I just bought a new but "open box" Honda lawn mower from a local seller. Everything worked except for the throttle shifter that was broken off. I ordered a replacement part but when it arrived I realized this was going to be too complicated for me. I can be handy with hand tools but being a nerd, messing with small engines is out of my league so I called Simply Grace and dropped off my mower.Simply Grace is open from 6pm-10pm so it was really convenient since I work days and am usually busy. I was able to drop it by on the same day I called to inquire about the repair. It was late so I just left it with Glen. I was able to pick it up a few days after with the throttle control fixed. Glen will fix just about anything small engine related and I definitely recommend Simply Grace.

Communication is poor. Glenn picked up my Cub Cadet six weeks ago and it is still not repaired. He does not respond to texts and he will not answer either of his published phone numbers. I cannot recommend this company.

Our riding mower was so broken. I found Simply Grace online and decided to give them a call. Glenn and his family came over within 10 minutes and fix it on the spot. They are professional and courteous. I wish I can give a ten star rating! They are simply the best.

As a failed attempt at fixing my 2016 Husqvarna, I called Simply Grace and they were able to pick up my mower that night! Now my mower is fixed and I have a local small engine repair shop I can trust. Keep their number in your rolodex when you need a repair shop to do it the right way, the first time!
