The staff is very nice.Prices seem a little high. While I was there they tried to upsell every customer, usually with a new air filter and other services. They originally wanted to charge me over $200, it may have been closer to $250, for the oil change, air filter, free tire rotation and other stuff. I got only the oil change and it was $100.I probably won't be back...

These guys are awesome at Snappy Lube Wake Forest. Very fast & efficient. Most importantly I don t feel like they try to upsell me on any unnecessary work. We have been there probably 10 times over the last few years and we always have a great experience.

Outstanding service at this Snappy Lube location (Wake Forest). This is where I go for my oil changes and annual inspections. The staff are friendly and professional, and the wait times are minimal. Highly recommend this business.

The prices were higher than my usual place (Johnson Hyundai). When I received my car, the glove box was upside down and some of my items that were originally in the glove box were put inside my cup holder. Just give a 10 oor 15 minutes to reorganizing your stuff when you do service with these guys. When I complained about it, the guy was defensive and argued with me like I was lying. They lost me as a customer for non-mechanical reasons. They need to quit being sloppy and inconsiderate with people's property.

Worst place ever due to new employees. I went there for inspection everything was fine he was trying to find something to sell me. He charged me about $100 for inspection and claimed the wiper blades are bad. I knew for sure and checked the blades they were perfectly fine. Beware this new guy John with the manager are not honest. They will be losing a lot of customers. Watch the profits drop Snappy you did me wrong. I was a returning customer and I came in because I trusted the people who worked here. Unethical sales are not the way to do business customers are not stupid. I gave you $100 for wiper blades that I didn t need. Should have been $30 job. Shame on you. I hope corporate reads my review.

Stopped in for oil change and inspection as I have done the past 5 years but this time all new employees and the manager tried to tell me the wipers were bad as I had just put new one on myself a few months ago. He was pissed because I refused the air filters he said I needed. He was very rude about the whole thing. I took my car to jiffy lube across the street and all was done quickly with no new wipers . Will not be bringing my 4 cars back to snappy lube again. Bring back the old employees are plan on losing a lot of customers.

This place is a joke. I have taken 4 company cars here over the years ONLY because they are quick. Thousands of $ s worth of work and never again!I brought my Escape in yesterday 6/21/23 for an oil change and for them to check for a nail in my passengers side tire. Had been slowly leaking down all week. I sat in the waiting room and never saw them take the tire off to check. I asked the employee if he had removed it to check and he lied straight to my face saying he had that he had sprayed it with water/soap mix to check for the leak when he removed it. The tire was completely dry. The other employee couldn t even remember the word valve stem when he was trying to say well it may be leaking from the part you put air into . You ve got to be kidding me!I took the car up to another competitors shop today and they had it fixed in less than ten minutes. You can easily see the nail AND hear the air leaking. What a joke this place is.They don t check tire pressure, don t fill up fluids (washer fluid), lie to your face, don t vacuum out the floor mats like other shops - overall just a 0/10 experience.

Same story here as the other one star reviews. Used to go here for inspections and oil, but it's clear they've developed a taste for scamming. Off to jiffy lube for all future service

UPDATE: The manager Jerry went up and beyond for me and my mom today! I definitely recommend this Snappy Lube to everyone! Jerry was extremely helpful, respectful and caring. Thanks so much for the help and awesome service Friendly staff! Fast service ! Extremely courteous! Didn t charge me to check my tire for a nail. If I have any problems with my vehicle I ll definitely be returning to this snappy lube location! Thanks for the great service s.

Jerry went above and beyond today to help me out. His store wasn't able to provide me with the service that I needed, however Jerry talked to me, explained what was wrong and helped get back on the road. He refused any compensation for his trouble. He was respectful, courteous and professional the entire time. He is an asset to the company.

Went for an inspection. There was one car in the bay. The workers were standing around talking on the phone or the oil deliver guy. Waited for about 15 mins. Beware

I went there for a inspection the only thing they found wrong was taillight bulb and side panel bulb they charged me 51.00 and forgot to put in the bulb.i wouldn't them for service .they were'ntbusy that day

I have been very pleased with the care and concern given to me with my vehicle. On one occasion Jerry assisted with plugging a tire for me and making sure the others were the right PSI. Another time I came in for an inspection. KJ took the time to answer my questions and also topped off my oil and checked fluids. They are always pilote, fair and professional. Kuddos to the Team!

Christian, thank you so much for your help!!! 30 minutes before closing on New Years Eve. He was able to listen to this noise my car was making and figure out it was leaves in the cabin filter. He did it with patience, kindness and a smile.Snappy Lube has gained a new customer(s)!HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Terrible service, John is the new guy who is not honest. He will charge you for stuff you don t need. I don t recommend this place. I will not be doing any business with them anymore.

Came in for an inspection, was told to pull up behind the inspection bay so I did and waited and watched while the employees played on their phones, danced to music and ate. The lady in front of me was told 30 minutes for an oil change and took over an hour while all the employees goofed off....when she finally spoke up they quickly pulled her vehicle out and said she was good to go. If they spent half as much time working as they did dancing and playing on their phones they could have gotten a lot more work done and had satisfied customers.

