Our camper wouldn t start at the Elks in New Bern and HEI Mobile Truck Repair diagnosed the issue over the phone and talked us through what we had to do. They are the best diagnosticians we have dealt with. We are very grateful to JR, for his excellent knowledge and professionalism and for doing this as a road courtesy. JR you are a great human. Thank you.

This is a very professional and a real 24/7 company there service truck was well equipped plenty of lights it was the best I have ever seen I had a double blow out again this time in Tarboro NC @ 3:00 a.m. Sunday morning HEI came right out with 2 new tires and put them on my truck wait time was very little great service and very professional The price was great this is the 2nd time using HEI and they are #1 in my book if you real need help give them a call

Highly recommend David from HEI. He did an outstanding job! He was nice, fast and knowledgeable. He actually found more damage then what we noticed when he was on top of the truck. He worked in the rain and cold weather. He drove 2:30 without stopping to get to us. We are so thankful for his time and expertise. I hope that he will be fully recognized for his outstanding work and customer service .Services: Body & Trim, General repairs

12/26/21- Once again, I called these guys with a dire emergency. As always, I wasn t disappointed. Dave was prompt and professional! He changed my leaking brake chamber and the dry rotted hoses in no time, allowing me to get safely back on the road.After being on the road for years, I have had to use my share of mobile mechanics. I can say, that these guys are by far the best I ve encountered. From the first call and throughout the services, I encountered knowledgeable and professional services and attitudes.I did not get the techs names that were sent, but they were very informative and taught me alot in the course of the repair. As previous semi drivers, they had allot of information to share with this newbie. These techs have obtained a customer for life! (Since they are somewhat local to my home base)The services were very reasonable and delivered quickly to get me back on the road!Service: Brakes

My 2013 freightliner cascadia went into derate mode for after treatment issues. Everyone was telling me that I needed a full dpf repair that was gonna cost me thousands of dollars. I called this company and they were there within 2 hours. Mr Mike Grey came and took a look and instantly knew what the problem was. After a 3 to 4 hour force regen on my truck , all codes clear on its own and truck is running better than ever. I highly recommend this place. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy. I m a driver from Universal Dedicated Smyrna Tennessee want to give a shout out to a very reliable mechanic from HEI mobile Truck repair, Washington, NC Mike . He came out and found the problems I reported to my mechanics which didn t fix the issues. Mike is a great mechanic and has a great attitude and communication. Issues were fixed in a timely manner. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!We called on the long holiday weekend in July for emergency service on the rear air bag on our RV. From answering the phone on a holiday and dispatching a technician (thanks JR!) to Larry arriving and efficiently fixing and reseating the air bag, we were blessed on this day! Prices more than reasonable - especially for a holiday. Highly recommend these guys!

Mike did a great job with our diesel pusher. Changed out the fuel filters, checked and topped off all the fluids, and got us squared away at a very reasonable cost. Would highly recommend. Bennett

This is the best roadside service I've experienced so far. I called about my issue and they had a technician out in under 45min. Mike did an excellent job with diagnosing and repairing my truck on the side of the road and he was thorough in his work and didn't waste any time. The prices are unbeatable and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Blew an air bag after I got loaded in central North Carolina. Thomas came out within an hour of the call and did an out standing job and in a very timely manner at getting it changed. Also with further looking found the issue that caused the blown bag and fixed it immediately. The price was also extremely fair. JR with HEI Mobile Truck repair is one of the hardest working technicians we've ever met. The starter on our Prevost bus was fried and JR went above and beyond to find the new part and install it. Brian and I are grateful to JR who worked many hours in the dark and rain to get our bus running again. Highly recommend HEI for their quick response and JR's hard work!!

My technician Michael showed up within 40 mins of me calling had me up and within 1 1/2 hrs as everyone knows time is a big concern for truckers. I would recommend HEI Mobile Truck Repair for any issues you may have with your truck. Ask for Michael.

I had a airline blow a hole in it and Mike came out and had me back up and running quickly. Very professional. Would definitely use them again if in the area and broke down.

Unfortunately my company called 2 repair services company HEI got me 1st Advance was 10 min away for me but the got there 2nd so i let Mike from HEI fix the truck he found the problem right away the guy from advance told me he had to go to rocky point for parts 45 miles away Mike from HEI told he can make the airline in 20-30 min so i used him i was very happy with his service very fast price was great will use his company again

Yeah I had called 20 different places to try and figure out what the problem was with my truck and everybody wanted me to bring it in and he ran it over step-by-step steel on what could be the problem from the electrical from our starter on up to the wire and harness and he even called me back and ran it over again step-by-step and I was in a jam and nobody would help me out so I get them five stars thanks man I really appreciate it I got the 96 GMC6.5Service: Electrical
