The experience at Lee Chevrolet was by far the best I have had buying a vehicle at a dealership! It was very quick and easy. All the folks there are very nice and friendly. They will definitely get my return business.

I can't review their sales or even the quality of their service because I never got to that point. Scheduling the first available appointment (2 weeks out) and driving 30 minutes to be there first thing in the morning (8am), I was told to fix onstar and address the check engine light it would be a few hours. 6 hours later it hasn't been looked at. 4:30pm it hasn't been looked at. When I said I wanted to come pick it up I was suddenly told it was looked at and everything is OK. I arrive they wouldn't release it. The next morning I went to pick it up and get charged $106. They only reset the check engine light and did not address any of the other concerns. They then were not going to release it untill I signed that I declined to have the recalls that I was unaware of addressed. I would love to have recalls taken care of. This is a shady place that can't be trusted. I called a neighboring dealer service center and they will get it right in for me. I should post the dash cam footage.

I'm not sure how to write this let me just say i'm very disappointed. I have a 2011 GMC Acadia and my transmission threw a code. So I brought it there 4 weeks ago.Because I was told they were one of the best. And they told me it could be up to three weeks before they can fix it, but hopefully they can see before then it before then and at least check it out. And today makes 4 weeks and only time I get to hear anything Is when I make the call to ask. Yes I understand you can get busy but...? I don't like being left in the dark. I was an engineer of fountain and I was a problem Solver. And I know there the customers didn't like being left in the dark. I am currently serving as a pastor and a counselor and again the people I work with need to be informed. So here I am 4 weeks without my Acadia. Having to borrow somebody else's car with no end in sight yes I am disappointed.

I took my car too Lee Chevrolet in Washington Nc. They did a diagnostic and said I need a transmission sensor that cost 2300. They called and said car was ready a couple days later. I picked the carup and it was still have some of the same symptoms. I called bk the next day and they told me to bring it bk and that the would check it. Then the call bk a couple days later saying I need a transmission.I said I just paid yall 2300 because yall said it was the transmission sensor I feel like the knew it was the transmission from the start and scam me out my money...UPDATE.. Igot a email to call Lee Chevrolet of Washington when I called back Noone knew who to send me too .. This really sad after scamming out my money

I just want to say thank you too this dealership for saving me on this night by having an electric charging station (be it just the one) available to the public because I was surely stuck in the middle of no man's land for anyone with an electric vehicle besides a Tesla!! I was doing Uber and started in Fuquay, got a long request from someone else stuck in the middle of nowhere that broke down on the road. Took him to Wilson NC where I picked up another passenger and had no idea where he was going until the pick up but I still had 120 miles until I need a charge or so I thought but the temp dropped to the 30's & I had to turn the heat on, loss of 40 miles instantly, get to the drop off and I have 50 miles left so I look for a charger and now I'm in Greenville. No chargers that charge in less than 24 hrs except if course the Tesla chargers. I look up CCS chargers, nothing for 20 miles the opposite way of where I need to go. So I call before wasting what I have left and it's a go, get here and it's a dealership and I'm panicking thinking it's going to be turned off like the others and sure enough it was on and I thank you Lee and thank God for you having a heart!!! I'm gonna turn this rental through Uber in and come buy from you just because of this!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!! You really don't understand how thankful I really am because this was my first experience with an all electric and it really had me praying and scared I was going to have to sleep in the car until it charged up! Oh did I not mention it's the only fast CCS charger within 120 miles from Greenville!! So if anyone ever gets in this same situation you have a friend here at Lee Chevrolet Buick that'll get you charged and home safe in an hour or two if you're all the way down on your charge like I am. I have bought several cars in my life and never experience such professionalism, kindness, no hassle like I have at Lee's. John was such a help in every step of purchasing my new truck. I felt like I part of the family once I walked through the doors and everyone was genuine from the time I meet them. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and will be using them again. Thank you all again for such a awesome experience!!

Service department is very friendly! Went this morning about my tire and asked about getting oil changed and tires rotated later this week. Got the phone call that my truck was ready and they had already changed the oil and rotated my tires! Whenever I ask questions Samantha in the service department is always very helpful!

Had some work done on Ac, parts guy Craig did some research and found that our warranty was still good. His call made our day. Lee Chevrolet is a great dealership ran by a wonderful family.

First time coming to this dealer for any service work. Only stopped for an alignment, but it was done very fast, set the specs to my personal preferences and the lady that was the service writer was excellent. Will definitely be back if i need anymore work done that they can supply. .

I've been a customer since my first vehicle at 15 years old. I am now 29 years old. My father has been a customer of Lee Chevrolet since he was 16 years old as well. He is now 56 years old. Needless to say Lee Chevrolet is the BEST!

I really like the service after the sale,I called to the service department and they were able to pickup my truck from my work place, service the vehicle and bring it back fully serviced with new heated seat chips installed, that were absent at the time of the sale.They just don't treat you like a customer but like family. Everyone there was wonderful. This was the easiest purchase of a new vehicle. I wanted to look at a specific car. They had is ready for me. Finance showed me how much money I could save by shortening the length of the loan. Wow! They did not have to do that. If you are looking to buy, check them out!!!!

Trade was easy and we were made comfortable. Steven Lee and Greg Gardner were very nice and friendly. I was disappointed when I got home and lifted the tailgate. It was filthy inside around the rim. I had to take 30 min to clean my brand new car.

Professional and effortless. I have never had such a great experience with a dealer. I told them what I was looking for, worked everything out with Steven, and drove off with the truck I wanted.. and didn't spend hours at the dealership with a ton of "upsell pitches". They went above and beyond for me. I love my new SUV and Lee Chevrolet is the greatest. I moved out of town and tried to purchase a vehicle at other dealers for 4 months with no luck broken promises and no results. I drove 5 hours back to Lee Chevrolet to get my new vehicle and it was sitting out front waiting for me when I got there. I will never go anywhere else again. Love you guys

Made an appointment for an oil change. They actually honor appointments unlike most dealership service departments who will flat tell that appointments mean nothing. Service department representatives are great. Make you feel like family.
