Kevin and Ashley are the best! They are always so helpful. Ashley is nice and engaging. She helps me understand what my needs are and how to approach any car issues. It is so comforting to have an honest and ethical mechanic just down the street. I have taken 3 cars there, so far, and will continue to enlist their help for all of my mechanical needs.

Kevin and his crew are amazing. They worked diligently and with smooth rhythm. It was impressive to watch. But far more than the teamwork approach; they regarded me like family!!! Called me by my first name. Took care and time to explain everything in simple terms. They were courteous and receptive to courtesy.They even called a few days later to see how my car was doing or if I had any questions or concerns.This organization is true and sincere. Thank you.

Conveniently located and very well-maintained this location definitely stands out. The staff was super friendly and even though I was only getting an oil change I was treated like a valued customer. I would recommend this service team to anyone needing repairs for the vehicle. Their customer service truly stands out as one of the best around

They said they ordered the right part but was sent the wrong part. This made them have to keep my car an extra day because it was the weekend. I would Have been more understanding but the lady who called didn t even apologize. That would have went a long way. Kevin however was kind and courteous.

Last year I exited the highway during a long trip home and my brakes went out! I managed to get to the side of the road but it was late afternoon on a Friday. After calling a couple of shops who said they couldn t help, I spoke with Kevin at the Walkertown Meineke. In spite of the late hour and heading into the weekend he agreed to help and made my vehicle a priority so I could get back on the road to head home the next day. He directed me to a tow yard and involved his daughter Ashley, who also works there, to drive me to a hotel for the night and brought me back to the shop the next day. I was traveling alone and went from panic to relief thanks to their many kindnesses. I was beyond lucky to have come across this shop and blown away by all they did to get me back on the road. I am forever grateful to you both! To all the locals, this is your guy-give them a call!!

I ve always had a good experience with this location. They always answer whatever questions I have about my vehicle and I always feel they give their honest opinion on what s needed and not trying add on unnecessary repairs like some places try to do. That s why I m a repeat customer with them!!

I came in for an oil change. I was unaware that I was 4000 miles early. Ashley said it was not necessary and would I like to have my tires rotated. There was no charge for the rotation. Very good customer service, they have my business for a long time.

My wiper blades were fine however their trained eye can see dry rot? My routine inspection of just 30.00 turned into 70.00 dollars because they decided to rip me off. They waited until they had my car on the lift by this time it was too late to just go somewhere else. 2nd time they have tried to rip me off. Don t go there they are desperate to run up your bill.

I can t recommend Meineke of Walkertown enough. They were courteous, and thorough with my vehicle, and they didn t try to sell us other things we didn t need. It is well worth your time to give them a stop when you need service!

I took my great aunt s car here for a routine inspection. Their employees are very kind and have a sense of humor. They were very helpful and explaining what I needed to do in order to have the car pass inspection. I highly recommend! This facility is ALL about the money!! DO NOT come here if you want things done right!! I am adding this now because I took it to someone else, he actually brought me in to see under my car, used a flashlight to show me, there was absolutely nothing wrong with my struts or shocks. The guy at meineke tried to get me for over 1000.00 and there was really nothing wrong. What an actual POS, to do this just because he thought I was stupid enough to fall for it. JUST WOW!!

After a frustrating experience with a different shop, this meineke saved the day. The owner was nice and very helpful. He took the time to explain everything to me and helped find a solution that worked for me. Also family owned, his children also work there. The waiting area was clean. Overall a great experience

I brought in my old suburban for oil change, alignment, and brakes. They found several issues, did not charge me or up-sale me on anything, and were very honest about everything. I will definitely be coming back.

Outstanding service as usual! The crew at Meineke Walkertown inspected my vehicle, told me what I needed, didn t try to sell me a bunch of stuff not needed, and had my vehicle ready when they said they would. I bring my vehicle here for all of my needs and will continue to do so.

Service was great. Price was within reason compared to nearby quotes. The only ding was I was waitng for a call that my car was ready that never came. They had the wrong contact info. Other than that all was great.

Don't get SCAMMED! My wife went to get her vehicle inspected and ask them to look at the brakes. They was wore but not metal on metal. I didn't think they could legally fail it unless they were audible noise or the brakes were failing. The van stopped great. they failed it because of the brakes. They gave her a 1277$$ quote. The quote was for a mini van. Not a Mercedes or Bmw. So I replaced everything they quoted for less than 220$ by the way I bought everything Bosch except for the wheel cylinders. No big deal but here is the ISSUE. When we took the van to get it re-inspected I ask to speak with someone about the quote. Quickly the gentleman up front said "we gave you a detailed description about the quote". So I proceeded to ask about failing it for the brakes. I said there was no audible noise and the van stopped fine. I also asked why we were getting charged for bleeding and for the flush. He said one of them should have not been charged. I even told him that I brought the brake pads to show him that they were not metal-on-metal but he never acted like he wanted to see them. He said have you fixed them yet? I said yes. He had nothing else to say. Then we get this awesome 10% coupon in the mail. Please go somewhere more honest.Service: Auto emissions testing

I called on a Saturday late morning with what I thought it was a broken hose. It happened to be the water pump. They diagnosed it, gave me a time, and it was fixed within the time. I truly appreciate it that, although they were busy they made the time to fix the water pump and an oil change. Will not be going back. Ashley has always been wonderful and I definitely will miss her personality! But the experience we had today was it. The man who did our whole check in/out process was just rude. Went in for an alignment on our vehicle and had to stand and wait for 15 minutes to checkout. Then heading home we noticed the vehicle was still not properly aligned. Took it back to get it right and they said no, they didn t have time. Well if it was done right the first time I wouldn t have come back. It s a shame, been going here for years and never been treated like this.
