My family have been coming to 311 Tire for more than 15 yrsI have found that Mark & his staff are reliable & their prices are competitive. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Had to have my car towed and then check for a starter problem and thank goodness Mike found out it was just a ground wire! He and his mom are awesome!

I had a car that another garage had for two weeks and couldn't find out the problem and keep taking other vehicles in their garage instead of fixing my. I called my cousin in Boonville. He ran a auto parts store and service station. I told his what happened and the symptoms. He said it about has to be in the rack an pinion losing that much power steering fluid. Took the vehicle to Mark's place and was repaired right away. 311 tire has very knowledgeable mechanics and also nice folks to help you.

Man was very rude and refused to inspect my truck at all. I have a 1997 Ford Ranger. I had gotten rear ended which pushed the bumper up, but the vehicle is roadworthy and everything works. I have been going there for the past three years, and never had a problem. I am elderly and disabled and that vehicle is my lifeline to get to the grocery store and the post office. Even if he had failed me on my inspection, that would at least buy me time to make any affordable repairs. I barely leave the house anymore anyway because of all the robberies I have endured. I would not recommend this shop, the owner has mental issues. He either hates Yankees or women, I have never been treated so poorly by these people before, and I am quite distraught. The DMV has seen pictures of my truck, and they say it is fine. So what if it isn't as pretty as she used to be. Neither am I!

My buddy went in for some work, and an inspection. They even ripped his boot, would not fix it, and lied about it. When he threatened to take them to court they tried to spin it, and they failed because they fixed it after O Reilly did them a solid and transferred the warranty on the part from another shop! Didn t want to pay for their own mistakes or be honest about it.The service was bad, he will never come here again. Don t let the snake in the grass bite you!

Not only is it a tire and automotive place. It has a storage Lot behind it where you can store your belongings as well.

Great service. I was traveling through North Carolina and my van broke down. Someone recommended this shop. They helped tremendously and kept the cost at a minimum.

They do the best work and they don't take advantage of females and that's hard to find with mechanics. Mark does a great job for a great price.

Always been extremely helpful. Been going to them for years. I live close by but I know some people who go out of their way to. Obviously car parts and fixes can be expensive in general, but always has been reliable, like I got what I needed without feeling like I was getting duped like unfortunately sometimes happens at some places. So they've kept my stress levels about car maintenance pretty low which is the dream.

I have been taking my vehicles to 311 for many years and am always pleased with the service and reasonable prices. Mark is awesome and I always appreciate his honestly. The best place I have ever dealt with working on my vehicles.

I know mark white from family friends as prices don t necessarily suppress others, but good service and friendly business

Best in area for diagnosing auto problems and fixing your car right the first time. Fast and efficient. Owner, Mark, is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. You can trust the people and the work.

I bought a set of new tires for my truck here after searching high & low for the best price. I was very happily suprised with great price & service too. They treated me like they had always known me even though it was my first visit. Great company, great people!!

Have had good luck in the past but they messed up my truck more than it was when I brought it to them. I've found 3 tools so far they left on my engine. My invoice says diagnostic read crankshaft censor. Well they changed the cam shaft censor instead. It's on the invoice and they didn't catch. Mark did let me cancel the check but I had to eat the 30$ bank fee and my new mechanic found another one of their tools besides my airbox. All in all Id say 1 star is a joke. It should be -5 bc of their neglegence and mechanics who leave tools in engine bays but also didn't replace the part the code told them too .Never will I recommend or take anything to these shadetree mechanics. They didn't even test drive my truck just let it run for 5 hrs like idiots. It didn't skip nor was any lights on. Now I have a slip light and check engine light. Truck never skipped a day in it's life til I got it back from this place. Had they drove It 15ft or looked at the rpm gauge they would've known but I guess they just throw a part on it overcharge and send u down the road. Mark is a great guy but his business and employees these days are terrible. Do yourself a favor folks go somewhere else for anything besides a oil change. Check for tools before u leave
