TriMax is the best Car Care Center I have ever been too! The customer service is awesome! I will only take my vehicle to them for any work I need to have done. Their service is excellent and their prices are very fair! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a great Car Care experience!

Highly recommend this business. I had to have a battery replaced (and also foolishly dropped a wrench into the engine base plate while trying to remove the battery myself).I called and was told to simply stop by the following morning. I arrived at 8.00 AM, was welcomed by Karen (who had a delightful positive attitude), and was out of there by 8:55 AM.I was given a fair price (the mechanic came out and let me know exactly how much the service would cost, incl. tax) and left as a very satisfied Customer. I ll now be using Trimax for future vehicle service and repairs.

Where do I even start!? Mark and his team are hands down the best Mechanics in North Carolina! From the amazing customer service to the quality of every job they complete. They are absolutely next level. Every car I have ever had, I have made sure to have the Trimax team provide the maintenance and they always do an incredible job. Highly recommend this business to anyone wanting a high quality experience!

I've came to this place a few times, the customer service is great. But you guys needed to be better with diagnostic skills. The first disappointed was my prius ABS problem, they turned me away and told me to take the car to the dealership to get it fix. The dealership charge too much so my friend and I fixed it ourselves and save money. The second time, on a different car. i towed the car over to get it fix, they replaced the brake booster and master cylinder and didn't fix the problem. They called and apologize. They didn't charge me to labor but I've paid for the parts and it cost me estimated of $700 (250$ for the tire, $450 for parts). I towed the car to the dealership once more, they charge me another $250 for diagnostic and wanted to charged me $2000 for replace ABS. I towed the car back and fixed it myself again then took the car to another mechanic and paid him to use his OBD machine to program the ABS module myself. This place is a decent mechanic, at least i don't feel that they taking advantage of women but your diagnostic skill is sucks. If you guys diagnosed it right in the first place, i would've save $450 for parts and 250 diagnostic that the dealership charged me. Time and money from towing the car around. If i can do it, you guys have no excuses to turn away business or not knowing how to fix it. I've learned how to fix my own cars now, since you guys turned my business away.

Not only is this a family owned business, but Trimax Car Care has efficient, affordable, and trustworthy service. Mark and Karen were very personable! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good mechanic in the area.

Just be careful in the quality of workmanship that you receive. A couple of months ago I brought my 2005 Explorer in with an issue with the rear brakes. I was told that I needed rear rotors so I authorized the repair. Recently I noticed my rear brake issue was starting up again so today I toke everything apart and noticed how the when the technician who replaced both rear rotors NEVER greased the caliper pins/bolts (4 caliper pins where dry as a bone) when putting everything back togther. Greasing caliper pins/bolts is important regarding the function of the caliper. Nice people but workmanship could use some improvement.

Had an oil change and they used an oil filter that didn't fit my vehicle and placed it on my vehicle. Then the oil filter was slammed on too tight. Another garage and tech made me aware of the situation. Won't be coming back.

Another awesome job by Mark Adam and Karen good deal on new tires for my pickup and speedy and outstanding service as usual. Always a pleasure taking my high performance vehicles to Theses guys. Very honest and they never try to sell you anything you don t need, I highly recommend them. Super friendly people.. explained everything and really took care of my car.. will definitely go back there when i need another service. The tech himself even came out and spoke to me about my car. Which in my experience never happens and was a great touch.. love this place and the owners are super nice people.

Great service. The people who own it will take care of you honestly. They will tell you the truth about your car and not recommend things that are not needed. I highly recommend them. I have stopped going to my dealership and bring my car only here.

Found this gem of a business purely by accident and I can honestly say, they impressed the heck out me! Came in as a walk-in with a tire issue and they got me in and on my way within an hour. While there, asked for a quote on some work for my other car and they came in $100 less than the dealership no brainer here folks!

Hands down the beat place for car repairs and maintenance. Have been going here for almost 3 years and completely trust them. They will tell if something is needing to be repaired or can wait for later. Very fast turn around and always very friendly.

