ALL of the staff were awesome and totally professional and polite. From start to finish they kept me in the loop on everything going on. Always have a great experience when talking my vehicles there. Can t remember their names but they were all great. So your crew working 1-28-24 at around 3-3:30 were incredible.My Roush Mustang is very special and needs certain attention to it, which they did an amazing job on. Thank you!

Absolutely love this location! Every time I go it s a great experience. This time Faith assisted me. She was amazing. Extremely helpful, respectful and transparent. Thank you all so much for being so great at your jobs, it s not often you go to a place and get good service EVERY Time. YALL are officially the Chick-fil-A of oil changes

I highly recommend this place! Pedro and his team are the best! They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I was there only a few minutes and got my oil and filters changed. They even provided juice and gummies for my kids!!

My husband and I absolutely love this specific location. The guys all are extremely professional and they know what they re doing! We absolutely will be returning customers. 10/10 stars for sure. Keep up the amazing work!! God Bless

Great experience! I didn t have to wait and they changed my oil very quickly! Jay and the rest of the mechanics were so friendly, making it a very pleasant experience! The price was reasonable!! I ll be back!

Manager Matt was great. I forgot the young man's name that took my info and payment.....he was exceptional and went above and beyond. Even the gentleman that were under the hood and under the car were fantastic. I would give 10 stars.

Went to the Wake Forest location for oil change. Employees were very professional and courteous. Unfortunately, the oil filter gasket leaked resulting in a lot of oil leaking on my driveway. I took the car back to the Garner location and they fixed everything without issue. Hoping it is no longer leaking. It took about 2.5 hours out of my Saturday but, overall, I m satisfied that it was handled properly.

This was my 1st time as a Take 5 customer.This whole experience was so impressive, I plan on going back to this amazing crew!I can't say enough good things about this company, and the outstanding service I received.On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a 15!From the time they greeted me, until the time I left, they were professional, answered any questions I had, and had really good attitudes.They truly were Quick, as they worked as a TEAM.

The store manager was super helpful and Xavier as well! I always come here to get my oil changed! They are fast and efficient and I was so thankful bc Matt another employee informed me of a screw in my side wall of the tire and that saved me a lot of potential trouble! These employees are on it and I m so grateful for them!

Will not take my car anywhere else if I can help it. I ve always been in and out in under 20 minutes if I go early morning. I ve had multiple different gentlemen work on my vehicle, but every single one has always been so polite and consultative rather than selling me things I don t need. They actually seem like they want to be at work and enjoy their job, which I can t say about my experiences elsewhere. Five stars for sure!

This was my first time visiting "Take 5" and I absolutely loved the fact that you don't have to get out of the vehicle. I actually had a bit of a dilemma but where it started out as a problem, the workers solved the issue and it didn't take long at all they will most certainly see me again (04-20-2024) 10:30-11:00am

Always greeted with a smile (and a cold water) I drive a LOT of miles so I am in here frequently and am always happy with the service. My most current oil change they had just run out of the oil I needed so the Manager made haste and went and got some! Above and Beyond most places for sure! Highly recommend this facility

The Wake Forest #35, on Rodgers Road, has by far the best service personnel. They are very knowledgeable, respectful, and courteous to their customers. They should get a raise for their valiant efforts In insuring that they are doing their level best and what they do.

First time coming to Take 5 on Rodgers Rd. and they did a fantastic job! Got my oil changed, coolant topped off, and a new cabin air filter in about an hour. customer service was great - I will definitely return.

I was greeted by a friendly young man,with a cold bottle of water and asked how could he be of help.I saw about five or six young men working with each other in order to get the customers taken care of.I was amazed at the little time it took them to finish my car.I also appreciated how they communicated with each other as they were working.

The technician s at the Heritage Take 5 were extremely friendly!!! They were very professional and took care of everything I needed done. They did not push extra services on me, but did make suggestions. I will definitely be a regular customer!!!
