I m not mad because I failed inspection because my window tint was a little too dark. I just think your money hungry when you knew it wouldn t pass charge me $22 just to fail me is a rip off. Which I should ve read reviews before I went up there. Place seems like a joke anyways.

To the driver on the rollback, you were on 220 north out of Gboro tailgating every car and running way over the speed limit. You are a very unsafe driver and you might kill someone with that big truck if you can't stop in time. Then you might care. 11/10/2023

Phil was courteous, professional and efficient. I had set up a smog inspection appointment for the day, after being referred there by another auto shop. I showed up on time and he was available as promised. In addition, I decided to get my oil chang and a bulb replaced the following week because of their fair prices, efficient work and for being friendly to a transplant of Seattle- me. Walnut Cove is my new home and this is my new go to shop.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto emissions testing

HANDY! Larry, Phil and team are always efficient and complete with their work. Take your vehicle here and they will get you going. They have reasonable, fair prices too. Some of the nicest people in our community.

Was very disappointed when I took my car here to get a tire plugged/patched. They were the only local place that was open @ 8am and I was on my way to work so I needed a repair quick! They searched my tire for 45 mins and could not find a hole/leak so they charged me $20 to switch out the valve stem. I drove to work thinking it was fixed and ended up having a full on flat. I later went back and asked for a refund. I took my car to discount tire on university parkway and they found the hole in my tire within 5 mins.

Do not go here to get any auto work done, I Jerry Wray had my transmission rebuild, payed them around $2,000 dollars. Had problems with it before the warranty was up. Took it to another garage and come to find out they did not put anything new in the transmission and would not give me my money back.

Don t go if you re a woman. They expect you to know nothing about cars and over charge. I told the man over the phone (while they already had my car which was being fixed for a trans leak) that I had also been seeing some issues out of the fuel consumption after I fill it up, and the man had the nerve to assume I was filling it up to the point gas was leaking out. He also laughed at me, and tried feeding me lies about why he couldn t check. Also they postponed working on my car for an extra two days and didn t call me a single time when they said they would. I HAD TO CALL EVERY TIME.

Gave parts was quoted a price, was then lied to said my be parts was no good, new parts ... then charged 3 times quoted price. Then their parts fell apart leaving me in traffic less than 100 miles later & now they say they are going to not fix for free, didn't use my parts so theirs are supposed to be guaranteed!! I see a civil suite ahead for sure. I was smart this time & took pictures off all parts that was supposed to be new that wasn't so I will be going to magistrate with this if I am charged a dime.

Well I have a white keep patriot that I ha my son to take in for an alignment and now it pulls more to the right than it did because they did not tell him that it needed frame work before they did it. All they wanted was the money because they should have told him that before they aligned it so it could have saved him some money.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Charge me $245 to remove a broken plug from the motor. Tell me $60 for a tow bill then charge me 85 when I paid the final bill.I had no choice they were the only local automotive mechanics that couldfix the car. I have not recommend this business.
