Waited a month or so to make sure everything was kosher to write a review. Good experience overall. Emailed with Israel about a Honda Crosstour and he had the car ready to test drive when I arrived. Israel and the team made everything pretty painless, even allowed for some negotiation. Car has been solid aside from some maintenance on the timing belt. Would recommend working with them to anyone.

The girlfriend and I had stopped there a few nights ago and I came across a truck I really liked. Stopped in there when they were open after work to look at that same truck. I wasn t expecting to come home with it, but they made it really quick and easy on purchasing my first truck. Couldn t be happier with their kindness and willing to help me leave with what I wanted. I definitely recommend walkertown tire service & auto sales if your looking to purchase a new vehicle

We were turned off when the attendant was smoking a cigarette while showing us vehicles. The vehicles looked better online than in person. Some were not cleaned or detailed and still had personal belongings in them. Not worth the 2 hour drive.

High price high mileage cars these guys have to smoking something that s why I go to car auction or out of state to places like Florida where I can get my moneys worth less than what they are trying to max you for even with bad to no credit I got approved for a 2020 dodge challenger R/T with low mileage please be for real

While eating at a restaurant in the same shopping center, I dropped my car for minor repairs and inspection (two occasions) and they did a great job. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Went there on a Friday for a Motorcycle Safety Inspection. It was just after 4, and I understand that is late, but an inspection for a motorcycle is just seeing that all lights work, horn works, and that it has a muffler, nothing else but just visual. Was told, "It'll be Monday or Tuesday before we can get it in". Mind you, I was on the motorcycle with it running. It would take longer to print the inspection and pay than do the inspection. Took it up the road and was in and out in 5 minutes.This isn't my first go around with them. Had work done on my wife's van. I had no issues with the work or the cost, but had another issue come up and had my son take it up to have it looked at and get it scheduled. The older guy told my son that we were pain in the a** and he didn't have any time for our BS. SAY WHAT!?!? My son simply came by to have it looked at and schedule to get the work done, what BS? I think the older guy is just a bitter old person that acts as if he has some of issues.I spoke with several of the auto stores in the area and heard from them that other customers have said the same thing. If he is so angry at everyone, maybe it's time to retire or just take a vacation. How can all of your customers be a**'s and giving you BS?This is my last visit to that place and hopefully he will retire and someone with more personality that actually wants and appreciates customer's will take over. There is just no excuse for being rude. If you don't want to work on someone's vehicle, then just say "Sorry, but I can't do that but I can recommend you to another place". Respect is everything!

I showed up to look at a jeep when they opened at 10 by noon I was pulling up at my home with it. Very professional, courteous, and great customer service. Would definitely recommend shopping for your next vehicle here!!! Thanks again I love my jeep!!!!!!

Thanks to Israel, I finally got my Jeep Wrangler (the color I have been searching for). The process was so quick and simple. I am super excited. I can't forget about Stephanie, she was awesome with the paperwork. Thanks again. I got my Jeep Wrangler.

I have used this shop several times however today I went for a follow up on an inspection that failed due to 2 light bulbs burnt out. I had fixed them and all I needed was for them to look at it and pass it. They said they were booked up till 2, I explained I could not leave the car and was busy the rest of the day. I ask could they work me in real quick. The owner then began screaming at me in the parking lot, saying do I see how busy they are. I can respect a place being busy but will never tolerate being screamed at. You have lost my business forever.

We looked at the Town & Country van that Justin had for sale. It was an excellent deal, but we fell in love with Honda Odyssey's. Moving forward, we will always check Justin's inventory to see if we can work with him in the future. Excellent personal service and very honest. Family business!

Driver beware! We went in for rear brakes. We drove home, about 2 miles. Got out of the car and saw literal smoke coming off the back tires and the smell of burning rubber was strong. Called the guy, he says, that's normal. I said, no that's not normal. He says bring it back next morning. By the time me and my 3 children got up there, I had no brakes at all. We could have wrecked and someone hurt. He did not care. We had no more money, living paycheck to paycheck. He basically stole my daughter's savings. Insisted he drive us to what is now first national bank at top of hill, our bank at the time, to take the money out of her account. He would not wait until the following Friday when my husband got paid. Would not work anything out with us. Made us pay him more money to fix his mistake. He said the calipers were messed up. Looking back I would not have done this but we we were young and had no brakes to go somewhere else. He took advantage. This happened several years ago and a recent experience with the new place that opened up called mavis discount tire reminded me of this. The difference is that mavis fixed their mistake and didn't charge us for it. We've been to other garages in the area and they know of others who have had similar experiences with walkertown tire services. We will never go here again.

Sold me a car with a blown head gasket. I do not recommend buying a car from them. I paid the advertised price for the car plus $4000 to have the gasket repaired. Ouch!

They don't stand behind their vehicles. I bought one from them about a month and a half ago and found that it had 2 leaks. I bought the extended warranty, $2,000 and the leaks wasn't covered that either. I will not buy from them again.

They don't stand by their service. I went to them instead of a chain store (Meineke NTB Midas etc) to give my money to a local business. Won't do that again, as at least the bigger companies will refund your money if they provide subpar service.

Worst shop in walkertown. Arrogant service to be the person he is. I would never Recommend this place to anyone. The guy is fake and needs to get his head out of his a&&.

If you want bad service, this is the place to go.... Very rude.. Cant plug a tire but its a tire store.... Will not be back.

They do not know what they are doing , your motor will blow up getting these to do anything on your vehicle
