Worst customer service. No friendly, no proper explanation, regret to give the right price before doing the work, declined service s with out asking. Wrong information is entered to the system.The supervisor and auto employees try to do what they want , no professionalism. No value for your time and money.Feels like don't ever want to go back to this Walmart auto care.The real manager was not there. I think if he their things are little better.

My appointment for the car was at 10:00, I arrived earlier to be attended to, I was still there until 10:30 and they NEVER ATTENDED ME. The boy saw me waiting and just ignored me. This place is disgusting. Don't waste your time here.

Purchased 4 tires from Walmart and made appointment for 1PM to have them installed. At 5:34 PM my car was ready. The automotive center (Main st, Wake Forest) wasn't busy the whole afternoon while I sat in the waiting room.

The guys that work the desk and register are a pleasure to deal with!!Very professional, personable, and patient with everyone they help.I only deal with Walmart 2 times per month, but if the auto center is closed, I will wait and come back the next day to make my purchase. Easy parking, easy to grab a few items and easy checkout

Went in for a simple tire change, all four. Was promised 1-1.5 hours and have been here 3, and my vehicle still isn t finished. They got my order wrong and I had to go through various rabbit holes to prove it to them that my order was correct, and I could get no communication from any four of the employees there. Each one was rude, would not speak to me, messed up my order more than once, and took more than double the time promised to complete the job. After all of that, they wrote up the total wrong and tried to charge me $253 for the mounting fee (the tires were already paid for) and if I hadn t refuted it, I would have had to pay that amount. Instead, after 6 minutes of rescanning and figuring it out, I was charged $65, which is much more reasonable. As far as I have seen, customer service here is a dismal, and I have been more than kind the entire time in an attempt to be helped. I cannot get help and am ignored or treated very rudely when trying to ask questions. Take your business somewhere else. Your time is more valuable than the discount you get from Walmart Auto Center, and you ll be glad you spared yourself the headache of dealing with the employees here.Service: Tires

Went in for my annual tire rotation and balancing, and the Tire Tech told me it may be quite a while before they could get to my car. They were short-handed. My car was ready within an hour and fifteen minutes. I am very impressed with the service.

Myself and two other customers stood at the desk waiting for someone for 15 minutes. When someone finally came out they informed us they were closed... despite the website and signage indicating they'd be pen for another hour and a half. Frustrating. And why not put a sign up at the front desk indicating you're closed? Even a hand written sign would have done just fine and not wasted everyone's time.

Called to make sure they would be open seeing as I was driving OVER AN HOUR to get them to do an oil change. Was told they closed at 6pm. I get there a few minutes before 3:30pm and I am told they are closing for the day. I stated AGAIN I drove over an hour and the responses I received were beyond rude. This is the 2nd time I have been to this "auto care" location and they have had some type of rudeness and issues. The previous time I was being brought in by a tow truck due to my tire being blown. They didn't close for 2 more hours but said it would take them 2.5 hours to mop & close the shop. Why are they open?! Worst customer service!!

Never could get anyone to answer the phone all morning. Once I got there i stood at the counter 10 mins before the lady came from the garage. She said there was an hr wait before I could get oil change cuz they had a appt before me. Well that's all I wanted before driving all the way there. But they wouldn't answer the phone. What a waste of time and gas. Hey Walmart, if you hire someone to manage the desk, make sure they are answering the phone too and not hanging out in the shop. The mechanics can work on their own. You missed my $ that day and I'm sure there were others that couldn't make phone appts. Because she wasn't answering the phone...No Service

Wake Forest location. Had a tire appointment coming from 30 ish min away I was behind called to notify The staff member claimed I was too late it was 7 minutes after my appointment.... Which I'm sure my car would not have been pulled in by that time.#LAZY ....went another 9 miles to have a different location to be happy to install new tires as well I upgraded once there. So ... Yes same company yet think & remember management in each location has goals to meet ... This one lost a Tire customer.

I ordered some tire on the Walmart website. So I call up to see how much it would be for balance and mount them. So so I don't know ow his name but it was at the wake forest store 3-19-23

Drained my transmission fluid for an oil change less than 24 hours before going out of state. They couldn't fix it. Had to go to dealer and dealer couldn't guarantee the transmission wasn't damaged in the process because I was told only a quart was drained so it was okay to drive. Much more was drained which could have damaged the transmission as I slowly drove it to the dealer. So the car I've had for 2 years that was supposed to be my "peace of mind car" gives me anxiety. Walmart did reimburse me for the cost I had to spend at the dealer.

It was obvious the Morris didn't want to work or help people. He left it to all the people working on cars. While there were 3 people waiting he stood there until another customer asked him to check people out.If no one asked he likely would have done nothing.The service is a little slow, but the people working the auto service have good attitudes.Mark was both helpful and quick with my battery change.

Got here a little after 3:00 pm on a Thursday.... only one car in a multi-bay facility when I arrived. After nearly an hour I don't see my car so I think they must have finished with it and, even though I have been waiting close by the entire time, I assume I just didn't hear them call my name. Wrong! They haven't even started! I'm told they are waiting for everyone to return from lunch, although three workers have been cutting up with another customer for several minutes. I'm asked if I still want to wait?!?I'm now at an hour and a half and still waiting.... This is my second terrible experience here. I only returned because of the prices and because everyone can have an "off" day. I won't make this mistake again.

