I took my son to pick out a used car after his car was plowed into while parked and we could not be happier. We were met by a bunch of smiling faces and Tanner Wrobel became our sales person. He showed us everything we asked, brought down the car we wanted and let us drive as long as we liked. They also let us drive our choice car to another dealership to test drive another vehicle. All of the attention, and the great car, paid off. We walked away with my son's dream car. Thanks Tanner! Great Job!

I had a great experience at this dealership as I just bought a brand new 24 Big horn and they worked with me perfectly and got the payment to where I want. This dealership offers very good warranty, which covered a couple problems with the vehicle and they took care of it instantly. I highly recommend to everyone. Riley just started working here and was the best sales person I could wish to deal with.

Recently went to Westgate Dodge and was happily greeted by a guy named Ron. Our experience from start to finish was amazing. He was professional, attentive, personable, and responsive, and worked to get us exactly what we wanted. The dealership did not have our unicorn , but he made it happen with a trade, and within two days we drove off in the truck that ticked all of our boxes. The amount of time he spent with us even coming in on his day off to broker the deal and make sure we were happy, to the amount of messages and calls that were sent back and forth to make sure we were comfortable. The customer service we received truly went above and beyond, and I highly recommend asking for him when you go to this dealership. As a small business owner myself I quickly recognized many attributes about him that will take him very far in life. They are very lucky to have such a hard-working employee. It isn t very often that a salesman works for you; getting top dollar for our trade-in as well. Ron made us feel like he was fighting hard to get us what we wanted at a great price. This was our first purchase from Westgate Dodge Ram in Wake Forest. We were extremely pleased with Tanner who helped us with our 2021 Grand Cherokee purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the car s features and answered all of our questions. He also made sure we were very comfortable while waiting for the process to be completed. Kept us hydrated with cold, filtered water and even changed the music for us! It was overall a great experience. We highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from them, especially with Tanner.

I took a flight from Pittsburgh PA and my salesman Stephen Aikens picked me up at the airport in Raleigh NC in the truck that I was buying. Stephen was the best salesman that I have ever worked with. The Westgate team was very helpful and friendly especially Mr.Lee who helped us out. Lee made us feel comfortable and he was easy to talk to. Lee ensured that we were satisfied with our purchase. I would recommend Westgate dodge to anyone looking to purchase a car. Ask for Lee but I must say that all the salesmen were friendly and appear to want the best for their customers. My car was not on the lot but I was assured it would be here within 24 hours. Thank You Lee and Westgate team for making our experience a pleasant one.

I recently traded in my 22 Ram Bighorn for a 24 Ram Limited model. The dealership is very nice and the people in the sales department are very welcoming. However i have recently learned that they are not very truthful. As part of my deal, due to the truck I bought it had multiple spots that were damaged with the paint that i identified. The truck was fixed and looks good now. The manager stated he would tint my windows if I agreed to give them all tens on the survey. At the time I was a little iffy about this but agreed. The survey came out a day or two later and I filled it out with all tens. I went to schedule my appointment and was told they would only do my front windows. This was not discussed at all. This is the second new vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. This will now be the last vehicle I buy from them. Please be careful on the side deals with this group, make sure everything is in writing.

Riley was very helpful and was able to give me exactly what I was asking for at a lower price than any other dealer in the state. I highly recommend him as a salesman.However, the individual answering the phone is very rude (George). When I brought this up to my salesman he advised they use an answering service. My advice is to come in person rather than calling in.

The entire team at Westgate Dodge Ram of Wake Forest is wonderful to work with! The service that is provided by the sales staff at this location is by far the best of any other dealership, I have been to. I have now purchased two vehicles from Westgate in Wake Forest, and Steven, Jesse and the rest of the team always go above and beyond to help with anything I need, even after the purchase was completed. They were able to find the exact vehicle I wanted and bring it to the dealership for me to test drive.They ensure that I am able to make any appointments I need with the service center and follow up to ensure I am happy with my vehicle.I highly recommend going to Westgate Dodge Ram in Wake Forest to purchase your next vehicle.

I went to this dealership to buy my first real vehicle. I d been to other dealerships and had a bit of a run around experience. This, however, was quite the opposite. Ron was quick to action, a straight-shooter, and mostly importantly about business. I made sure my wants/needs were expressed and ultimately they were met. To anyone looking to make a purchase on a vehicle - go see Ron. I was able to reach a very reasonable deal where each side met their goal.

DO NOT TRUST THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! ! Recently took my car in for it's first service which was to include an Oil and filter change as well as tire rotation. This service is free provided by Westgate. They were supposed to check the radar sensor as well because I've had trouble with cruise control thats related to that particular sensor. They had the car for 3 days and said they had completed the oil change and Tire rotation, but had not checked the sensor yet. After 3 and a half days, I picked up the car because I couldn't leave with them any longer. When I got home, I noticed that they had NOT rotated the tires. So, I checked the oil and they had not changed the oil either as it was DARK Brown in color. I called the service manager twice and left messages each time, but did not receive a return call. I did however get in touch with the Sales Manager and told him about my complaint. He offered to have the service manager call me but I declined because I was not about to take my car back there again....EVER! This was my first and LAST dealing with Westgate Dodge! Fortunately for me, the lack of service was free. But, had I paid for that service it would have cost me $184.67. I have the invoice to prove it.All I can say is Buyer beware with Westgate Dodge of Wake Forest!

