This place was awesome, the father and son were so kind when I went to get my vehicle inspected, they replaced my wipes and fixed my lights that have not been working for a while within minutes and the price was very reasonable. Everyone including the customer's were welcoming, everyone who came through that door said hello, the day before the customer's that were already there said hello and we talked as though we were not strangers. This place has a real family type of environment and very welcoming feel to it. Keep up the awesome work you guys.

Very professional and did the work in a very quick and timely manner. He was extremely nice and the price was very fair. My cars a/c is working great now! I highly recommend this place! I did have to schedule my appointment a few days out for an opening but they got the work done super quick and on the same day once I got it there. He called and told me the problem and the estimated price before completing anything to make sure I wanted to do it. I love that! Thank y'all for fixing my ac!

Have had only positive experiences here over many years. I am a competent mechanic, but they are better. When I am stumped or short of time/equipment, this is where I go. High praise from me.

I haven't had Ac in so long it's not even funny. Other shop told me to take it to a dealer. I brought my car here instead and couldn't be more please. Edward is knowledgeable and fair. I have ac and he even fixed another issue I had. My car runs great and I wont waste my time anywhere else in the future. I took my car to this service station today after being screwed around by a service station in Greenville. I called and a gentlemen named Ed answered the phone. At first I didn't think it was a service station because he sounded so professional and kind on the phone. I was incorrect. He worked with me on labor cost and parts and assured me that he could handle my issues. He explained every problem that he found and there were a few and gave me the best options. I have 3 degrees in business and taught Customer Service for many years in New York. He was one of the most honest and professional technicians i have encountered in years (very knowledgeable as well). I will be returning for my additional repairs. The lady at the front desk was very friendly also. A nice touch during these difficult times. Thanks ED you rock!

Outstanding service at a reasonable price....knowledgeable and very honest! I can not say enough good things about Fifth Street Service Center. I've recommended them to many. They're my "go to" guys for my Lincoln, Jeep and Porsche.

I highly recommend these folks! I was visiting from out of town when my car overeheated. They were able to obtain the parts and get fixed in time to get me back on the road late that afternoon. They were recommended to me by a local resident, and if I lived in Washington, I would continue to use them. Thanks so much for working so hard to get me back home!

Phenomenal customer service! The battery light came on in our truck as we were in town right before our entrance exam for nursing school. They fixed it and had us back on the road in no time! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!

All I can say about this place is that for 10 years now, my fianc� s parents, as well as my fianc� and honestly the whole rest of the family WILL NOT TAKE THEIR VEHICLES ANYWHERE ELSE BUT TO SEE Mr. Ed. Everytime I have been, him, his son and the rest who work their have been nothing but honest, kind, hardworking and fair. I highly recommend this place!
