This place is awesome. The owners and employees are amazing and the service is second to none. They have earned our trust for all our auto needs. As a plus, they are one of the only shop open on Saturday when it s convenient for people who work during the week! Great place run by great people. Thanks for being there!!!

We can't say enough about Carolina Avenue 76 and the excellent customer service we have received. Chris is always responsive, and his team does an amazing job with our vehicles. I trust them to give accurate estimates, quotes, and time frames for completion. It's hard to find automotive services that you can trust, but I feel confident in saying, you're in good hands with Carolina Avenue 76!

I m new to town, and probably much like you, I don t trust my vehicle with just anyone! I saw good things about these folks on Washington s local fb page, and went by around 10:30am on a Saturday to schedule and oil change, transmission flush, and brake pads. I assumed I would be booking at least a week out, but I wanted to go by and say hello to schedule in person. Chris greeted me with a big smile, and told me they could get me in an HOUR LATER! Mind you, this is mid-morning on a SATURDAY. I was floored. I could already tell that lots of people trusted them with auto maintenance, because it was very busy with people going in and out all day. I ve also never seen anyone multitask like Chris did while I was there Like it was some kind of playbook routine they had, and I could tell they had their game together. Shawn serviced my vehicle and did an excellent job! He was also very friendly and very personable. These guys really made me feel like I was at home. I was very impressed with Carolina Ave 76 and will be taking my vehicles there from now on. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU, for keeping my transportation right and tight! Returned to Carolina 76 in need of a new tire. Figuring I needed to get back to work they stopped what they were doing and got me back on the road as quickly as possible. Great people and excellent service as always. Carolina 76 is always my first call

I was driving back to Delaware from Florida....my battery went dead in the middle of the night...had just enough juice to get to AutoZone parking lot near Carolina 76 at 2 AM. When AutoZone opened they replaced the battery but the alternator was bad...they recommended I go to Carolina 76 for the installation. They were very busy when I got there but immediately took my car ....the owner was amazing...he knew I had a rough night but told me he'd get me back on the road in no time. He wasn't kidding...the service was outstanding and after the alternator was installed his mechanic walked me through the process....he was a guy who took great pride in his work....I highly recommend CAROLINA 76 and thank them for the outstanding customer service and professionalism.....Sincerely appreciate it.Anthony J OleckDelawareServices: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

We got stuck on the way to New Bern. I called the owner Chris. He was nice enough to find someone to tow us to his shop and fit us into his busy schedule. He was able to get us back on the road in less than a hour! And his prices were awesome! He was trustworthy, showed us what was wrong and what we were paying for!!! I definitely recommend! Thank you so much for your help! You made our day!

Went in for a fuel injector. Mechanic stripped one of my bolts on the fuel rail. 2 hours later I ask how long it will be. Just to be informed he hasn t done anything to my vehicle. He admitted to using vice grips and other tools to try and remove. Then the young guy behind the desk decided to cuss me after me informing him I will not pay labor rates for his employee mistake. The owner was not present. Have done a lot of business with this shop. But will no longer allow any of my 5 trucks to go there. Not bashing the company but it seems like when the cats away. The mice will act accordingly. After reading reviews and talking to others. It seems this is a on goin issue. Highly recommended this place to others. Not anymore. If using this business please research how long it should take to get your services done. Mine was a hour and a half job btw. And as I stated 2 hours in they didn t even do 5 mins of work.

I've taking my vehicles here to get them inspected for many years now and have had great service every time. They also do about any mechanic job you need done, have U-Haul rentals and can even fill up your propane cylinder. The owner Chris is one of the most friendly people in town and is willing to help you in any way he can.

Will NOT be going here again. I paid OVER $400 for them to fix my Dodge Caravan. I was told they couldn't find out what was wrong with it and recommend we change the spark plugs and wires. The owner wasn't there the day I was supposed to go pick up my van. It was not ready that day or the next! When I did go pick my van up, it cut off AGAIN after leaving their garage. Now it's running hot and smoking. They didn't fix the problem only made it worse! DO NOT recommend.

We have been coming here for years to get our vehicles serviced. Chris and the crew are always courteous, knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. They let you know up front what is going on with your vehicle and help you decide the best options for a reasonable price.

The go to place when you need work done on your car or renting a Uhaul. They are an asset to the community. Top quality work from top quality people. All of our cars go here. They have been fixing our cars for at least 10 years. Never a problem. When people ask me where they can get work done I immediately tell them to come here. I have no second thoughts about what they do. THEY ARE AMAZING!!!!!! EVERYONE SHOULD COME HERE!!!!!

Great work! The guy they had welding did phenomenal work on my truck! It sounds better than I ever thought it could! If you need any sort of exhaust work done Chris will work with you and give you a great price and will work with your schedule and help you get in and out in a reasonable time! The guys there all have a great work relationship and are really cool and know what they re doing and what looks good and sounds good when it comes to exhaust work. I wanted 5 tips and they made it work for me and it sounds absolutely perfect! I would recommend them to anybody that wants any sort of exhaust work done!

I've known Chris and Mike for a long time and their personalities carry over into their work. Honest, caring, hard-working, with the utmost integrity. This is the only place I carry my car, and everyone that asks for suggestions, this is the place I recommend.

Wonderful local business I highly recommend this establishment. If you ever wanted to be sure you were going to a honest mechanic this is your place to go. It's a staple of Washington with integrity, quality professional work, and reasonable pricing on car and truck repairs. This is a good garage for repairing tires and other auto maintenance. They also have UHauls for rent. The owner and employees are very helpful and cheerful. They fixed a flat for us right at closing time.

It was Always great service .. but I m updating this .. it use to be great customer service until the owners wife started working there she is rude and ill mannered and totally disrespectful maybe Chris will fix that hopefully but I ll never return to a place who allows the desk person to speak to their customers horribly .. and when I was in there last, I was the only person she spoke to that way and I was also the only Caucasian person in there other than Fred hence why I ve not been back nor do I ever intend to go back again until she is gone or I get an apology and assured she ll never do it again frankly I do not see how he keeps that around his business because if she did that to me she is doing it to other customers and it ll cause him to lose business fast

I can't say enough good about this place. I am part of a children's camp in South Carolina and I had a group on a trip in the area. Their bus broke down nearby and Chris was great to work with. I called in late on Friday arranged for the repair first thing Saturday morning, and he and his guys had the group going by early afternoon. He was super helpful and kind. I would highly recommend Carolina 76 to anyone. He even allowed the group's supervisor to borrow a company vehicle to go back to the group who were camping at the local state park. That was above and beyond what a normal shop would do! Highly recommend!!!

I took my car there for the transmission to be fixed and they drove it and gave it back to me to drive before they reprogrammed the computer. It will still not shift gears and because of driving it and not reprogramming it I lost my 12 months warranty on the transmission. Never again will I take my car there.
