Had been a customer since 2015 and had them work on all five of my family s cars. Was detailed in finding problems also gave suggestions on what could be repaired to avoid further issues down the line. Moved away and will have a hard time finding a honest shop like them.

Came in for a bike inspection. Pulled in 5 mins to close on a friday. They jumped right on it. Couldn't ask for better service.First time i have ever had an inspection place actually check lights horn blinkers. Awesome job, guys!!

I want to say how great these people are. They took my car in and worked on it all day to get it back to me. I always take it there for my oil change. But it broke down and they took it the next day when every where else I called said at least a week before they could look at it. The price as well for the work I feel was great as well. Horrible experience!!! Car was leaking oil. They charged $25 assessment fee, $82 an hour labor fees, charged for 16 hours and then claim they needed to fix to more things in which the total repair bill was almost $3000. Get the car back and it s still smoking and leaking oil. Car goes back and the owner calls and say a bolt wasn t tightened correctly. Smh! I wouldn t let them work on my big toe!!!

Went in for an oil change and was told that my water pump and a bunch of other stuff was wrong. We had no lights on or anything when we took it in originally. It took them 3 days to fix it when we were told it it would take only a day. After we got our car back our check engine light came one and was throwing 2 codes at us and our automatic starter isn t working anymore. When we brought it back to them they told us it was already throwing codes and the check engine light was already on. We know for a fact not true. I will NEVER take my car back to them nor will I recommend them to anyone. Now I have to find a new mechanic to fix what they messed up.

Great people. Great Mechanics. Fair and honest. We just moved to the area. I usually do my work myself, but the older car needed brakes and I was too busy to do it myself. As soon as I arrived at the shop, I knew I was in the right place. Real mechanics. Real equipment. Very knowledgeable. Also, very prompt. Our brakes were done within two hours. Heck, they started working on them almost as soon as I arrived. I will definitely be a loyal customer.

Got my inspection done here inexpensively and quick. I tried about 7 other shops whom either didn't do inspections, or their "inspection guy" wasn't in, or couldn't fit me in until tomorrow (which means they didn't want to bother). Would recommend for inspections.

Horrible experience. Luigi had my car for a whole month and never fixed it. I would call and check on the progress and he would say I ll check. I ll call you back by the end of the day. A whole week would go by and I wouldn t hear anything. I d call back and get the same answer. Finally he took apart my steering wheel and couldn t get it back together. Leaving me to have to get my car towed to another shop to have it fixed. Do not mess with this guy. He s bad news. The service is poor, the prices are ridiculous and the customer service is trash. My family vows to never use this horrible mechanic ever again.

Everybody at this place is amazing. They're all so friendly and they treat you like family when you come in, even if you've never been before. Prices are always fair and they never do anything extra without asking first. Been a loyal customer for a couple years now!

I would give them no star but that's not an option I needed my engine replaced and I paid new money and put an old engine in it the got from the backThey also broke my radiator So I could come back Shiesty and untrustworthy If they tell you We have to find the problem save you money.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

I brought my 2003 f250 to them to fix my 4x4 issue and they worked on it until the problem was resolved. Also I had a brake issue that was immediately fixed. Good people Great service.

I went to have CV axle put on I bought my own parts I had Luigi's Garage to put the CV axle on It was March 14th I called to talk to the owner to let him know that my vehicle was making the same noise as when I carry it to him to be fixed the owner would not come to the phone The girl at the desks said she had my phone number and that he would call me back he never tried calling me at all that bad business not standing behind your work I drove from Greenville to get it worked on.

I had got a diagnostic test done at autozone tell me what my problem was I vo to luigi garage and show him the print out got from auto zone telling him I need my #8 coil and spark plug change. I get my bill he charged me 45 dollars for using his scanner and I just told and showed him what the problem was. So after I explained to him thats what the print out was for he said he had to use his scanner. Thats just a rip out I feel like he just took 45 dollars of my hard earn money that I really didn't have. I'll think twice before he do another job for meServices: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Do not take your vehicle to this place. I have a family member than got his car back and it has me issues than it started with. Now, his car is smoking. The "Repairman" kept stalling on the deadline for it to be finished and overcharged for nothing. Don't waste your time and hard earned money.

Will never used this service again.and would not reccomend anyone to use it.took my car in for electrical promblem.were told that the cost would be 535 dollars.end up paying 935 dollar..were charge 15 dollars for antifreeze radiator were empty when i picked it up.allstar phone system is disconnected.seatbelt lights want go off.radio were working when i took my car in.he wanted to charge me 50 dollars to get it back on.my ac were working when i took it in.now its not working.passenger door handle broke.did more damage than fixing.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical
