Piedmont Truck Tires in Warsaw, N.C., �damage all three wheels that had tires mounted by them and the technician blatantly lied about his negligence. There was no damage on the wheel that had not had been touched by Piedmont and none of the wheels had damage or a scratch prior to their performing maintenance on the wheels. The balancing weight on the front driver side was oversized and making contact with the front brake caliper and had ended up grinding the paint away within one mile of driving in which I returned to Piedmont to show the Manager the additional damage. All damage was fresh and an easy indication it was done by the technician mounting the tires on site and the manager stated they did not know me and could not make a call even with the brake caliper damage when visually the weight could be seen contacting the caliper. The wheel weights were oversized and done improperly. The weights had to be removed to prevent further damage and the entire job had to be performed again correctly at a knowledgeable shop in addition to all the wheels needing to be repaired due to faulty, careless, and improper maintenance.

My car was leaking oil while I was here visiting my family. I am from Alabama and unfamiliar with local mechanics.Piedmont Tire was recommended by my brother. They were very friendly and professional. The repairs were completed within the promised timeframe. Since I was from out of state, the repairman asked if I could bring it back the next day so he could look it over to make sure it was perfect before I got on the road.THAT made me feel important and safe since I am a senior citizen traveling alone for 9 hours.They go the extra mile to take care of their customers.

Very friendly staff. Had a couple of good laughs with the manager. She made the environment even more pleasant. They allowed me to drop my trailer and grab some food. Had to get two trailer tires swapped out for $794. It only took them 45 mins to replace them. Time effective and very professional staff.

We had a tire blow out on our trailer out on I-40. That was scary. The folks at Piedmont tires treated us very well and we were back on the road in no time. Would definitely recommend this place. Good people.

Was sent here from Jacksonville,NC. The place isn't that big but the staff was very helpful and hardworking. There was a young lady at the desk named "Lisa" and she was far more courteous than what I would expect at a Tire station. A+++++ service for a hometown hero.

While traveling south on I 40, our low tire pressure light came on. The right rear was going down. We went online and found that we were near Piedmont Truck Tire and called them. The very pleasant and helpful person told us how to find them and said to bring it in and they'd take care of it. They took our '16 Explorer in right away and found that we had run over a 6" drill bit! It came in through the tread and was sticking out of the sidewall - irreparable. Amazingly, the folks at Piedmont had a used tire that was an exact match for our tire. They mounted and balanced the tire and had us back on the road in under an hour! Total charge - under $40! These are people who could have taken advantage of out of state travelers but just don't operate that way. These are wonderful, helpful, honest people who helped us not only continue our trip safely but restored some faith in our fellow man. GOOD SHOW, PIEDMONT TRUCK TIRE!God Bless!

Great Place! Great people! They Came out and did a road call, I had a super single tire and time replaced! Reasonably priced, would recommend to anyone in the state of NC.... They will help you...

My husband works for LEWIS LOGISTICS in greensboro n.c and used this facility in WARSAW N.C .to get his oil changed they were awesome friendly and respectful he also had an alignment done to the company truck and said it handles 100% better we highly recommend this establishment for all your auto needs!!

Called with a flat on our Mulch Truck, and they were there within 30min. Tire couldn't be patched, but they brought a replacement just in case. Staff was also pleasant on the phone.