I recently discovered Trimax Car Care Center in Wake Forest and, wow am I glad that I did! The owners have done a fantastic job giving customers the feel of a trusted, experienced, locally-owned and operated car repair business. In a relatively short period of time, I've taken both my truck and my wife's car in for services and they're such an incredible pleasure to work with each and every time. Not once have I felt like they were trying to upsell anything, and the prices for the services were very clear, competitive and upfront. Karen and family are so kind and get work done when they say they will. Our car needed an inspection on the last day of the month and despite being busy they squeezed us in and got it done super quick. Service like this is hard to find these days. Much appreciated!

From the moment you walk in you realize you are in a professional shop. Karen and Mark have done a fantastic job of creating a full service garage in Wake Forest. I ve had several of my vehicles in for various services. Some were simple oil changes and some were problems that needed in-depth diagnosis. They are not lying when they say, if they can build it we can fix it. These are really great people and a great business.Service: Auto tire replacement

I cannot recommend Trimax enough! Honestly! They always treat me like family when I come in and have absolutely never tried to sell me anything I didn t actually need. As a female..we know this is hard to find in a car repair shop! Very thankful I found them

Trimax services 6 vehicles for us. Our old 85 and 69 classics to my husband s newish Tundra. They ve replaced or serviced everything from alternators to window switches. They are fair priced, very quick and extremely nice people that seem to know a lot about various car models

The customer service (both on the phone and in person) was prompt, polite and efficient. The pricing was very competitive and the convenience of dropping my car off a few hours after calling, then having the service completed by end of day made it an even better value. I initially called them because of their proximity to my work but I will return because the experience was exceptional. And to top it all off: I've already noticed a huge difference in how my car is driving (I went in for a transmission flush). I cannot recommend these guys enough, I will definitely return.

Took my car in to get front struts and rear springs put on that I had purchased from American Muscle. They were able to work with me despite having "my own" parts, which I really appreciate. Good people, nice clean place. Its not right off of any main roads, but don't let that fool you--Its easy to find and close to many homes.Prices were extremely fair, maybe a bit lower than others. No silly up-charges for providing my own parts. Took my car in at 8:30am had it was done by 12:30pm.I will definitely take my vehicles to them again. Highly recommend.

I have taken my cars here a few times. I have an older Corolla and I have had to get different things fixed a few times.I just moved to the area and think I found the only place I ll go from now on.They looked at my wife s car and knew that it had to be taken to the dealership, and didn t even charge us for looking at it.I had to get something done on my car and it seemed kinda expensive, so I brought it home and asked around other places for their quotes. Every place I talked to was more expensive. They charged me $300 for a repair, where other places like Christian Brothers, and affordable car care wanted $400-$500Super nice, and incredibly fast with their work10/10 recommend

These guys know what they are doing. Being single and some knowledge of auto mechanic work myself. They have never done any unneccessary or unnecessary work on any vehicle that I have taken to them. They have always give honest straight forward work, pricing, and before any work begins they called me for a go ahead, I didn't have to chase them down or question what's going on. As a single women this is comforting and I would gladly endorse them and they truly have earned my business due to their true integrity and work ethic.

They did an amazing job today for my minivan. I called because my van started jumping and a light came on while I was on my way to carpool line ...they got me in super quick even though they were busy. They checked what was wrong and had it fixed in 15 min. I'm pretty sure Mark is a car doctor I am so appreciative and thankful for these guys I was still at school In time with a working car .Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Quality work and very fair pricing. VERY honest! I was quoted one amount and when I went to pick up my vehicle, the total was almost $200 less due to the repair not taking as long as estimated! Most people would have pocketed the extra money. Have already taken my other vehicle there. I am now a customer for life, will not go anywhere else!

We had regular service performed at the dealership when it was discovered that our Jeep Cherokee needed some unexpected work. They quoted us more than three times what we paid at Trimax, who also had us scheduled for the work for the following day when the dealership couldn t even tell us when they might be able to expect the part needed.We are skipping the dealership from now on and just letting Trimax do all our scheduled maintenance. I feel like the dealership tried to pull a fast one on us and I m so thankful that Trimax operates with honesty and integrity.
