Mr. Vlahos is by far the most knowledgeable, skilled, and diligent car mechanic in Piedmont area. I always received great service with very reasonable prices. The shop has technology that can accommodate every car make. Ther are no small or big jobs at this shop, every customer receives the full attentiveness of the staff. His crew is very experienced. I strongly recommend this business for the care of your vehicles with no hesitation

Louis has always been fair and honest. His shop gets the work gone fast and affordably priced. He never tries to get over on you or over charge you. I recommend him to anyone.

I used to go to them with all my auto issues, but earlier this week, my daughter took her car there because it was making a strange sound. He looked up the VIN and told her it was under warranty , it's the motor, take it to the dealership, & charged her $50.The next night, her car died on her in the middle of the highway. It was not the motor. It was the alternator. Big difference there. He probably would have caught that if he had actually checked the car put & listened to the sound!! Extremely disappointed. If he had done the job he charged her for, she wouldn't have been stranded at 1:30am in the middle of the road!!!

I would like to start by thanking the team over at Vlahos Auto Sales/service primarily the service side. My truck broke down right in front of the dealer I had my children and groceries in the truck. I usually do all of my own services unfortunately this happened while driving it looked to me like my slave cylinder failed and was leaking fluid faster then I could fill it. So I got with there team and one of the gentlemen there stopped what they were doing just to help get my truck into the parking lot. I explained to them what I had going on and they seemed to actually listen without interrupting, taking in all the information. I also told them what I believe the issue was and they seemed to agree but like a good shop they wanted to verify. Now!! Before I forget they close at 6PM it was about 6:15 when this happened and they stayed to help. They didn't pull my truck in immediately due to they currently working on jobs, I can respect that. But they did understand my situation. I was told it would be the next day. I called in for a status update and sure enough they were getting ready to pull it in, a few hours later to my relief I got the call and it was ready. Like I said earlier I usually do my own work and have actually done this exact repair myself so I had an idea of how long it would take. So labor parts taxes and all were A LOT!!!!! LOWER than what I expected!!!! I was so relieved to see that they do honest work!!!! And can't thank them enough for all that!!!.With all this being said I am very impressed with the workmanship and time of the repair. That means a lot from someone in the transportation industry who manages a shop myself!! Fantastic works guys I appreciate it. Definitely recommend this place keep up the honest work!!! We need more people like that!!

Vlahos! I can't say enough good words about these mechanics and the owner! Trust is invaluable when it comes to vehicle repairs, and I trust Vlahos Auto Sales and Service. Someone recommended them to me several years ago and said, "Just tell him that you're family. He'll treat you like family." That's been the truth from day one! The price charged to get the job done is reasonable (sometimes even far below other mechanic quotes), and I've never been disappointed. I've recommended others who have used them and reported back how much money and headache I saved them by making the referral.Reading other reviews: Thick accent? Yes. Untrustworthy or dishonest? Never in my experience! Reliable and honest? Absolutely! I'm extremely happy with the friendly, affordable service!

My check engine light was fixed with no issues. Running great now. I was surprised how cheap they were, any other place would have charged double the amount. Great customer service as well. Definitely found my new mechanic.

We bought a vehicle here and after 100 miles the check engine light came on. The code said it was the catalytic converter and we called and the place said the part was still under warranty so we took it back and they fixed it no problem. Bought two vehicles at the same time for around $5,500. They knocked around $4,000 off just for buying both at the same time. So far so good. The only thing I didn't like is they didn't offer a warranty on the vehicles. Not even a 30-day warranty. But other than that so far so good.

Great place for car maintenance or if your looking for a good deal on a great car. Louie is the guy to see. He helps out all he can and thoroughly checks everything needed to ensure your car is safe and up to par for you and your family. He's been our sole mechanic for years and I would go anywhere else. He's always done us right.

I have known and used VLAHOS for over 15 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Louis and his staff are always friendly, and honest! Would recommend them to anyone! Great Service! Great Prices!

This system is slightly flawed I have already done this review. But in case you didn't rcv it, People were very friendly , great informative service. Oil was changed, filter replaced. All done very quickly. Much appreciated !!!

This is my personal mechanic when I can't do it myself. Very reasonable prices and quick service. I have been dealing with this shop for 7 years now and have always gotten quality work from them. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone I know.

Purchased a used Jeep Cherokee from here and INSTANTLY had problems! Came to his shop about four or five times within the first 4 months of owning the vehicle and then he started to act like I was inconveniencing him for asking him to fix the messed up vehicle he had just sold me. Eventually got tired of his nasty attitude (especially after yrs of previously bringing multiple vehicles to him) and i decided to get it repaired elsewhere. Overall the Jeep had so many issues that the cost to repair would have been double and almost triple the purchase value. Just a nice shell with a COMPLETELY bad motor.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I bought a car from here, 2010 equinox. I was driving it to the loan place to have pictures taken of it when the check engine light came on. I told them they had to fix it before I gave them the loan check and down payment. They fixed the problem, but the old man who owns it is a cheapskate and was so pressed he had to fix a sensor that he drained ALL THE FLUID out of the car! Took all of the oil out and transmission fluid out while he was fixing it . I know it had some in there because I checked before I decided to buy it. I had also taken the car to a mechanic before buying it. I had the car for a month after already making repairs, and the AC compressor goes out, and the power steering is starting to go out. AND the starter is going out! I know someone who works at an auto parts store that they have a shop account with, and even they told me after I bought the car that he is cheap, buys cheap used worn out parts, and fixes it as cheap as he can to make a quick buck. I went back to confront him and he laughed at me and said it wasn t his problem anymore. Terrible people, hardly speak English, and DISHONEST.
