Front alignment. First time visit. Family run by Mom and Dad and son. Waiting for me when I arrived and took me right away eventhough I was early. Very fair pricing --- for sure this will be my go to place in the future!! Very impressed. Don't let the old shop fool you the alignment equipment was brand new!!!

I ve used their services for various needs to fix my truck and Without a DOUBT, Mr. & Mrs. Alligood are top rate mechanics! They re very thoughtful, kind and show the utmost professionalism toward the needs of their customers. They KNOW what they re doing! I had tires mounted and an alignment. Plus, they installed struts that I provided. I felt like family that they were taking care of. Kelly Ray was great to work with and they were very well priced. Upfront, honest, quality work at a reasonable price.This is a nice little family run shop. Everyone was super friendly and there were adorable dumpster kitties to play with while I waited. Momma shop owner also rescues dogs so if you are an animal lover, you've found an animal loving shop. I told them what I needed done and was given an estimate up front. I used to work on my own vehicle but am no longer able to due to physical issues. They replaced my u-joint, kept me updated on the progress during (got it out, part is on the way, wrapping up soon, etc...), and charged me just under what they quoted. Amazing right!?I will be back here for sure. They made me feel very comfortable and were super friendly. Skip the fancy shop and come here and support these nice people.

This shop was recommended to me by a family friend. I have had my car worked on before and had a great experience (hence why I was back). I called yesterday to schedule and appointment to have my car looked at. I spoke to an older, sweet southern woman who told me over the phone that I probably had a heater core problem and to bring my car in the morning. She told me to have a ride ready because I would need to leave my car. Thought it was kind of odd that she gave me somewhat of a diagnosis over the phone. However, I made arrangements with my schedule last minute and had my ride ready. When I walk into the shop I greeted the young lady who was at the front. She looked me up and down and asked what I was in for. I explained to her that I had an appointment and she asked what was wrong with my car and if I was leaving it. I told her yes and shared my concerns. She asked a man, who I assume was the owner if they did any of the work I was needing. He then tells me no and that I need to go to a body shop and also gave me the address of a detailing shop. I explained to him that I called and spoke to someone who told me I had a heater core problem. I also told him that I made arrangements with my schedule and my ride (in the middle of the week!). He made it seem like the people who they lease the building from answer the phone. Never once did I receive any kind of apology or sincere concern for my time. Poor customer service from his part and not a good example to that young lady who already wasn t friendly. Also, I went to that detailing place he recommended and it was sketchy as heck! No, thank you. I m SO disappointed in how the situation was handled.

Very nice and friendly staff went out of their way to help very good value for the money very affordable for the work I had done. My Truck drives like new! I took my van there today and they were very friendly, kept me updated with phone calls. They done amazing work and at an even more amazing price!!! I would recommend them to anybody!! Will definitely be going back to them!!

A hidden gem in Washington. Pleasant staff, reasonable pricing and surprisingly quick appointment availability. Several visits & calls later, pretty happy camper with my experiences so far.

Great service, fair pricing. Only place I go for ALIGNMENT/wheel/tire/brake work. They have replaced tires on all three of my vehicles. This is the place for alignment work. Family owned and operated, a big plus. Support your local business.Services: Tires, BrakesServices: Tires, Brakes