Went and brought my first dodge charger from Stephen and since the. I ve been back 2 more times ,every visit and purchase was smooth and easy. I m definitely glad to be apart of the Westgate in wake forest family, they will go above and beyond for their customers as well as trustworthy and fair prices.

I came in 2 years ago and had the pleasure of meeting Stephen who sold me my first SUV. And here we are two years later and I wanted something different and when I tell you I did not want to work with anybody else but Stephen .that s exactly what happened! I don t normally leave reviews but I am unable to give them zero stars so one will have to do for now. Their customer service is terrible. I had a broken side mirror on the driver side their solution? A new side mirror that doesn t fit in place and falls whenever I go over 0mph. So they put packing tape on it I d rather drive around without a side mirror at that point. And what if it rained? Then what am I supposed to do? After taking hundreds of dollars from me I didn t get a single apology from anyone on their extremely unprofessional staff. They gave me another mirror that still doesn t stay in place when I drive and they refuse to compensate me for anything after taking almost $400.00 from me. Due to them being so rude and refusing to let me speak to someone higher up. I m going to another place instead. DO NOT EVER COME HERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE INSTEAD!!

Horrendous customer service! Would give it a zero if I could. Absolutely the worst experience of my life! I had an emergency tow left off during weekend. When I called Monday morning they couldn t locate the truck. Then they said they had to wait for their manager to find it. Umm, what? Once they found it they told me they couldn t look at it for 3 weeks! What?!? The manager said what am I supposed to do? Push everyone behind you? What makes you so special? Again .WHAT?!?! Dude this was an emergency tow in and while I am considerate of people ahead of me I m guessing 99.9% aren t in a stranded position. Even so how about, Well we re really booked solid. How about we take a look at it and if it s an easy fix we can get you in later this week. Otherwise it s going to be 3 plus weeks .Ya know, common courtesy? They could not have been any nastier and condescending. Screw them. Take your business elsewhere.

I give all props to Riley for selling me a 392 !! He made sure I was comfortable even tho he was still learning he took notes. He will definitely become a pro at this ! Another sales person gave me a run around and made me try in house financing even tho I was already approved from my bank I didn t not agreee with that but overall Riley did a good job ! Definitely will be buying from him again.

One week ago we went to Westgate Dodge Ram of Wake Forest to look for a new car. The salesman Roger Wells was professional helping us to find the best car for us based on our needs and financial situation. He spent time showing us the various models, answering our questions. He was very friendly and we did appreciate his proximity and kindness. This dealer has a great selection of new cars and the prices are very competitive. This is already the second time we went there and we already bought 2 cars. I really recommend this place if you want to buy a car. Also to mention they do have a very good place to service the car that we used for our previous car and we do plan to do the same for our new one.

Bought a used vehicle from them and 5 different indicator lights turned on within 3 days. I took it back to get serviced before driving to Charlotte and the rental they tried to give me was the car I had just traded in, which hadn't been cleaned or fixed at all. The bumper on the new car also wasn't fully attached to the car and was missing fasteners and clips. I should've looked harder at the vehicle overall, so partly my fault. Seemingly nice guys there, but also they're salesmen.

Ron Wells was my sales person who was a great rep. He made my process as smooth as possible. Other staff were pleasant.I would like to add a couple of people in service department...Dave, Dominique who worked with me on Friday the 12th and Ron...my purchase was done during the holidays 12/23/23and I was new to the fundamentals of my vehicle,but after the holidays I got help with operations etc...everyone was great and Dominique held the service area down in fashion and another young lady(no offense..she is short) I forgot her name.Thank you guys!!!!!

Brought my vehicle in for a rear-main seal repair in 2019. The issue was fixed under the lifetime powertrain warranty. The service was done quickly and didn't have any other issues.The reason I am providing three stars are due to a repair related to a seat swap. I needed the seat weight sensors calibrated and their solution was to replace the entire airbag module (an $800 expense). I declined the service since I knew that was not the problem. The service manager stated that I "offended" the master tech by not trusting his opinion. I stood by that approach and went elsewhere. The issue was resolved at another dealership.

I had the pleasure of working with Ron, a Sales Consultant. He is very knowledgeable of the vehicles they have on the lot and options that are available to them. I went there with specific vehicle in mind in which he did not try to up sell me or downgrade my vehicle of choice. I would 100% recommend going to see Ron!! He even delivered my vehicle to me at my house over an hour away!Jessie the Sales Manager made my deal packet quick and painless so I did not spend anymore time there than I needed too.

Working with Lee was an absolute pleasure! I was super nervous about buying my first car and didn t want to regret my decision but Lee was extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional who has the customer best interests in mind. Lee doesn t mess around with cars that have any red flags or cut corners when it comes to selling high quality, solid cars at a good price I highly recommend you talk to Lee if you are considering buying a new or previously owned automobile. Service was a 11/10.
