Had good service originally. In May 2023 I had the AC compressor replaced in my truck, and it worked well through that summer. On a warm day in Feb. 2024, I turned on the air and got only warm air.I contacted the shop to get it checked out. I was told that the line going into the compressor was bad and had to be replaced by the dealer. Made an appointment with the dealership. They said that the seals had failed and the solenoid valve was leaking. I called the shop and advised them what I was told. Bobby still felt that it was the line which was a dealership part. I had the dealership replace the less than a year old compressor figuring that the one put in by Bobby would be covered by the warranty. It was not, because the parts supplier said that the dealership should have fixed it instead of replacing it. So I ended up replacing the compressor twice in less than a year.

I only trust Bobby Williams Automotive for all my vehicle needs. He is honest and does an excellent job. I make sure that all of my maintenance is done before I take that 10 hrs drive to get home. I feel safe and secure with Bobby's work. Thank you Bobby for all you do.

Outstanding service and knowledge the gentleman (owner) working there has the tools and expertise to meet everyone of your needs. I have an old F150 XLT from 92 and he knew exactly where to look and what to do. Took great care of it. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend this shop.

He was very knowledgeable and made the repair to our car a very easy experience! He has an extremely great price point for the work he does as well, which makes him my most recommended mechanic. I trust him explicitly. That can't truly be said about most mechanics now adays!

Bobby went the extra mile when I had him to perform my required service on my 2012 Honda CR-V. He is a very knowledgeable Mechanic and is VERY reasonably priced for his service.Would highly recommend him!
