Worst tow truck company to deal with. Dispatcher lies to the owner owner lies to AAA. When the driver called me you can hear his kids in the background. After the dispatcher told me it would be three hours because he was on the other side of Fayetteville. AAA if that s the call to them three times. Then the owner called me and told me that AAA canceled it on their half. He left me and my 10 year old son on the side of the road for over four hours dealing with this company. Would never recommend a company to anybody if they were traveling and broke down on the side of the road I would push it out of this area of AAA service before I would ever let him tow something again. Driver name is will he s the most arrogant person I ve ever spoke to on the phone. Did not catch the dispatcher s name but she is not to provide a person to talk to on the phone. Don t know how they stay in Business. The owner said he is shortstaffed and cannot find decent helpService: Car towing

Had a tire blow out while traveling early morning. This company was incredible from the start. From the call from Mr. Clayton letting us know he was working to dispatch someone through the hour drive with Mr. Bill. He arrived quickly, was very friendly and engaged in conversation with us. Could not have asked for better service! Thank you R&S for helping make a frustrating morning just a bit more bearable! Highly recommend.Service: Car towing

These guys were great, especially Ryan. I had a truck and trailer I needed towed 40 miles from where I was stranded late at night. They showed up when they said they would. They were communicative, professional, and all around nice guys. They had the latest equipment, the trucks were clean, the price was reasonable and Ryan even recommended a local shop to take my truck to. I've never felt the need to go out of my way to write a positive review about a towing company but r&s and Ryan deserved it. Thanks R&SServices: Special vehicle towing, Long distance hauling

R & S provided assistance today. We found ourselves stranded with a car that wouldn t start while 100 miles from home. R & S arrived quickly, were super friendly, and were able to get our car restarted. So grateful that we found ourselves in their capable hands. Had a friend breakdown on 53 and called in for a AAA tow to come back from 53 to his home. They refused the call 3xs and when he spoke to the driver, Will, about what s going on, my friend was lied to said that the driver was in Fayetteville but could clearly hear kids and other people in the background. They refused the call when he had been sitting on the road since 6pm!!! Will NEVER recommend anyone to use them!!!Service: Car towing

Always treats me right. Never any problems. I feel they do a good job for a reasonable price. I don't feel taken advantage of.

Reliable. Kept me informed the entire time. Arrived sooner then original quoted time. Friendly. I do not know what they charge, I have roadside assistance through car insurance company, but their customer service surpasses all other towing companies in the area. I would recommend them because of this.

Had a compressor put on my truck in 14 months the clutch went out on it. Had it fixed in less than 6 months freon leaked out. Had that fixed now 3 months later compressor has gone out again. Paid full price for everything and today got charged $80 for 10 mins of work to tell me I had another bad compressor and it would be another $500. Evidently cheap parts but the labor is not. Would not recommend this buisness to anyone.

No one wants to be towed so to have a wonderful experience makes your ordeal a little more manageable. Every team member that helped us, from the dispatcher to our driver, Charleton, was great! We highly recommend R&S. Thank you!

I had been on the road for 15 hours. The bearings seal on my landscape trailer broke and caught fire. It was pouring rain. No Cell phone coverage. My trailer jack would not work. An Afro-American couple with a 3 year old girl stopped and insisted that they drive me into town. There is a pandemic going on! Yet they squeezed me into the truck and took me to O'Reilly auto parts, who put me in touch with R&S. I was soaked, tired, emotional, alone -- the trailer wasn't the only thing broken down!. R&S responded in 15 min. Chartlton came, figured everything out, worked around the jack problem. This was in driving rain, neither of us could see. He took the jack with him and repaired it -- no charge.I got the last room available in Wallace NC. The next day, Tiffany called me professionally and politely several times, keeping me up to speed on the repairs. The price was incredibly reasonable. I gave them a tip for the coffee fund. By 2pm the next day, I was back on the road. Thank you Roger for running such a great company and having such a caring, sincere and professional staff. R&S not only fixed my trailer, they might have saved my life. I was so lucky to have them there for me......Rob

Called my insurance for a tow & this was the company they were going to send. Well the first time they gave me was 75 minutes. Then after they were over 30 minutes late they changed it to another 65 minutes. I called & informed them that the shop my car was going to will close at 4:30 & was told that my car would not be there by then so they canceled it. Keep in mind that all of this started at 9a.m.

timely, kind and relatively affordable. nobody wants their car towed but these folks did right by me. all their mechanics weren't available the day of and they were kind enough to drop my truck at another mechanic shop up the road.

Way over priced they wanted 2000 dollars back for towing a 500 dollar car. Either way it goes they took my family car. And sold it for 100 bucks.
