Had a trailer tire about to explode on I40 and called Carroll s. Said they had them in stock so i pulled in and they had me back on the road in 30 minutes. Good quick service like that is hard to find but means a lot when you re traveling. Thank you guys for helping me out!

Excellent service - my friend and I were having some engine trouble on the way to the beach and we came through at lunch time. The mechanics and staff were incredibly kind and took a shorter lunch break so we were able to get back on the road within the hour.

Saturday August 5th I had two tires fail me on a trailer I was towing. Justin and Henry brought a rollback and a service truck out to I-40 got my vehicle in a safe place loaded the trailer on the rollback got me two new tires and wheels, installed them on the trailer got it off the rollback and I was back on the road. Professional, fair and prompt. It was a long day ( I left Hillsborough and drove to Hamstead and because of Justin and Henry I was able to return home in Hillsborough before dinner.) Thank you gentlemen for outstanding service !!!

Our son's car had problems on a Saturday morning and he was able to make it to Faison, NC. Asking where to have it towed for service, we got a quick response of "take it to Carroll's in Warsaw, they are great". We live 2 hours away and Carroll's was definitely great in getting the car fixed at a reasonable price the following Tuesday. I think we are their furthest away customers. Thanks for your help!!

I was very pleased with the service I received. Job was done quickly. What should have taken 45 minutes, took only 15. Price was very reasonable.

If a place is busy, it's busy for a reason. They do great work and have great customer service. Definitely would recommend for everything they say they can do.