They upsell like used car salespeople, then put water in my windshield reservoir, in the middle of a freezing snap, as a result, broke the tank when it froze. I'm going back to Jiffy Lube. They charge the same, but at least they know what they're doing

These are the kind of guys who know you are going to fail an inspection when you pull up but instead of saying hey man that's not going to pass and letting you know ahead of time, they'll go through the entire inspection process anyway so they can still charge you $30 to fail. Not good business. Will not return. Went down the road to another shop after these guys essentially stole my $30 and got everything taken care of, just had to pay for my inspection twice. Thanks for nothing. Considering disputing the charge with my credit card company.The owners response below is indicative of their lack of customer service and complete disregard for potential return business. Hope it was worth the $30. To be fair, only the back windows were tinted and while this may cut in their favor legally (keep in mind all SUVS and trucks come with back windows tinted from the factory) , any shop worth their weight would have been more than happy to let a past and present customer know before hand, as we're not all lawyers and don't know every facet of car inspection law in and out. I hope the state does inspect this further as it will result in a total waste of their time and you using that to try and scare me in some way is literally hilarious and further proves your immaturity and lack of basic customer service skills.Also, the owner suggests removing window tint is easily fixable which further proves his lack of knowledge in the industry. Its actually a nightmare. However with the help of a more gracious shop with far superior customer service and business skills, we were able to get everything within compliance and inspected successfully.

The attitudes and concern of the guys working here is not easy to find. The guys that helped me with my autos always had a good solution to for me if my car needed something that they didn t offer. Great management and service!!!

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE A FEMALE!Came for a state inspection they were polite and it was fast because I was one of 2 customers with 3 people working. No one told me that they did not link my inspection to the state website just printed my paper and charged me money. I get home look at the bottom of the paper and it says "no matching record found on file for this vehicle on the state host computer." Which is total BULL because my car has been getting inspections annually in NC since 2015 without a problem at other businesses, they did not tell me this and I had to call 3 times before I had someone answer and tell me it was a delay uploading on the DMV side.I originally was going to get an oil change (not synthetic) until they quoted well over $55 for a simple 5 quart oil change for my small car. The prices are NOT listed anywhere so I without a doubt was quoted the "female" price then I had two different of their employees mansplain why it was so over twice what anywhere else costs after I politely declined to be price gouged based on my gender. "Other places do not actually change the filter to cut costs." The second gentleman came in to tell me "other places do not actually do the full amount of oil so you have to buy and refill more oil after they are done."I will not return to a place that does not list prices and mansplains for a simple process how they justify charging $55 for a basic oil change.

I love Snappy Lube. I have been a very, long time customer. I don't go anywhere else. Even when the new computer system, being installed, last year, had some start up issues, I waited until the issues were resolved and returned. Service has always been very good. All of my four cars & trucks get inspections "only" there... I believe that I have been going there since you opened, many years ago...Thanks

I took my car here just for regular oil change, and it turned out that it wouldn t start once the service was completed. I had been having an issue with it hesitating before I brought it in, so I knew it was nothing that the guys did during the service. To make a long story short, the manager, Jackson Bailey, and his assistant stayed with my mom and me for over an hour and a half after closing time to make sure we were safe until my brother and/or the tow truck arrived. I SO appreciate their patience and willingness to stay with us. This shows that it s not just about getting a customer s money for a service, but that they genuinely care about people. You should definitely bring your car here if you want excellent service.

They always provide good service. Watch out for the up-sale tactics. They'll recommended a tune up, injector cleaning, oil system flush and high mileage oil. I just got my regular oil change and was on my way. I've been going there for years and am a satisfied customer.Update. Changed from 4 stars to 1 star.I was there last Saturday for a synthetic oil change and filter on my 07 4 cyl Honda Accord. It took 4 qts and a filter. Cost me $150. I've been a Snappy Lube customer for years. That was my last time going there.Service: Oil change

It may be weird leaving 5 stars for snappy lube, but honestly, I've been coming for for over 10 years for inspections and had no issues at all! They never seem to find the mysterious "wiper" that needs replaced and I always get my inspection super quick.Overall, I would recommend Snappy Lube for inspections for sure!!

Been bringing both my cars to this place for years...they do an outstanding job and will do just about all the work that you would regularly need done. They are normally quick and always thorough. They make sure that you know what they are doing and why. I highly recommend.

Lost this customer for the foreseeable future. Inept and quick to blame previous management when their own ability is questionable at best. They failed the tint on my 2014 Mustang "they" inspected/passed last year & were quick to bad mouth previous management. Never occurred to them their meter wasn't calibrated. I had a fomer inspector test it, well within range, spot-on! Took it down the street to Ronnie White's & it passed with no issues. Snappy Lube has lost the revenue of at least four inspections & I would not recommend them. Very poor business etiquette. P.S. How about they, they do read reviews. Again, I naively thought they may be right, even though they passed it last year, so I had an independent certified inspector check it out & witness them calibrating their meter. Tested perfect, not almost, not near, but legal tint. Poor business etiquette to throw previous management under the bus, whether it fact or not, it's a franchise, e.g. reflecting badly on others when it shouldn't. Shame not surprising you took offense instead of looking at this as an opportunity to double check your equipment, making sure your staff is well trained, no matter how new they are. I come from an ISO Certified company and in charge of 75+ manufacturing employees. Was just sadly disappointed that the concept of customer service is not prevalent. A 30 minute oil change took an hour. When I went in to pay there was no social distancing and not one employee had a mask on. When I asked do they not wear masks the employee said to me not usually because it s not required. It s a mandate for a reason. I told him it is however a common courtesy and care for the person that comes in. I asked do y all not even social distance he said yes we do so I looked back at the chairs lining the wall that were touching each other and looked back at him and said hmmm ok.Needless to say if a place of business cares that little for their fellow human being I won t be back. I only hope they stay healthy and other customers as well.Service: Oil change