I bought my tires plus road hazard and free lifetime tire rotations at a Walmart location, so I typically like to come to this location to utilize the service I bought. The first couple times I came, I had terrible service. However, I kept returning because they weren t fixing slow leaks in my tire and it is a free service since I bought tire protection. Today, I m at my wits end. A flat repair/slow leak that I was told would take 15 minutes has taken over 3 hours (causing me to miss a work meeting) and it is STILL not fixed (despite me bringing it here 4x), I ve had experiences here where things I ve asked for haven t been performed (such as a tire rotation and balance during an oil change), multiple tire leaks that have been ignored, and wait times of 4+ hours when I have been told it will only be an hour. This location has consistently let me down, and I m to the point that I will no longer use a free service I purchased because it is so bad. I will never again buy tires from Walmart or use the Wake Forest automotive center. I do not recommend them and kick myself every time I give them another chance.

By no means is this geared to the employees But walmart Corp.What kind of billion dollar company can not install the tires they sell due to the equipment being 20 years old. For God sake not good business practice. I bought 4 tires and the guy could notninstall them sue to the ma Hine being to old. Get with the time walmart. I had the privilege of meeting Sam Walton at my restaurant a long time ago he is spinning in his grave wit the direction he built. All china all the time and all about the money %&=_ the cuatomer..

Terrible they have 3 different list times for when they open 6 am is post on the door to.get into auto area. 7 am is posted on google. But if your lucky and find the right unhappy walmart worker. Since people do not answer phones they will tell you 10am. Plan to not have plans because it takes them all day for services . I waited at least 40 mins to buy two tires . I did not even have the tires put on I took them with me to another location. I was just waiting in between the guy getting them and the check out line. I would have hate to do full service because it would been a all day event.

I came here today to get a warranty replacement done on a car battery, and it was probably the best experience I've ever had at Walmart. Even though I showed up 10 minutes before closing, the manager Kenneth was friendly and helpful, and I was out the door with a new battery in less than 20 minutes. I've had some issues in the past with this particular location, but the team there now seems to be top-notch. I'll definitely come back here the next time I need a car battery.

I tried to use this auto center but the customer service sucks I would drive over a hour before I spend another dime with them. They need better help or just close the department

Ok so I go to the Walmart on New hope church road to fix my warranted tire and the lady says come back at 4pm. I arrive about 430pm and the associate said the auto personnel at lunch until 5 so I wait only to find out they only have 2 people now working for remainder of the evening and they not fixing any tires. I asked to speak to a manager and he says they don't have one but best believe I will be calling corporate.

I just came in the other day for 3 new tires, and they were understaffed but honestly working as hard as they could. The price was reasonable and they were helpful even though I'm sure they are stressed being understaffed.

I would love to give a great rating, but I can't unfortunately. My family and I have come to this Walmart numerous times and it's like you have to pray before you get to the register. Almost every single time upon paying my debit/credit card is declined. Not due to insufficient funds its because of the card machine. Cashier said "oh it does that " she said it like its something normal or to just get used too. Its embarrassing...its time consuming..its a horrible feeling with long lines and your payment will not go through!! After standing in a line for 35 minutes just to find out my payment isn't going through...cashier tells me to go to customer service , just to stand in another line...then their machine didn't work...then I was told to go to atm...to have to wait in another line lol because other people's cards were not working either!!... just to go back and stand in line again to pay for my groceries....lol Please someone help this store with service techs!! Needs operations support for registerssssss !!!!!!

I get there at 3:30. There's a sign on the door which states they're closing at 3 hrs early at 4 today. They didn't even ask what my concern was. The other guy just happily responds I already clocked out! I'm not impressed with Walmart on Wake Forest.

I came to this location because of the ratings but they had no one at their counters to help you. I called the manager from my cell phone and told her what's going on and she told me they should be on it and she would look into it. She was kind to ask me to come back for a discounted oil change but I rather not deal with this type of incompetence. I went to Henderson instead. Better service in the middle of nowhere.

I am a raleigh area native and have been going to Walmart in raleigh for years to purchase tires...I have been to the WF location twice and have had negative experiences both time...1st time there was no one at the desk to check people in and me and several others waited for more than 30 minutes and had to call the store just for someone to show up...thankfully I was still able to get two tires ! This time I went today and also had to wait just to be told they weren t taking cars for the night an hour and half before they closed. The manager basically had no regard that I had been waiting for a while and gave excuses which prompted me to walk out and really do not want to go back at this point. Customer service really has fallen off in the WF so it s not surprising ! I would suggest going to the Walmart on New bern in raleigh for better service ! This is the only Walmart where I have had multiple experiences like this! Other locations just will treat you better!

I like Walmart for being a one stop shopping experience but for the other services they provide is horrible. These other service the wait is so long like the auto care center, electronics, and sometimes customer service. The attention needs to be more on the customers so they will return back and continue to use the services they provide instead of going elsewhere. I need tires install and they won t answer the phone. So when going up there, no one is at the desk. That means to me to go somewhere else for auto care needs. Only come to Walmart to buy clothes and groceries.

The prices can't be beat! But the wait time is terrible, they are short staffed, if you have the time definitely go
