home. Their work was obviously rushed and didn't seem to care about a little job. Although the facility is nice prices were reasonable and staff was friendly the inattention to detail probably won't have me bringing my business back

Very enjoyable experience from beginning to end. This was my first boat so I had an idea of what I wanted but wasn t sure. I ended up with a Grady White and love it! Rocky was easy to work with and highly knowledgeable. I definitely recommend.

I was in the area to purchase a used boat from Facebook marketplace and passed Park Boat Company. I saw they were a Yamaha dealer. I pulled in and was greeted by Paul the service manager. He offered to do a computer read out on my boat and I was immediately comfortable and just had the Park Boat service department perform a 100 hr service as well as replace the water pump. Even though I live in Sneads Ferry, I will definitely return to Park for my future Yamaha needs.

We had a fantastic experience with Park Boat Company and their knowledgeable team. Our sales rep Rocky was very patience and attentive to details to make sure we were getting the boat that our family had in mind. If you are in the market for a boat you have to give these guys a visit. Would definitely recommend Park Boat Company.

Had service work done on my Four wheeler. Excellent help and a knowledgeable service manager. Paul did an excellent job and quick turnaround time on repair work. Would highly recommend Park Boat for repair work.

During my visit to this great state and city of Washington nc ..I stopped by looking for bow lights for my grandfather!! All I have to say is I was impressed with professionalism by that guy Charlie little. When I return I look forward to his expertise thanks

On March 1, 2018 I took my Tahoe 216WT for repairs leading to Park acting as broker in selling it. I was told repairs would be take approx. 3 weeks and there sales manager would contact me about pricing the sale. I contacted them several times over the next two months always getting excuses and no call backs from their sales manager. In mid May I visited them and got the same responses, nothing done, but the sales manager would call. On June 14, I pulled my boat out of their yard. Nothing was done and no call backs were received. Interestingly, each time I was there no one was working in the service bays except one gentlemen washing and waxing an apparent new delivery.If a new or used boat purchase is in your thoughts and routine maintenance and repair is a consideration avoid this dealership. I seriously question their ability or capability to stand behind anything they sell.

Had a nice experience at Park Boat with a fellow named Andrew Filkner, didn't end up purchasing a boat but will be back to buy this summer once this Covid goes away. All staff were knowledgeable, definitely recommend.
